Calamari and squid are the same yes??? Seafood mix what's in it??? If the staff don't know the ingredients and I can't even tell whats what on a very exp family pizza then something's wrong.... The base is very AVG the seafood pizza tbh is just chewy calamari and anchovies ( omg salty can't miss them ) Tried calling the store to chat as we spent over $70 and have eaten 1 piece of the combination pizza and none of the seafood other then picking at it and spitting it out. If the staff don't know that squid is calamari I think there lies a major problem before you even start... Lower prices or cook better food please. And train your staff please so they know how to speak to their customers. I wasn't rude till the very end of the call after getting nowhere with the man on the phone. If there trained very well then tell him calamari and squid are the same start at basics. The moose was most def not ordered or asked for. I'm sorry we hated the food and my cat wouldn't eat the chicken. Tough.

This place has it all, the food is fresh and tasty, the prices are more than fair and the customer service is outstanding. I have been ordering here for a while but this time I wanted a pasta that has bacon in it (I’m vegetarian) so I decided to ring and ask just to be sure. I was greeted by a nice fella, I asked about pasta and if there was any meat products apart from the bacon, straight away he asked the chef and that was a no then I asked would it be okay if I sub out the bacon for more mushrooms and he said absolutely. Long story short once we got our delivery there was a ton of mushrooms and to my surprise more garlic and seasoning to account for the lack of salt the bacon would have added to the dish. The customer care is outstanding not to mention we sometimes get complimentary cake and messages telling us we are amazing. Really tho you guys are amazing ❤️ BTW-They have their own ordering app with daily deals and a loyalty card which I find better than mainstream ordering apps.

Honestly my favourite pizza place, I’ve been to many places in Australia (I’m a foodie) and this place by far takes the lead. their pizza sizing is very good, they always put lots of topping on so A large which is their smallest size gets shared between my partner and myself and we’re lucky if we finish it all. By far the best pizza in the north. We have lived back north for 2 years after coming back from living down south, and we tried about 12-15 different pizza places. These guys by far have the best *Cheese Pizza * Pizza *Risotto * Ab's The customer service is perfect, out of probably 75+ Orders, we have only ever had 1 minor issue, which was a missing drink, that was delivered. The drivers are always friendly and the food is on time (95% of the time) which is brilliant compared to other places. The Pepperoni and Hawaiian are the best we've had. We heard that it recently changed owners and worried the quality may slip, but I think it has gotten better. Highly Recommend it, we've converted alot of friends in the area to try these guys.

Pamplona pizza is the absolute bomb! Best and juiciest pizzas you’ll ever find. I thought pizza was pizza until I met this place and then I realised what I was missing out on and now I have a new obsession. They may send you broke because you can’t resist it but it’s 100% worth it after you finish shoving your face come and try it for yourself and you’ll know exactly what I’m on about. They even have a pasta range and dessert pizzas which is just a bonus, can’t complain when you go there. They’re the friendliest bunch of people and will make sure you’re well looked after and leave a happy customer. So come down and try their amazing food before I eat it all myself

I'm afraid Pamplona have lost me as a customer. Too many times now (whether it be delivery made over the phone or the web) this place have just simply ruined the order. The pizza is never an issue, but if you pay for garlic bread and coke you expect it to arrive with your meal. 3 times in a row they have forgotten either the drink, the garlic bread, or both, and have taken close to 2 hours to follow up their mistake. Ive had friends over each time, they're always very upset that i keep choosing this place. The pizza tastes AMAZING, probably one of the best around, but the service is just appalling. Sorry, but I'm never coming back.

Woah This place is amazing! This whole time we’ve been resigned to Maccas for our lunch breaks while missing out on this little gem right down the side street. Our food was so fresh, so yummy, really well priced and they even gave us a free garlic bread and extra chips. My garlic prawns were awesome! Best I’ve ever had. They were super quick with bringing the food out too. We were seriously blown away and can’t wait to come back to eat. They even offer 10% off for the Defence. Thankyou Pamplona! ❤️

We ordered a chicken parmigiana with veggies and a fettucine carbonara. The parmigiana arrived with chips and no veggies. It was paper-thin, tasteless, and clearly made without love. The carbonara was a disgrace. The pasta very very closely resembled the Continental pasta packs available from the supermarket, and the taste was equally bankrupt. $35 wasted. Never again. Thanks Pamplona. Keep up the "good" work.

You have lost a customer but i don’t think you will care at all, delivery on a Friday night was 2 hours to get to my door. I understand you get busy but if you say 45mins then you need to be around that mark not an hour and fifteen minutes after you said it would be delivered. This is the second time you have stuffed up a delivery and semi cold pizza, cold garlic bread.

I ordered the AB pack (chicken) tonight , and it wasn't what I expected... more garlic sauce than anything. I had to stop after couple mouthfuls, quite overpowering. was not enjoyable at all. chips were so soggy from it all. this is the 2nd time we have tried here and both times been let down. my son however loves the chicken wings! so that's something!

Negative out of the way first:Packaging for pasta leaked sauce 2/3 times we've had it delivered. With that out of the way, I have to say every item on the menu is worth it, burgers are good with decent chips, pasta (I go for the pamplona) is delicious and generously served, pizzas are always hot and delicious, free garlic breads are great. 4.5 out of 5

The food here is always excellent, always great value for money, and their menu is extensive and varied. I recommend downloading their app, as they have frequent in-app daily specials. Whether pickup or delivery, the staff are always friendly and courteous, and they like to reward customer loyalty with an occasional extra treat in your order.

Been grabbing out pizzas from this guy for over a year now. Never once has he messed up our order. And the pizzas, and pastas are like the first day we bought from him. Good work guys.

Wife and I ordered the rack of ribs (with BBQ sauce) and a small pepperoni pizza. The ribs were awesome, meaty, juicy and soft but still had texture, and of course really tasty. Good to know there's somewhere in the northern suburbs that know how to do ribs. Pizza was yum also. Thank you.

These guys are second to NONE! every single time their food is fresh, loaded, tasty, delivered fast and always better than we expected. They even have vegan cheese which is beautiful on the pizzas. Also so well priced, and free kids meal

Garlic bread was great! Pizza were meh, the entire topping slipped off the base ~too salty and not cooked properly in the middle. Pasta was mediocre, overcooked not enough taste. The only good thing is that they accept cash on delivery.

The burgers from here are huge and they come with a side of chips which is nice. The burger was super moist and tasty! The chips where perfectly salted and the was alot of crispy chips too! Oh and the delivery guy was fantastic!
