I honestly can’t recommend Parkdale Family Dental highly enough. I don’t live locally and still happily travel 45 minutes to my appointments – even though there are many dentists in my area I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’m quite nervous at the dentist so I’m lucky to have found this practice. If you are at all nervous like me, you may find this helpful. My last visit was Monday, October 21st. There’s never any waiting - I’ve always arrived for my appointments and been taken straight through. At the other end, when my appointment is over, the bill is ready to be settled straight away, I’ve re-booked and I’m out the door in a flash. I see Dr Ramroop who is normally accompanied by Julie or Lisa. All the staff are friendly and take the time to listen and answer any questions I may have. Being nervous they know I like to ‘get the show on the road’ and the appointment begins with a summary of what we are doing so there is no surprises. I know can put my hand up at any time for a break and I’m not made to feel like it’s inconvenient. I also get updates throughout the appointment (i.e. half way there etc.) which really helps. The actual time in the chair goes by really quickly – Dr Ramroop, Julie/Lisa chat away while I listen which is an excellent distraction for someone like me. Ultimately, what I feel makes all the difference is they take the time to get to know their patients and in doing so they consistently show a high level of genuine care. Thanks guys!! Note: if you’ve ever driven past and wondered if parking is an issue, I can always find a park either directly across the street or in the 1 hour spots on Como Parade East

Parkdale Family Dental are just an amazing caring team of professionals. This year I have had a course of treatment overseen by Dr Paul, who was great! However, I would particularly like to mention Dr Nidhi this week. At my most recent visit Dr Nidhi worked much longer than the normal appointment time allowed, at the very end of her day, to make sure I was completely happy with the results I had. She was unbelievably patient, kind and caring, listening to me and consulting with me at every stage, making me feel so comfortable when I was very anxious. Both my adult son and I have had treatment from Dr Nidhi on our front teeth and she has transformed our smiles and confidence – she is so talented! We will both be forever grateful for Dr Nidhi’s advice and handywork. Dr Nidhi’s assistant was also amazingly helpful and patient during my appointment - and as always the wonderful Carolyn on reception just makes everyone feel welcome and safe and truly wants us to be happy with our visit. It’s a pleasure to be welcomed and treated by everyone I’ve met at Parkdale Family Dental and I highly recommend them!

I can't recommend Dr Nidhi and the team at Parkdale Family Dental highly enough. I have been a patient here for more than 15 years. The team at the clinic are all so friendly and welcoming, and help put you at ease. Our 3 young boys are patients here also and it's a credit to the team that they don't dread a visit to the dentist. Dr Nidhi has been a great acquisition by the practice - she explains things clearly and thoroughly, and is super friendly like the rest of the team. Attending the dentist can be a chore, but not at Parkdale Family Dental!

I came to this Dentist after 35 years with a previous practice . I was not happy with the service of the existing practice after ownership change . I had ongoing issues with a particular tooth . A good freind rec parkdale family dentist . The service was great , caring , generally pain free and after a root canal , my tooth is fantastic . I can honestly say Dr Paul and his dental nurse are the best dental duo I have ever had treating me. They were both very re assuring and kind throughout my treatment and I didn't feel a thing during my root canal prep (a miracle as I've had a few before). They were also very accommodating and squeezed me in as I was in quite a lot of pain. Fantastic care and attention from two very friendly people, I can't recommend them enough.

I've been a patient at Parkdale family dental I think since 2006. Like most people I hate going to the dentist, but for some reason I've never been too concerned after changing to the team at Parkdale. Initially seeing Dr John and now Dr Nidhi I've always felt well looked after ...and of course that all starts at the front desk with the ever smiling Carolyn. Secretly both Julie & Lisa know I'm mainly there for the sunglasses.

Dr Nidhi is an exceptional dentist, who makes you feel comfortable and puts your needs at the centre of the treatment. She is by far the best dentist I have ever visited, and I would highly recommend this practice to everyone, but especially to anyone who is anxious or nervous about checkups. I have been attending the dentists here for years and would go nowhere else. Dr Nidi is who I see these days. She is friendly, skilful and gentle whether it is a simple check up and clean or a root canal. All staff are cheery from reception to the dental assistants. I wouldn't say I like visiting the dentist, but I do like visiting Parkdale Family Dental, as they make the experience way more pleasant.

I'm getting my orthodontics done here and can only say, great team of lovely ladies. Doctor Nidhi always makes you feel right at home. Always asks how I am going and lots of banter during treatment. Makes having orthodontics as pleasant as it can be. Price of treatment is competitive and transparent from the start. No unexpected additional costs. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience when I went for the first time today. Everyone in there was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating to myself and kids. Dr Paul was great and his assistant even picked up my crying newborn (with my permission) and got him to stop crying whilst I was being examined. Highly recommend and will be back again. Very happy with it all.

Dr Nidhi is a great communicator. She listens and she explains clearly. She's gentle, caring and is always happy and engaged. She makes coming to the dentist enjoyable and her skill and professionalism means that I have no hesitation in trusting my family to her care. I had my first experience with Parkdale Denistry today, wow, absolutely brilliant which for any visit to a dentist has to be pretty rare! Everyone was so nice, helpful and professional. I had 2 extractions which was expected but Paul was so gentle, kind and quick. I highly recommend this practice . If you have to choose a dentist, choose this one.

Everyone here is so warm and welcoming. Making sure you understand everything and answer any questions have. I just finished a root canal procedure and I was very nervous but Nidhi made sure to explain each step and was comforting as we completed the procedure.

My mom came for a holiday and needed an emergency filling. The team got her in really quickly. The care, attention, warmth and expertise was amazing and made it such a pleasant experience for my mom. If you need a dentist just book here - you won’t regret it.
