Placed order at 6:45 on doordash to pick up, paradise did not confirm order. Called to check at 7 to be answered unprofessionally and told that they would then confirm the order. 7:30 still no confirmation so called paradise again and was told it would be 15 mins. Rocked up 20 mins later to be told to wait another ten mins, then another ten minutes then another ten minutes blaming the doordash system being off... all up waited an hour and 45 mins to receive an order that was wrong! You can understand delays due to being busy but be upfront about how long the order will be and then actually get the order right! If you are going to blame the doordash system, we should have been told about the issue the first time we rang at 7pm not at 8:15 when we were still waiting. I understand that there can be issues with third party systems but the problem was how it was handled. Be upfront with what’s going on, tell your customers a realistic waiting time and offer them compensation initially not after we complain. Upon reading many of the responses from the owner it seems very little responsibility is taken by the shop and there is always blame put upon the customer or a third party. I’m not complaining about the wait time, I know things go wrong... I’m simply dissatisfied with how the situation was handled.

Hi guys, we understand you've changed owners and possibly recipes but certain things need to change back. My partner and I have eaten your food since 2015 and couldn't speak more highly of it. Chicken wings tonight were dry and lacking sauce and only warm. Used to be juicy, a bit fatty (good) and drowning in the sauce. However they used to be cooked, fresh once through the oven, a squirt of sauce and back in quickly to heat up a bit more was much better. Princess pasta was our favourite, now it is less pink (tomatoes?) and not creamy like before, lacking salt and pepper. Lack of sauce too. Chicken chunks were tough, as if cooked (not well) then frozen and brought out to use when needed. Paula's choice, the lot, chicken special - generally too much cheese now. Whilst somehow being undercooked, it managed to be burnt on top. The excessive cheese has resulted in the base being not as crisp, a bit doughy. These may be a bit too salty. Consistency and value used to be our favourite feature of this restaurant, we wouldn't have minded paying more... But unfortunately, we are not as happy as we used to be with our regular orders. Please consider this suggestion, I feel like others may agree. All the best, look forward to seeing and tasting any changes for the better.

This has been our local pizza place for over 15 years. Last night was the last time we will order from here. The young staff member that took my order over the phone was rude and abrupt, no politeness in his mannerisms or tone of voice. Left me waiting without apology on the phone. Quoted me an approximate delivery time, only for the pizza to arrive 30 minutes later than quoted. Pizza was cold, margherita ordered was burnt, dry and inedible. Wasted 1/2 a family size pizza as a result. Really disappointing pizza. Quoted us one price over the phone, then realised they charged more on delivery. Delivery guy was lovely, but he put the pizza bag on the floor to remove the pizzas… not hygienic at all. Trust the poor reviews you read here - it’s not the same pizza place is used to be. Toppings are sparse and quality is not there. It’s really disheartening to see such a negative change in the quality of food and customer service.

Unfortunately went here today with a few boys, we ordered a family pizza paid $31 and sat down... we noticed the cleanliness of the store was appalling so we moved seats, when we got our food, 2 small flies that were on the walls fell into our food, so we stopped eating it, we told the owner, and not only did he mock us by laughing he said to just take the flies of and consume it, he also tried blaming us and saying that it isn't his responsibility, he denied us a refund even though only 5 slices were eaten. Despite the amount of law suits the owner has faced over cleanliness he still doesn't care, ill be making a few phone calls to investigate this further because this is truly disgusting, he just faced fines for glass on pizza and one of the reviews a bolt was found. this is utterly disgusting, this place doesn't deserve to be up and running

Went here as my usual pizza bar was closed even though it said it was open online. The pizza was a little more pricey than I usually pay at my regular place but the pizza was fantastic. Noticed new people when I walked in so asked if it had been sold, they said yes a month ago so, I said well if it is good you will see me again if it is bad you will not. This used to be my go to pizza bar a few years ago til it became hit and miss with pizzas, sometimes good sometimes bad, but going by my pizza tonight I will be back thank you for making my night I have not had a great pizza like this was for years keep up the good work...... Well it is 18th November 2020 and I went here again and the pizza was a miss tonight if this is what it is going to be like I won't be back not only was the pizza bland but the drink was 2 months out of date garlic bread was nice though. I would only rate it a 2 Star now.

