Why would I take time out of my day to write such a bad review? I'll tell you. Despicable service!! If you want to be harassed and talked down to like you're an idiot, visit Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital. They are inefficient, rude, and pretentious. Save your money, your time, and the well-being of your cherished pet and go anywhere else! From messing up the label and instructions on my diabetic dog's insulin, to giving me runaround after runaround, incorrect prescription for food, being told they would call you back and never doing so, not returning messages for days, it's really appalling. All of the "good reviews" are from people who don't know any better, and have never been to a real vet team that truly cares for your animal. I will make sure that any who asks knows to avoid Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital, and that is an absolute promise. I feel terrible for recommending people to your facility since you opened, due to the proximity and reviews I read. After experiencing it for myself, WOW, what a terrible, terrible veterinary office. And whoever is responding to your negative reviews need to have more tact. Truly disgusting. -Edit- Take a look at the snyde response from the business owner. Speaks volumes! No apologies, just a veiled threat. Too funny! Actually, no, it's sad really. Trust me, "business owner", I've thought about it, and you've earned this bad review! Do better and stop harassing your clients or you will find yourself with none. Maybe you should consider the impact that providing terrible service has on your business. Take your business elsewhere, folks. There are so many better veterinarian teams in Atlanta. Peachtree Creek is the worst of the worst. PS: Sort these reviews by Most Recent and read the other review from this timeframe. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And take a look at how the business owner responds to these reviews - with arrogance and rudeness. There is no apology offered or questions asked for more clarification. They just divert blame and turn on the customer. These people should be put out of business. I have been a part of the pet care industry for over 20 years, and I can tell you that these people are in it for the wrong reasons. MONEY. Go elsewhere. Kindness doesn't cost a penny. -EDIT- And now they have completely changed there response to a contrived false narrative that conveniently leaves out quite a few very important details. No, I will not rehash and relive the experience I had when your Customer Service Representative called and, yes, harassed me with accusations and a complete lack of patience, understanding, or professionalism while I had COVID and dealing with a diabetic dog the best I could. I followed the instructions to have another vet interpret/approve the results in order to get her more insulin IN AN EMERGENCY and your staff has the gall to suggest I just go to the other doctor, as if my business was unwelcome. How is that okay to say to a customer during a crisis? You say you "understand", however your team and your original response to my review proves otherwise. The damage is done. Remove my name and personal details from your comment immediately, or we will have to take this a step further.

I took in my small, 14 year old, long-haired cat for a check-up following some periodic vomiting and constant grooming. This was her first vet visit since she was very young. Peachtree Creek's COVID-19 precautions were excellent, and the staff was very communicative and friendly. They walked me through what to expect and took a phone number to call me at when the doctor had seen her. Dr. Kahn called me not long after I dropped her off and said that while she wasn't letting him take a close look, it looked likely to be a particular condition, and that bloodwork could confirm this. I really appreciated that he respected my cat's consent & allowed her the space she required. With my permission, they sedated her and collected the bloodwork. I asked what the costs of everything would be and Dr. Kahn broke it down for me neatly over the phone, so there were no surprises when I went to pick her up. Dr. Kahn called me the next day and confirmed that it was the suspected condition and outlined her continuing treatment options. I feel confident returning to Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital for my adored kitty's primary health care.

I waited until my fur baby has been a patient here for a while to write this review. I cannot say enough good things about the hospital! First off, their price is extremely reasonable, which helps, AND the quality of the service is definitely not comprised. But beyond that, what makes this place shine is the people. The staff is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, one of my cats (Aslan) is a regular to the vet, and he has been seeing Dr.Garrison for each visit. Dr.Garrison is compassionate, professional, and extremely patience. She does the best job to treat my cat while putting on her "therapist hat" for me as I am always a distressed mess when my cat is sick. I also want to give a huge shout out to the front desk staff - I have interacted with Shane/Victoria the most. They are absolutely a gem of human beings. The hospital also follow up with phone calls/text message after the vet visit and never get impatience when I call them with sometimes too many aftercare questions. Thank you so much Peachtree Creek, I always feel like my cat is in extremely good hands with you guys.

