If only I could rate this place a zero I would! On April 8 around 10-11pm we ordered two large pizzas for delivery. One of the pizza was good, no complaint. The other one we ordered was with an Alfredo sauce however there was very little to no sauce on the pizza. Called this place and what a joke! It was 11:50 pm , 10 mins to closing and they argued and told us they added the sauce but if we weren’t satisfied they would remake it. We told them we can’t make it tonight (we have a newborn) so they agreed the next day. Today on April 9, I called before I went there and they said “as long as there is more than 6 pieces we will replace it.” We arrived there, brought the disgusting pizza. Upon arrival they touched our disgusting pizza with no gloves, counting each slice, going through every layer. And at the end they said they can’t replace it or refund us because there is “some sauce.” They argued that we should have asked for extra sauce. If that was the case, how come the other pizza we ordered was good even though we didn’t ask for extra sauce. Also, why touch our food with no gloves, we walked out with nothing. We asked to speak to the manager, they refused and told us to call when he is there. But refused to tell us when the manager might be there. They just insisted that the manager is aware, they watched the footage and they were instructed to not give us a refund or anything. Please avoid this place, save yourselves from going through this hassle. For sure a scam! They basically stole our money. BTW: When we gave them the pizza it was still round and we only ate 4 slices. the picture below is after they touched it.

Well what can I say it's Papa John's!!! Besides the courteous staff and fast accurate orders these guys produce steaming hot fresh pizzas with high quality ingredients and not to mention great tasting sides. I have tried many many other pizzerias in the city but only one chain I have found to be consistent with every order we place whether it be on their app or by phone or in person they never let me down. They're going crust is easily one of the best and everybody at our house always fights for the crust! They have a good amount of choices and side dishes to go with each order not to mention beverages. We ordered a pizza again tonight and we are delighted that they have the extra large 16 inch pizza which is something they added and I tell you what makes things more awesome than a bigger size of your already favored Pizza. Our order was piping hot and I believe it was served with the smile as they were wearing masks and observing safety protocols that are now in place. I highly recommend Papa John's for any of your pizza needs and if you haven't tried them give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised. These guys are my go-to guys for anything Pizza. Good work guys keep it up!

Ordered delivery today and food was good, but the reason I'm writing this review is because of the delivery driver. When he came to the door and handed me the pizza I put the pizza on stacked moving boxes beside the door, well no sooner then I placed the boxes did the whole thing come crashing down causing a portion of the pizza to come out of the box and land on the floor. That was on me not the delivery driver but he right away was on the phone calling to see if there was another pizza that was sitting that he could grab to replace the pizza that had fallen. There wasn't but he said that if there was one by the time he finished his other delivery's he would come back with it. Currently at home relaxing waiting to see if he does or not. But even if he doesn't come back the fact that he inquired and looked into bringing back another pizza for me over a mistake that I committed was amazing!! Great Staff would recommend this location.

Kindly train your staff on proper hygiene , I bought a large Bbq chicken Hawaiian today with two orders of honey Chipotle wings at around 8:15 pm. The lady who took my order was dressing a pizza and didn't even bother to wash her hands before taking my order, its too obvious because her hands are full of flour. After taking my order she went straight to the landing station to cut some pizza coming out of the oven without again washing her hands. She told me to come back after 15 mins. for my order ,then when I came back and the same lady handed me the 2 boxes of what I ordered and paid and to my dismay the box of pizza and wings are sticky with marks of fingers with sauce all over.

The best pizza and sides we have ordered in Edmonton .Took 2 years of trying different takeout places via save the dishes. Decided to try papa John's although they are a bit more expensive than others. Everything arrives hot well packaged and in a very reasonable time even during prime ordering time Also the more time's you order you receive rewards for discounts when you create a account at the web site Papa John's. Ca. It is now our go to pizza place for ordering takeout pizza, wings and sides. Worth every dollar GREAT VALUE.UPDATE we no longer order from them as the quality has gone done so much it is no longer worth the pricing

Have been getting pizza from Papa John's at this location (13142-137 Ave) for some time now. Great pizza every time! Love the app and the ease of use. Especially love the notification of when my pizza is baking and ready to be picked up (so I can time the pick-up for fresh out of the oven taste). Staff has been always great. Also, love the Papa Dough that you can accumulate for credit and the special/promo they constantly have for each day of the week. Price can't be beat especially on Tuesdays :) The pizza sauce is one of the great tasting sauces for a pizza around !

