Very Disappointed With this vet's been going to them for years. unable to pay £900 to a £1000 for eye ooperation Through hard times . We Said that's a lot of money and can't afford it The vets where very Un careing And un sympathetic to our Situation. All they cared about was They were not a charity And they still had bills to pay We always paid and took care of our animals cost about £400 a year They would cut our cats Claws free for us . But now they want £22 extra for 2 cats . Their prices are going up so much that people can't afford to pay. We had to take our cat to the pdsa for the operation They only charge £380 which we just managed to pay and they were so careing. We asked the vets for all the paperwork So we could take it to the pdsa .. Park lane pets said they would post it to us but they never did. We'll never go to this vet's again Very uncaring

Firstly. This is known as the Ronford Vetinary Centre and is part of the small Parmaston group. I have been using this vet for over 8 years for three cats. One cat Mae had major eye ulcer problem and the Romford branch and their hospital (Buckhurst Hill) helped save it (plus us catching a cat to give it eye drops every two hours for 16 hours a day). When it was healed they referred me to an eye specialist at another company for an eye operation to solve the conjenital problem. I have found them to be reasonably priced and quick to get me in for an emergency. Karen is a super vet. The vet's cat is a local celeb anoungs the shops as well. Visiting them all each day.

We have been using the practice for several years now and have nothing but praise for Karen and the team. Our animals have had the best of care and I am confident that the quality will continue. Surgery performed at Park Lane practice and the Buckhurst Hill hospital has been excellent and the aftercare superb. I don’t normally leave reviews but in this instance I feel compelled. Having owned many animals over the decades, five horses at one point, numerous cats and two dogs, I know what good veterinary care looks like. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Alan Wiseman.

Our Labradoodle has an ear infection. It’s an occasional thing and we know the medication to use. Over the phone the receptionist drvlined to allow us a repeat prescription saying it was against the law to isdue without an examination. I queried which law that supposedly was as I am aware other vets can and do issue repeats but the receptionist did not know which law and was just telling me what her manager tells her to say. She kindly slammed the phone down when I said I’d look for another practice. In short, avoid this place. They only care about profit not pets.

I have been taking my cats to Palmerston for 12 years since they were kittens & I can’t praise the care they get enough. Karen & the nurses are always welcoming & take their time with the cats. They have their regular checkups & have had several operations for dental care & I know when they are there they couldn’t be in better hands. I can’t thank Karen enough for the way she looks after them, even calling well out of hours to update on test results.

I have been taking my dog to Palmerston's for over a year now. The staff here are so helpful, friendly and extremley reliable. I owe everything to the main vet Karen who managed to save my dogs hearing after poor advice for years from a previous vet, thank you Karen I owe everything to you and your incredible staff. If you need a local vet who you can trust, then look no further than Palmerston's you will not be disappointed.

My dog had recently been diagnosed with diabetes and Karen has been amazing even contacting me with results after hours Only not a problem as things are so expensive just like the vet to be mindful to have relevant tests etc . As hard juggling the finances . But like I say Karen and her team I can’t fault I’ve had animals for many years and this is the most professional any caring practise I have attended for a long while

We have been going there since day one. Can only thank the whole team for their professionalism and kindness and compassion. The care is great and when hard decisions have to be taken (put an animal to sleep) their support is fantastic. We even received cards at home with seeds to saw in memory of our beloved companion. I have been taking my dog here since I got him 3 years ago. The resident vet , Karen i think , is lovely and very professional. I always find the staff very helpful, sympathetic and accommodating. The only negative I think is that the park lane branch that I use is not open at weekends .

We recently joined this vets and I would recommend it to anyone. It actually feels like everyone cares, frome the moment you walk in the door and are greeted from the moment you leave. We have recently had some issues with our dog and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Went there with my cat which had a pretty advanced abscess and received the most kind attention. The staff was very accommodating and also helpful by giving us the most detailed instructions on the treatment which so far has proven its efficiency

In all my pet owning years, this is the only vets surgery I trust totally with my precious dog. Always understanding, professional, knowledgeable and always feel totally reassured when I need to visit. Well done to all at the practice.

This is a lovely vets. Very personably and my cat was put at ease, which isn’t very easy with her. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, so I was very happy with the service and I’m glad I’ve moved my baby to here.

The Receptionist was very friendly & Helpful. The Vet & Nurses were also very friendly & Helpful. The Vet was constantly talking to our puppy and reassuring him. I will be more than happy to recommend to other people.

Took our cat Nini here for her injections, excellent service, very professional and thorough from the vet Luca - and at a good price. Will use again for next year's boosters. Highly recommended.

Friendly Receptionists,clean bright waiting room. The vets are very gentle with their patients, I've taken my Dog there twice ..the prices are MUCH cheaper than.. "pets at home".

My dog scruffy has suffered from wheet jerm infection in his ears for a number if months ,but with the help of vet Karen and a new american drug his problem has lmproved.