I used to be a huge fan of Paradise Pizza, Unfortunately there is only so much Grease I can Handle. Flavour of the Pizza's are one of the best in the area, its the reason I would always eat from here but unfortunately there is a serious grease issue. I understand Grease comes off of the toppings but I'm sure there are ways to try to minimise it. - Cooking it longer, Using one of those zig zag box liners... Etc. The pizzas Soak the boxes to the point they almost fall through, and when you have a slice in your hand, you usually will have grease running all down your arm. Their Chicken Parmi's are fairly good and we love their Garlic Prawns. Pasta is typical Pizza shop... Average. I'll buy from here every now and then but right now am in the process of trying to find a half decent pizza joint in the area that wont leave me super greasy. Fix the Grease issue and I'll be back with bells & whistles!

If you look at other reviews. It explains how there's been a landslide in quality since change of ownership. This place used to be the best pizzas id ever had. But now...... The food and their service has become terrible. All the young men working their talking aggressively to one staff member, insulting him when I'm waiting their once. Disgusting. Then every time I go in there now I'm always just ignored with around 6 different staff men looking at me, walking past, continuing their task. But no "someone will be with you shortly". Just left standing their each time for around 8mins ignored. Tonight my pizza is turning up nearly 2 hours after I've ordered it. They were great for years. But now with these lazy your men not performing too well. I might need to find a new pizza place.

It's a real shame about this place. We have been coming here for years for their schnitzel but unfortunately it'll be the last time. I've noticed that the servings have been getting smaller and smaller and tonight we literally got two small schnitzels with a bit of parmy and only a few handfuls of chips. Normally I'd have returned it but after working all week, honestly I just feel kind of defeated lol. The garlic bread and sauces are still nice and we got 2 family pizzas a few weeks ago and they where bloody awesome!!!! Honestly, their pizzas are great and if you're in the area, give them a crack just avoid the schnitzel for now

We will never order from paradise pizza again. Ordered pizza at 6:45pm arrived at 8:20pm stone cold. To then be on hold, hang up on 3 times why they tried to work out what to do, to then them offering us $10 of our $60 bill for 1.5 hour wait for stone cold pizza that apparently only just left the store. But when we rang 50 minutes into the pizza time it had already left? We live at Campbelltown it’s not even a 7 minute drive. We then stood with the delivery man for 10 minutes waiting for them to decide what too do. Meanwhile he had other customers pizzas going cold in the car. Note: the delivery man was lovely. Would not recommend Paradise Pizza EVER #hangry

Strongly recommend Paradise Pizzeria. Best pizza place in the area. I’ve been coming to this pizza bar for over 13 years and always been given great customer service and good quality food. I’ve decided to leave a review after seeing a review from a customer. I think she has been in another pizza shop. I was there last night and everything checked. Staff wearing masks. Cooks wearing gloves. 3 x QR checkins. Polite customer service and a very friendly and welcoming environment. I also like their Christmas tree made out of pizza boxes. My kids loved it and we took some selfies. Keep up the good work paradise pizzeria. Thank you for your giant chicken parmy, I am a big fan of your chicken parmy, and recommend everyone to try it

Very poor service, young lad mumbling on the telephone to the point I couldn’t understand half of what he said. Arrived at pickup time and still had to wait another 10 minutes or more. BBQ chicken pizza was very average and drowned in runny sauce. Margarita pizza was burnt and disgusting and guests didn’t eat it. This store used to be great and the pizza was fantastic- has the ownership/management changed? I will not be back, ever.

Not the best experience.. I ordered on their web site and it told me that the order would be ready for pickup at 7.06pm. I got there at 7.05pm and they hadn't started it. So I had to wait for 25 mins. On waiting for the pizza one of the staff was counting money with bare hands and then went on to make a pizza without washing his hands or wearing gloves.. not a good look.. they did give us a free garlic bread and a drink for the inconvenience which was nice but I don't think I'll be back in a hurry due to their higene standards..

