Looking for a cozy cafe to talk to your friends and have a coffee, come check this cafe out! I had a craving to come here because I spent quite some time of high school here to study and hang out with friends. It felt unreal coming back here but the food still stayed the same, it’s so comforting. Especially the CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE. This time, I got… Chocolate chunk cookie Right when I went into the store, I knew I had to order one of their cookie. Their chocolate chunk cookie was so delicious, one of the best I have tried. It is crispy on the side and near the middle is soft and the chocolate chunk is still melting inside. It was so so good, it is a must try! They are also freshly baked! Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich This sandwich includes chipotle sauce with chicken and avocado and some cheese. The bread on the outside is crispy and the whole sandwich is very filling. This is included in a “you pick two” meal which you can pick any two entrees mix and match. But you also have the option to choose a whole sandwich so I did that. It also includes a side, they have healthy options as a side like apple. ☕️Cafe Latte ☕️ Their latte actually surprises me, it was very rich in coffee flavour and the cup is very big. They always serve the lattes and coffee non-sweetened, so you can add in the sugar on your own. Thank you for the yummy food!

Been awhile since a morning out brekky and this was a pleasure!!! Open nice and early at eight a.m. and met by an array of baked goods and breads and a cheery welcome. Menu is quite varied and chose the BREAKFAST SANDWICH but swapped out an EVERYTHING bagel instead of ciabatta on egg bacon and cheese sandwich. Freshly made after you order and you are given a buzzer when your order is ready ( I haven't seen THAT in awhile!!!). Good tasting bacon but a bit uneven on the placement and could have done with another strip completely covering the bottom and a somewhat generic “scrambled” egg but the star of the show was the EXCELLENT bagel!!!! Total product was sooooo much more flavourful than the plastic products at the hockey player's drive-thru's. Quite a popular meeting spot by the looks of it as it is close to neighbourhoods, offices and Square One. I will be back if ever in the area again.

I didn’t get the girls name working cash for dinner. But she was one of the only helpful ones around. To start I ordered an ice coffee with some extra syrup. I was handed a cup with some syrup and sent on my way. A different staff member (older lady) came up to me and rudely asked if I was the one that ordered ice coffee. I had told her yes and asked if it was possible to get some extra syrup as it didn’t taste like there was any in it. I was again rudely told that it was an extra charge (that I should have already paid if that’s what I asked for) and maybe I should stir the cup? When I clearly was. I gave up on the ice coffee at that point since that was no help. It was left there still full when we left. My daughter’s grilled cheese wasn’t even slightly toasty. Not sure if that can be called a grilled cheese when the bread is still bread and the cheese is the only thing melted and toasted. Definitely not a place I would be willing to go back to with the lack of communication on drinks/the menu.

For work, sometimes I have to make stops at cafes to get some computer work done. I have been to tims, starbucks etc, they are great but Panera is better. They have lunch, sweets and best of all, it is so spacious! I want to thank Tejalben (TJ), Ashley, Maria Edmee for always taking my order. They are always where when I go around 11-2pm. TJ especially. I go there almost everyday and she knows my drink, she puts my name on the order and she has even brought my drinks to my table without me asking! The manager Danielle and Lucy (I think thats her name.. sorry!) both go around to clean up the dishes. Many times, I finish with my food, they come and clean up my tray! Ever since the pandemic, Paneras across Ontario seem to struggle with hours and overall consistency. I now always call ahead of time just to confirm they are open because Google hours don’t match whatever the most recent hours they have printed out and put on their door. I can almost never get through to this location when I call, and tonight it resulted in me showing up to it being closed even though I called several times while they were open in an attempt to confirm their hours. It’s almost as if they want customers to lose trust in their posted hours to reduce foot traffic towards the end of shifts.

Customer service at the panera is unmatched. Absolutely amazing all around. Those behind the counter, the manager (levy) does a fantastic job daily, making sure orders are accurate, customers are served in a timely fashion and that the customers receive pleasant service. The place is very clean, in the restaurant area and the washroom. The outside seating is ideal in the summer and the great service extends to the outside seating as well as inside. The food is to die for. A little bit on the expensive side, but you're paying for premium, tasty, healthy food. My personal favourites are the French onion soup and the green goddess cobb salad.

Went for lunch and ordered a Pick 2 (Chipotle Chicken Sandwich & Asian Sesame Salad) in addition to a French Onion Soup. The staff was kind enough to ask me which one I wanted to pack when I mentioned I was going to take one of them to go. When I had trouble deciding which soup to pick, the staff was also happy to provide their recommendations and I was pleased with the choice that they picked. I did remove one star because they ran out of lettuce (which I understand was out of their control but the spring mix was meh). Otherwise, the food was good and satisfied my hunger at the time.

This place is immaculate. I am not sure why I have never been here before but as a first time customer, they have gained a long time customer. The service is wonderful, it is clean in there and the staff is just so lovely. Their food options are overwhelming and food is prepared fresh and fast. Great job to everyone apart of this location!

First time visiting a Panera Bread and I really enjoyed it. I expected a basic coffee shop but this was so much more. You order, take a buzzer and fine a seat inside or the patio. We had the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt and the Pick Two Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich with a Mac & Cheese and apple. Great service and experience.

Love love love Panera food. When you are looking for a healthy and hearty meal - just go to Panera without giving it a second thought. Their Mediterranean bowl is delicious, and their hummus is so light and tasty. All the soups are scrumptious, a little heavy, so order accordingly. One thing that I feel is very underrated is their brownie, it is so so so good.

Unfortunately i didn't experience happy time i thought i was going to...looks like this plays doesn't care about customers and their needs...if you'd Love to ruin your day- this is the place for you to visit...Wow...i just didn't see whole thing is coming and i would not say its a cheep place to eat...so be careful for what you paying and getting. Panera Smokey Buffalo Chicken Toasted Baguette and Southwest Caesar Salad You Pick 2, Mac & Cheese

I just ordered ubereats from this location and I am not impressed how my food was handled. I received a Ceasar salad with no dressing that was half empty and a sandwich that was not put together properly. This was unacceptable as I expect that regardless of how the person has ordered their food, it should be prepared with properly. The sandwich was good, but i would not recommend this location due to their terrible service.

Lovely place. The employees are efficient, patient, and the food delivery was quick! The food is nice and fresh, however the portions could be a bit disappointing if you're used to larger sizes. It's more on the pricy side, so always look into the menu online to see if it's worth it!

Big space, friendly staff, very clean. Been here at least once a month for a year, never had any problem with quality of food...yet. But I'm sure the staff will be very helpful. Good place to talk with friends or have some light foods, or if its cold and you want a broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Not a good place if you're going to study or read a book imo.

My wife loves this place. I on the other hand not so much. Over priced. Food is average at best in my opinion. Service, what service (same as McDonald's) order food at cash, pick up food at counter, empty your own trash. Only diffrence is there is a tip box at the cash. All o have to say is tip for what.

If you are looking for some fresh bread sandwich, this is the place. Great ambience, fast service and fresh vegetables and very tender chicken. We had chicken sandwich and veg sandwich. Chicken sandwich was really good. Vegetarian sandwich was ok, not so flavorful but very fresh. Worth a try. More

My all time favorite ‘fast food’ if you can call it that! I love meeting with people at Panera rather than at a coffee shop ( I’m not a coffee drinker)! Their chicken and wild rice soup is a given and I keep going back for more! However

I love this Panera, the staff are super nice and welcoming. The food is amazing and the dining room is always maintained. I’ve visited other locations and they have never amounted to Square One’s Panera. I especially love their drink
