Great food but terrible service. Reading the other reviews it may just have been a bad day for them but service was slow. Despite table numbers the waitresses never knew whose food it was and would go around asking every table if it was theirs. By the time I got my soup it was cold. Our milkshakes arrived 15 minutes after we finished eating despite repeated reminders. We finally asked if we could just get them to go. They brought them in the normal glass mugs for eating in. I reiterated to the waitress that we wanted to take them with us so she took them back and then proceeded to ask everyone else in the cafe if the milkshakes was theirs. I don't think she could understand English. Finally I just went and poured the milkshakes into a coffee cup at the counter myself and we walked out. They also claim to be open till 5 but beware they only have coffee avaiable after 2pm- no food.

We went there at 3pm, ordered the big breakfast+ hot chocolate+ sausage roll. The cashier was very kind and well hearted, asked us if the hot chocolate was it for the kid or not so he could make it warm instead of hot. The food was also delicious and we will definitely go back again.

Went for a coffee Easter Monday. Cafe was well attended, but service was a little perfunctory. Coffee was not to my taste. The blend seemed over roasted (very bitter taste). I didn't enjoy it. The food looked alright but I can't really comment. Not sure I would go again for coffee, but other customers seemed satisfied.

Passchendaeles is a lovely place. Very friendly staff, great coffee and food and a large area indoors out of the cold. They also have outdoor seating for when the weather is nicer. Good wise they cover breakfast to lunch with the waffles to die for. They are more than happy to assist the community with giving assistance to local events in the area. Well done Passchendaeles. 6 out of 5 stars.

Excellent Cafe, the food and coffee was amazing, the baked potato was absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere was fantastic, lovely Cafe. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the service was so exceptional. Will definitely be back again.

The people were lovely, and we waited for 1.5hrs for our final meal to arrive. It seemed all the meals we ordered came with bacon. Scrambled eggs on toast came with bacon even though it didn't say that on the menu. The same with smashed avacardo on toast. They did give us complementary cakes due to the long wait.

Arrived early morning, Google details don't specify that kitchen isn't open until later. Staff abruptly told us that Kitchen wasn't open yet. Coffee was fine, but what was very uncomfortable was the staff being extremely rude to each other and bickering while we there, not discreet about it at all!

Good food and coffee. Lovely customer service.

Really nice Cafe' with tables & lounge chairs inside & a few tables outside. Dog friendly area as well... Good service with great coffee & a good mix on the menu with a fair arrangement of cakes for those that require

Just ducked in to grab a takeaway coffee, but I'll definitely be back. Cute little cafe with very friendly and welcoming staff. I was most impressed with their service - one even opened the door for me on the way out!

With a pleasant rustic modern ambiance, friendly wait staff and reasonable coffee and snacks this little cafe was worth a visit. Especially because everywhere else was closed at 3pm on Friday. On a previous visit the coffee was not so good.

Nice quiet little cafe in Mt Evelyn around the corner from the main thoroughfare. It has comfortable chairs and is ideal for a quiet chat over coffee and snacks. Very clean and very friendly. Named after famous WW1 battlefield and township.

I love this cafe for the delicious food, amazing coffee and the beautiful soul. Jay and Trav are amazing people that make everyone feel at home. They work so hard and make every effort possible to make you feel welcome always.

Out for a pleasant drive on a Sunday, great little cafe to drop in for a drink and a snack.

Ordered a small coffee. Was just warm almond milk with no coffee taste. Service also very poor. Much better cafe's in Mt Evelyn. Dont order coffee from here, you will be disappointed.

This coffee shop is tucked away at the end of the town so noise appears less. The coffee is good and a good variety of cakes on offer. Tables outside and fresh water for the dog.

Went to this cafe to be reminded of my time I spent in France when I was a pilot for Ansett. I was not disappointed, place was full of rude and arrogant staff. Coffee was ok.

New-ish owners/staff are great. They are super friendly and always offer to hold the door for you when you leave with your hands full! Great coffee brings us back for me!