Absolute disgrace, Delivery was stone cold, I called to let them know. A friendly guy answered the phone and profusely apologised. He spoke to the boss and he said that I will be compensated on next order. The next order I rang through and they said 30% discount. 5 mins later they called and said that the owner would not honour. I said that’s ok I will pay full price. Go to collect and not even started the order and abused by the owner. Never again..... very disappointing after dealing with the business for over 20years

Toppings are generous but the pizza was only warm and severely undercooked. The base had that unmistakable raw dough flavour and not quite cooked texture. The onions were crunchy. The lasagne was edible, but that's all that can really be said. Tried to give polite feedback but the response was a blank "Too easy. Goodnight", which tells me I wasted the effort. Not actually disgusting or dangerous but certainly not appetising. Edible if you're so hungry you don't care, but that's about it.

Not too pleased, ordered two pizzas, one 'Aloha' and one 'Chicken Deluxe'. Base was half cooked, and very obviously so (Looked like a Vanilla slice from halfway up). NEVER AGAIN! Found this place and the first time was great. The second time they sent me the wrong size pizza. Thought I'd try it again tonight but they stuffed up again!! Ordered pizza and pasta, and they fired the pizza, forgetting about the pasta. Time it got here, pizza was stonecold and rubbery. The pasta was out of a packet! No apologies. Never Again!!! La Romana in Newton or Vesuvios are the best!!!

Got schnitzel a couple of times, usually pretty good, but tonight I ordered a coke with my meal, didn't show up, delivery guy just said that he never got it. Mumbled something about "they'll send another driver" and I haven't heard anything about it since. If problem isn't resolved through Uber satisfactorily, I won't bother with them again. Which is disappointing, because the food is actually pretty good.

I've been going here for 8 years. Mostly been a great pizza but I was very disappointed last night. There was some stuff up with the pizza and delivery. It took 90 minutes for pizza to arrive. Order on Uber Eats (had a free delivery offer)... The delivery took about an hour which kind of sucked, as I was Hangry hahahaha (The Uber app said the delivery Guy was on a bicycle or he got lost...?) When the pizza's finally arrived, all was forgiven as they were hot, fresh and tasty (loaded with topping and the base wasn't soggy) definitely worth a try - slow delivery, but pizza's are tasty!

Ordered 1 and a half hours before desired delivery time. Still waiting 20 mins after desired time. Quoted one price on phone which 'magically ' changed to higher price when paying at door step. Pizza adequate but half and half had two pieces of salami for a family size. First and last time I will order. There are plenty of pizza places who would like my regular business, this won't be one of them.

Some of the beat chicken schnitzel around. And at a great price. You get a very large portion and it's always cooked perfectly. Everyone there is so nice aswell. They offer delivery if you call and through menu log.

Absolutely appalling, we ordered two pastas and neither of them actually came with pasta - paid $52 for sauce ... Our drink which we also ordered and paid for didn't arrive at all. We called the shop to discuss what had gone wrong and all we got back from them was "I'll chat to my chef, we close at 10". Honestly, not good enough. Worst restaurant, if I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Ordered a party size and it was massive couldn't fit through the door haha but it was such a delight and excitement to open the box and see this delicious giant pizza that was just super tasty!!! Ordered the paradise special and chicken Mexicana so tasty and cheesy!!! My go 2 pizza shop from now on! Worth the drive!

To say I am upset is a understatment I have been going to this pizza bar for years but today will be the last. Orderd food and it was 2 hours to come and no one said it will be a while. 3 pizzas came but one missing. Then had to prove we were missing a pizza and when it came but wasn't even cut up. Delivery guy was a good bloke just his team that let him down

Great to see the young fellas in there, learning their work ethic. Polite, helpful, no one standing around doing nothing. 5% discount for cash paying customers. Food was great. Only thing that I can really fault is that they don't sell 600ml drinks but just went to shop next door, no dramas. Will be going back ah as in and reccomending to friends.

Tonight we ordered the Large Combo deal (traditional Chefs Special) at 5.37pm and it arrived 6pm to Newton. It was absolutely beautiful pizza and garlic bread. This is the second time we have ordered from them and loved the pizzas both times. It is our new fav pizza place so I rang and thanked them for a great meal. Highly recommend.