Ambiance: A- This animal hospital has a cosmopolitan feel. It feels up to date and modern. Location: A+ Great parking behind the building. The location is right off the interstate and there is minimal traffic on their street. Service: A+ The drs here are fantastic. Courteous, Caring and efficient. We were in and out in no time. This plus they were extra gentle with my 5 lb poodle. The technicians and front desk staff are equally phenomenal. Prices: A- Excellent Prices...Excellent. They actually honor their promotions with no catch. This is one of the best veterinary hospital in Atlanta. It is not a "mark up" and itemized list of things-I-could-have-done-at-home-for-far cheaper place. This doesn't appear to be a price gouging vet. overall- A A year later Peachtree Creek remains a wonderful veterinary experience. Lovely and helpful front desk. Dexter was pleasant and Dr. Ashley has great puppy bedside manner. :) Visits are expedient and relatively as painless as possible.

Wonderful staff and service! As a new cat owner, I was almost as nervous as the cats during their first visit. Everyone from check-in through check-out were really great, making our first visit a positive experience! Our vet tech Manny handled the cats like a pro! We were shocked that our more aggressive cat went along with the entire process without any biting/scratching. He also gave us tips on how to more confidently handle our cats, which led to less biting and scratching at home. Dr. Groll was also great. One of our cats had an ear infection that they were able to clean out quickly. We were sent home with medication. All charges were discussed with us prior to checkout, and each line item was clear and reasonably priced. Cat exam: $63 Ear cleaning: $42 Ear infection medication: $49 Leveling up in cat parenting: Priceless Pros: Phenomenal staff, good communication, transparent pricing, follow-up email after visit Cons: Can't think of any yet!

Went in yesterday because my puppy needed distemper. When I walked in it was very quiet. When I got seated in the room to wait for the doctor, they weren’t very friendly. Didn’t talk much to me felt just very unimportant. When they had me in the room I was next to the office and I could hear everything that they were talking about. They asked for my pets records and started talking very badly about my pet and I wanted to get up and just leave. they had asked me where I got my puppy a few times. When they came back into the room, they were asking me what breeder I got her from just a lot of questions and it made me feel very uncomfortable that they would just assume that I got her from a breeder. The Dr. who saw us was also very plain didn’t speak to me much about what was going on. Just felt very rushed by him… his name was Jonathan Kahn. I’ve had pets with neurological damage, it’s been sad not being able to find a vet who actually cares

I am new to Atlanta and wanted to find a neighborhood vet that had some appointments later in the day and on Saturdays. Peachtree Creek has appointments until 530 and they are open Saturday’s until 1. Being a new customer, it was very easy to navigate their website and make an appointment. About the visit: I got there right at 530 for my appointment and they took me straight into a room where the tech came and confirmed my online information I provided. Within a couple of minutes the doctor came and completed a physical of my dog. They asked what other services I wanted (vaccines, shots, etc) and they showed me the price on an iPad before they did them. Then they took my dog and within 10 minutes they were all finished. Checkout was quick and easy. They waived my consultation fee for my first visit. Altogether, very pleased with the online website, the timeliness of the visit and friendly staff. Exactly what I was looking for in a vet.

Back in October 2020 my 11-year-old pup, Nala, tore her CCL which required TPLO surgery. Obviously, when your dog is hurt it's a stressful situation and that stress was only amplified after learning that clinics who could perform the surgery were booked out 3-6 weeks. That time frame was unacceptable, so I started to expand my search outside of the area I lived. I came across Dr. Kahn's clinic and gave them a call to see if they could help. That's when I caught lighting in a bottle when they told me they could get Nala in a couple days. After meeting Dr. Kahn and his team, I knew my girl was in good hands. They were thoughtful, explained the mechanics of the surgery and Dr. Kahn went as far as providing his personal cell number in case I had any questions post-surgery. It’s now 5 months after the surgery and Nala is running around like a champ.

