Not pet friendly outdoors. Depending on the staff roster, you may get told that your dog is unable to be on the outdoor deck. Also had to go inside to get someone to come out and see us even though they saw us waiting several times. It is the only place I have been to in Bayside that does not allow pets on the outdoor deck, if you feel like a meal and have a pet, visit The Baths in Brighton or any other place in the area. We were told that apparently the council don't allow it, even though every other place is pet friendly in the same municipality. I will never go back there, even though the food is good which is their loss as there are many other good options in the local area.

The food and coffee here is quite good! And the kitchen staff are really helpful with orders that need to be adjusted. It’s such a shame about the service. Not a single hello or good morning. Permanent stale, miserable faces from the serving staff who obviously don’t want to be there or at least that’s how it comes across. Slamming plates on the table and having the worst attitude. Service is everything to me so it’s a 2/5 regardless of the food being pretty good.

Great place to stop for a coffee when on my morning walks. Even my daughters rave about it. The owners are very natural and humour capable people that understand your coffee needs. I ask for my skinny triple shot latte in my case and never get that horrible hot burnt milkshake result handed to me. We all know that experience where you mouth end's up tasting like the bottom of a bird cage. Great job Parkers Café.

I ordered by Uber, but am still really impressed with this cafe, and cannot wait to go in-person! The waffles were some of the best waffles I had eaten - crunchy around the outside. The idea of adding apple sauce was really ingenious, and went so well with banana. My suggestion would be to add cinnamon, a bit of honey! :) The coffee beans were beautiful, and really refreshing. Cudos to both chef and staff for being kind and bringing a really satisfying meal.

Really lovely, unassuming cafe. Prompt and friendly service. Seating outside was great on a nice day, under cover and spaced fairly generously. Coffee was delicious if slightly on the smaller side. All day breakfast and plenty of nice sounding lunch options. Food came out quite quickly and was well presented. Good mix of flavours and generally balanced. Can't fault this place. Had the most amazing experience here! I went today at 2pm. The staff were so friendly, and the service was quick and amazing. I ordered the prosciutto salad (with extra prosciutto) and it was phenomenal and a really decent serving size. We had a complication with one of our meals and they handled it so well, nothing was too much effort for the staff. A beautiful place to go for breakfast/lunch if you're heading to the beach, (its right down the road). Would give 10 stars if I could, will definitely be back.

This is the second time we have tried to visit your cafe and both times we haven’t been allowed to sit on a free table. Today, we are a party of 3 and there was a table of 5 available. We were told we couldn’t sit there just in case a group of 5 came in later. It was not reserved, but because we were only 3 people we weren’t allowed to sit there. I’m not sure why your business is turning away paying customers? This cafe is our local and we will not ever attempt to attend again.

We have just been to parkers and forgot to book but fortunately the staff were amazing so they squeezed us in to fit 8 people. The food was amazing and they weren't at all stingy with the serving sizes, so much that i had to take three rest of mine home. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. But the best standout was all the amazing people working there to make our experience the best they could. Although they are young, everyone was amazing. I would thoroughly encourage everyone to go.

Overpriced not only for what it is, but for the area. Very average Ruben sandwich with unseasoned and undercooked chips, $22 beef burger with a very bland, unseasoned patty, and the one vegan item on the menu is one piece of toast with a tiny amount of avocado, two slices of tomato and Almond fetta for $19.50 is ludicrous compared to the prices and vegan offerings at other cafes in the area. I'm not sure if there is a new chef, but the food is nowhere near the level it used to be at.

Visited this place as our usual place (Parkdale Beach Cafe) was busy. Can’t say my experience of Parker’s Cafe lived up to the other reviews. Food was pretty average, ordered chicken burger and chips. Chicken was pretty tough and the chips were almost raw potato. Juice was only good part of the meal. Maybe down to weekend kitchen staff and busy day but that’s no real excuse. Can’t say I would return again.

Once a favourite, but no more. Last Sunday we went for brunch and waited so long before the coffees arrived, then no apology, we were told they had a rush of Uber orders, so apparently Uber customers have priority over an customer there in person. Food took so long, we were almost about to leave when it arrived. Seriously they need to pick up the customer service in a big way

Absolutely amazing cafe. Service was incredible, the food arrived quickly and the staff were lovely. The toblerone hot chocolate was perfect. Some of the best wedges I’ve ever had and the Philly Cheese was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back.

Great Cafe, Nick one of the owners is obviously very passionate about providing good service and goes the extra mile with all customers. The food and coffee are very consistent and I've never had a bad experience. Don't be fooled if it looks too busy, there is usually a table somewhere and they manage to get the food out in reasonable time.

I’ve been here multiple times now, and the coffee here is consistently nice. But, I personally find that the staff make me feel somewhat uncomfortable and not particularly welcome. As others have said, they obviously have a lot of fun doing their jobs (which is positive), but at Parker’s, it comes at the cost of the customers experience.

Great Cafe not far from the station and a couple of mins from the beach. It's popular with the locals and was one of the first 'hip Cafes in Parkdale...great coffee and a nice selection of some groovy food...the Gnocci with asparagus and bacon is super nice!

Great Service. Couldn’t fault service. Friendly and lovely, prompt. But sour avocado for smashed avo is not on for the $20. Some of the other options seem on, but really a bacon and egg sandwich for 18, expensive. And a very bready sandwich on the Turkish bread. They have an all day breaky menu with some lunch items available. Started with coffee, it was delicious. Food was good. We both had chicken salad, presentation not great but it was fresh and crisp and tasty. Friendly, experienced staff provided good service tho the kitchen a little slow. Overall good and will go back.

Plenty of reviews and word of mouth recommendations for this place and it didn't disappoint. Standard beef pie had plenty of flavour with a great pastry, the stand out for me was the Indian beef pie. It was perfectly seasoned with just enough kick. Their sweets are sensational also. Highly recommended.

I'm on low fodmap and this cafe worked hard to ensure I could eat something delicious that meets my requirements. The waitress was so kind and understanding. Coffee is amazing. Outdoor heating. They top us up with water and even top up their dog water without asking. Legends. Parkdale at its finest.

We had a calamari share platter with a couple of glasses of bubbles. Although the calamari was fresh unfortunately it lacked a nice aioli or some other interesting dressing to go with the calamari. Then we had to go inside to order a coffee instead of getting table service …

We love Parkers Cafe. But unfortunately the panini we ordered yesterday was so burnt and hard that it actually cut the roof of my mouth which is really painful. Was unable to finish my lunch. Waitress asked how it was i explained what happened she said sorry and moved on

Was on our way down to mornington for a touristy day trip and decided to stop by here for brunch. Turned out to be the most crowded cafe in a largely quiet and residential area. Coffee was wonderful and the eggs were beautifully cooked. Highly recommend this place.

This is an enjoyable restaurant. The menu offers variety of fresh food so reasonably priced and nutritious. The people we shared lunch with today like myself will return. Be prepared parking can be an issue particularly if there is a funeral at the local church.

Always good food, always good staff and consistently decent coffee regardless of who is making it or the time of day. It gets a bit too yuppy during the busy periods for my liking, but generally it's worth putting up with the Tweens for the quality of food.

One of the best coffee and brekky place. We were 12 guests and the staff took our order without taking notes. Each one of us had different coffee orders and guess what he got it all correct. The breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

First off, overpriced. We ordered a iced coffee and it cost us $7.50 just for bitter, shake looking poor coffee. Then we ordered two (what looked like ) freezes dried meals. I am so disappointed at this place.
