It is a horrible experience with Pam salon. Yesterday I came to the salon to show my hair to a worker for hair permanent straight service and she told me $200 and let me do it right now. Because I don’t have time so I come today. I met the owner Pam to make an appointment and she want to change the price to $225 with a unpleasant attitude even after I told her I got a final price from the staff here already and let her call her. She called and get the same answer as I told her. Still she doesn’t agree and insists l should pay $225 because she is the owner.In my opinion anyone works here should stand for the salon. Then the staff come to work and keep saying sorry to me. Poor girl! I definitely know it’s not her fault . It’s her boss push her into an embarrassing situation. I could say Pam doesn’t care about her staff’s feeling.My hair service has nothing to do with style issue. Personally nobody will care about $25 extra. But customer need to feel pleasant to pay for it. I understand the owner wants to earn more money but should obey common rules.by sacrificing your staff and your own reputation to get $25 it should not be considered as a wise choice. So regret going to this salon.

Pam’s hair salon has set the bar really high for salons in the city. I’ve been coming here for years and have always felt like a beauty queen after my service. It’s evident in all the staff that they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make them happy. Very knowledgeable, professional staff and a clean environment. Rose and Jenny’s work never disappoint. If you have hair on your head.. this is the place you need to RUN not walk to. Always 10/10, thank you Pam!

This was my second time having haircut with Pam, totally different model and length each time and I am very satisfied by both! I also asked to have highlight this time although I was not sure as I had not seen any of her works sample but I am so happy that I trusted her! She is very professional and experienced with everything! I'm very happy finding her very close to our home and will come back for sure.

I was referred to the salon by a friend and I must say it was worth it! Jenny did a good job! She was well knowledgeable and explained each and every detailed of the hair color process. She also came in just to do my hair on her days where she was off. Everyone was welcoming and makes the environment very warm and fun to be in. Definitely worth going!!! Love this place, have been coming here for years great service, very hygienic and wonderful environment. Very professional staff that know what they are doing, get my hair coloured every 6 months and styled on all special occasions and it still looks healthy as ever, probably because of the great products they use. I highly recommend!

Do not come here. I went for the first time and without seeing my hair told me it’s $80dollars for a blow dry and straightening only. then she proceeded to speak in her language with her coworker and both started laughing! Very very unprofessional! You shouldn’t be doing business if this is how you operate. Wish there was a zero star

Have been coming here for 3 years now and haven’t been more satisfied with my hair. I was referred through a friend and honestly one of the best places. Staff is so friendly and hygienic, they never make you feel uncomfortable. Prices are reasonable, they are patient and took so much care of my hair. Would defiantly recommend!!! :)

This place was extremely disrespectful towards me and my sister, I do not recommend it at all. Can not even tell you if they're good at their job because they're extremely ignorant. Didn't even get a chance to sit down and they were already rude. Worse salon I've ever been to

A friend who used to live in 308 building recommended the salon to me, and its amazing. The woman who cut my hair is named Rose, and she did an amazing job cutting my shoulder length wavy hair to a pixie cut. Will definitely come back. Reasonably priced too. ☺️

I went for eyebrow threading and it was pretty cheap than other places I’ve gone to. I asked for the rating for haircuts and it was comparatively cheaper and everyone was really friendly!
