The arrangement I purchased was delivered near the end of the day and unfortunately my coworker had already left for the day and wfh the following day. When they hadn’t arrived by 3:30, I called to check on the status and got the machine. My call was returned the next day and the florist, Kelly, really wanted to make it right after learning my coworker would not see them until Wednesday. I declined because the arrangement was beautiful and I did not want to hurt their bottom line. She reassured me that the arrangement would last for a week & would still look good on Wednesday. The arrangement included Gerber daisies, the wonderful yet short lasting beauties they are, so it looked wilted & slightly brown. I sent her a pic of what the arrangement looked like when it was finally seen by my coworker. Well, that seemed to not sit well with Kelly, so she surprised me and my coworker with another arrangement today! Thank you so much, Kelly! I really wanted to send my coworker something to celebrate her greatness and Parkcrest made it happen & in a big way. I now have a good, go-to florist, for the first time ever btw. Thank you for helping make my kind, hard-working, and deserving coworker/friend (a healthcare professional) feel celebrated!

Five stars!!! My childhood best friend and her fiancé decide to elope in Austin. We are from Michigan, so I’m not familiar with the area at all. Since I couldn’t be there to attend the elopement, we wanted to do something special from afar! Decided to get flowers for the bride and groom’s pictures. I called around to multiple florists in the area and didn’t have a good experience or much luck. Finally talked to ParkCrest and they saved the day! They were able to do exactly what we wanted, even this close to Valentine’s Day. They were so lovely on the phone and the outcome was just perfect. Parkcrest did a wonderful job on our wedding! From our very first consultation where they carefully walked us through what we wanted and how to do it the right way (and within our budget!), to working with me just a few weeks before the wedding to talk through a couple of last minute changes, to the AMAZING job they did on the day, from being on time and getting the arch ready, and just everything, it all went very smoothly and they were super fun and professional through the whole process. Getting married is overwhelming, and they made our flowers one area where I did not have to be concerned at all. They even gave me instructions on how to dry out my bouquet, and it still looks beautiful!

So I've worked with a lot of florist in my life... Parkcrest Floral is by far the best! It was the most fun consultation I've ever had... Martha was energetic, friendly, and so creative! They showed up on time for my wedding, and did a FANTASTIC job on everything! She took my image and captured it perfectly! The flowers lasted a long time, and customer service was out of this world awesome. I will never use another florist ever again. Last but not least, she was very budget friendly. You'll find a lot of Austin area florist really over charge, and I found Parkcrest Floral to be reasonable, yet not "cheap". You'll regret not hiring Parkcrest Floral for your next event!

These people were so helpful for our wedding. They completely understood what I wanted, helped me design my bouquet, and created it for a very reasonable price. Lots of places try to charge hundreds of dollars for tacking the word “bridal” onto an item, but they certainly did not. It was a beautiful bouquet, and I loved it. It was absolutely perfect. They also didn’t judge me for only wanting the bridal bouquet and nothing else (well, she insisted my groom wear a real flower, at almost no extra cost). She loves her craft, and she loves helping you get your dream floral arrangement.

Working with this business to create a custom floral arrangement was a breeze! We spoke with Martha, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to nail down the design over the phone and via text, to make sure we had the right color scheme and floral/greenery variety. The flowers were arranged beautifully and looked fresh. We love our arrangement so much, and we will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Great value for the price as well. Thank you Martha!

If I could give Martha a million stars I absolutely would! She was the absolute best to work with and so much fun. The flowers far exceeded my expectations and was my favorite thing about the wedding since I love everything floral. They also didn’t charge an arm and a leg which is crazy because it’s Austin! I called this morning (last minute) to have an arrangement delivered today, my request was for something pink with Star Gazers. The flowers exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price. I asked Martha if they could text me a photo before delivery and I was pleasantly surprised. I will use them again in the future.

This florist is beyond awesome. They put there heart into each order/design. They listen to the customer and take care of everything for each customer The owner/staff goes above snd beyond. I live no where close to this florist but will always travel to them. Completely happy and satisfied with these folkd.