My first and definitely my last takeaway from here. The pizza was soo soft, big pieces of chicken, capsicum and onion. Too many olives on the pizza that I had to remove. The pizza wasn’t fresh at all and I just had one piece and didn’t feel like eating one.

The pizza had a good coverage of toppings but the base was not that great. It failed the when cold taste test. The lasagna I ordered was cold through the centre, which gave me the impression that it had been frozen before being heated. While it was enjoyable after being reheated in my oven the experience left a lot to be desired.

Clearly this place has gone way downhill since new ownership but seriously cook the food thoroughly… Waiting over an hour and a half is bad enough but to then get our delivery with seriously undercooked food I mean no wonder the bad reviews… step up!!!

Don’t recommend, service was awful. Pizza was cold and not cooked properly. Order was incomplete and the driver had to go twice to the car to get the docket and then to get some change. I had to calculate for him the bill to take away the garlic bread that was not delivered. I had to throw away the pizza.

Haven't been there for a while. I was disappointed with a burnt pizza which seemed to be very different from a couple of months ago. Not sure if it was just a bad night, or if it's under new management using different gear. Pasta was terrific though and very authentic. Will try again some other time.

Tonight I ordered a warm chicken salad, it was described to have semi dried tomatoes, balsamic dressing and without olives. Unfortunately I received my salad with normal tomatoes, no balsamic dressing and olives. I really dislike olives so was quite unhappy when it arrived.

Quality pizza and garlic bread! We have ordered from Paradise Pizza a few times now and the ONLY issue we have, is that the pizza is never cut properly... We either have to tear the pizza apart or cut it ourselves... Not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience …

Top pizza, previous owners were way better tho, have to pick up our pizzas now as they won't deliver a few suburbs over after 10pm anymore. Pretty ridiculous really .. so now we have gone from paradise pizza 1 to 2 times a week to once a fortnight to 3 was.. shame

First time since new ownership. I have been going here for years. Had the pasta carbonara. I am used to it being tasty and packed with meat. It was all pasta, a few bits of pancetta and the sauce tasted like it came from a jar. The love is gone from the food.

Probably about a 3.5 or 4 i ordered a pizza wasnt bad for 12am, first time ordering, n via uber, i ordered a meat lovers bit average kinda pizza but good for price it did the job, i would go back based on first experience.

I think they should be more concerned about cleanliness and the hygiene when preparing food. This review is based on what I witnessed. And would be great if they could give the same service which is given to the locals.

Pretty poor customer service. We were told to pick it up in 15 minutes and when we arrived they haven’t started making them. Customers were coming back with the wrong order cause the boys were stuffing up the pizza.

Sadly, It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. What's with all the processed ham Flavourless, soggy base, and just generally unpalatable, oh and inedible!! You gotta lift your game!!!! Paradise lost!!!!!!

You can get so many fries and beef bigger than a pot for 22$，quite nice. By the way，due to the epidemic, the restaurant's dine-in environment is not good. It is recommended to take it home to eat.

The Adonis pizza was nothing like it used to be a few years ago. No artichoke, very wide overcooked edges. Australian was awful. We should have just gone to Pizza Hut. Is it new management?

Ridiculous customer service, charging for the sauce and ingredients, that were completely missing. Staff Complete waste of money, bad bad experience with the staff and pizza. Unbelievable…

Return customers, we've never had a bad meal. The schnitzel's are amazing, calzone's delicious and the risotto is better than most that I've had at overpriced, fancy restaurants in town.

When you open the pizza box and see the pizza absolutely covered in shredded ham you know it’s not going to be good! For a place that’s been open since 1971 it was very average!

The place smelled like mould when I walked in there. I wasn't impressed so I didn't buy anything, but I hope they've done a big sanitising clean up.

Utterly disgusted and disappointed by the food I ordered on menulog. The schnitzel was not cooked properly and was still raw on the inside and the chips were stale.

Pizza is always amazing! Ordered the mushroom risotto and the carbonara and couldn't speak more highly of the flavours! So good, will never stop supporting :)