TERRIBLE TUESDAY AIN'T TERRIFIC Ordered online on a Tuesday night through Uber Eats. I paid regular price whereas their Tuesday is half price via online ordering. That sucks. Papa John, you owe me another pizza! Pizza review: I ordered the meat works but where's the beef? The meats are minuscule, is that a reflection of Tuesday half price? You only get half of the meat contents except I paid regular price. Plus I ordered ranch sauce but instead you gave me garlic sauce. The only thing that was right the delivery was on time.

Ordered a $30 order, with contactless delivery. The driver ditched it on my porch, didn't knock and when I went to check to see if it was there it was. Ice cold. The driver didn't knock, just left my $30 order out in -26 weather. It was out there so long it made the, what is now ice patch. When I attempted to call the store to complain there's a voice message that tells me they aren't open and the line disconnects. I will never order from this location again and strongly will not recommend this location to anyone, ever.

I've ordered from here several times. They're pizza is great, but I'm very disappointed with their service on my last order with them. About 30 minutes after I placed my order with, their delivery driver called me and said that he would be 20 to 30 minutes late delivering my order because he had to make a delivery that is OUTSIDE his delivery area. This doesn't make sense to me, why not let another store thats in that deliver area take the order? Good service is a priority, and I consider this really bad service.

I like the people here they are kind enough, however the large Muslim kid who works nights always burns my garlic breadsticks and one time he even forgot to put the sauce on . I had to walk back in -15 weather to get sauce lol and he didnt even offer to pay for them . Either way I'm not spiteful so I'll give you 4 stars cause I know buddies just young . I've been young and stoned at work so I can relate .

We used to pick up from here all the time and the pizza and cheese bread were great. However, the past two times (including today), the portions were cheap- it looks like they’re trying to save on cheese and it makes for a very poorly made product. You should not be able to see the under part of your pizza. We won’t come back here again.

I ordered a double cheeseburger pizza that had very little on it and was mostly bread. I rarely post negative reviews, but if this is the standard quality then I will avoid this place from now on and suggest others do the same. There is no reason for any restaurant to offer items that are highly priced with such low quality, especially when so many restaurants are closing.

Got take out to support a fundraiser. Pizza is not great but ok. Staff were not friendly and no smiling. Gloomy interior and atmosphere.

I called and placed an order for delivery. I get a call back 20 minutes later saying that the delivery guy won't deliver to me because he had trouble finding my address on a previous order. Dude! We live in 21st century and there's something called GPS and smartphones you f@#$

Easy to order online and go pick up your pizza. Great value for a tasty pizza. We put our own concoction together...pepperoni, salami, bacon, mushrooms, feta cheese, onions and green peppers! 25 minutes and we had our pizza with dessert ! Top Notch service.

Seems like when you ask for EXTRA SAUCE they go opposite and put light are bare minimal and seems dry.. that's why I ask for extra SAUCE especially on there BBQ CHICKEN HAWAIIAN OR BUTTER CHICKEN PIZZA

We buy pizza here all the time. Always great, until today. Lacking in beef on the philly cheese steak pizza. Was very disappointed. It has been missing the proper portion the last few visits. Please fix this. Never go cheap on ingredient portions.

If you are looking for a new place to try pizza from, look no further. Pizza itself is not overly greasy, but not barren either; Papa John's manages to strike a balance between feeling good and feeling full.

The whole promo code system is pretty annoying, it's mediocre pizza at best but only if you can find a promo code deal. At full price it is an absolute ripoff, plus the CEO is super cringe.

Nice and quick service and friendly staff. Was a walk in and was walking out in less than 15 minutes. The is an ice cream vendor in the parking lot as well so you can get ur dessert on too.

Pizza dough and sauces are awesome, but they're slim on the toppings. I ordered extra cheese on my first large, and it was barely more than what was on my 2nd large without extra cheese.

Papa John's is one of my favorite pizzas & we order quite often from this location always been good but the last 2 times we had it, there were barely any toppings... very disappointed!

The pizza is great with a nice, chewy crust. They usually have good NFL related specials as well if you look online for offer codes.