This office just opened and I highly recommend you check it out! Dr. Kahn was very personable, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush the visit at all! The rest of the staff there is also extremely friendly!! My dog Ellie hasn’t been acting herself lately and he really listened to everything that’s been going on with her. The office is clean, bright, and spacious. My dog was not stressed at all during the appointment and just laid on the floor which was nice and cool and was relaxed enjoying the attention from all the techs and employees at the clinic! They also have dog beds in each room if your pup prefers that. They even gave her a doggy goody bag when we left. And the prices were extremely fair as well, especially for such great service! Thanks Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital we will definitely be using you again in the future!!

1 Star (Currently) Dr. Kahn went from a once highly compassionate, highly responsive professional too the absolute opposite. I can no longer recommend this practice to anyone. No one deserves to feel like a nuisance when they are concerned for their animals well being. (Even if it’s over the holidays). Being awesome is easy but staying awesome is what me and my pets deserve. Please review all the other 1-2 star reviews from other pet owners sharing the same sentiments. Someone as busy as Dr. Jonathan Kahn, who cant respond to emails sent during a holiday, but simultaneously complains about having received them is far too arrogant to put up with any abuse of his staff. Like another reviewer stated- his response says everything. Dr. Kahn, I will be pursuing legal recourse against your office.

I love bringing my kitties here. The first initial health visit is free which is i think is such a great introduction to the care here. The receptionist is sweet, and the doctors are attentive and kind. The facilities are clean, organized & everyone is very professional to the humans and the pets. They talk to my cats like they understand them which is so sweet to me. You can tell they really care about animals which was not something I experienced at my previous vet. My vet was thorough in her exams, explained every recommendation/test to me BEFORE proceeding to allow me to pick n choose the treatment I felt was affordable / best for my cats. I really liked that. They also send you a really cute welcome card which I just thought was a sweet touch.

I am a new client of Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital and could not be more thrilled to work with this clinic. Do to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule my new client/puppy appointment three times and the front office staff was incredibly understanding and flexible. When we finally got to see Dr. Groll - she couldn’t be more impressive. She cares for her patients as if they’re her own and she was extremely patient to both of our puppies. She made sure they had a positive vet visit and that all of our many questions were answered. She is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely kind. Huge thank you to the techs we met and staff that were so welcoming as well. Would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Groll!

Best animal hospital in Atlanta and most affordable. I was calling around looking to get quotes for my toy poodle and a lot of places quoted me between $800-$1700 to get her sprayed. I contacted Peachtree Creek and they quoted $550.00- $650.00 to get her sprayed and that was a lot more cheaper than what other companies were charging. This price also included medications. Not only was the service cheaper, but the staff was great and helpful. Dreamy was highly taken care of and I recommend Peachtree creek for all your animal needs. Best care and customer service hands down. This place also did all Dreamy vaccinations. Vaccination cost was around $260-$300 for all my puppy shots including the flu shot.

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone in the area. The staff here offered me one of the kindest, most helpful experiences. I called as a new patient with a concern regarding my cat and their availability allowed them to see us within an hour. We got to see Dr. Groll, who was so amazing and personable while being very informative and reassuring. I want to give special thanks to Dexter who helped us out throughout the entire process. He was very gentle, efficient and professional! Knowing your animal is in good, caring hands is very comforting and i'm so grateful for the staff here that allowed for our experience to feel so safe. I brought my dog in for a dental appointment and had concerns about the anesthesia. My previous vet gave him too much anesthesia and he didn't recover well. I was extremely nervous about my dog going under anesthesia for this reason. Dexter and Dr. Groll did a fantastic job at calming my nerves. They walked me through their anesthesia plan to slowly add the anesthesia to make sure he didn't get too much. Right when they finished his dental and he was awake I received a call saying he did well, was awake, and could come pick him up in a few hours. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and highly recommend Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital.

Beware of Dental Promotion: I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately I can’t. They get a second star because the staff has always been good to my dog. Inflation has hit an all time high of 20%+…. Or they simply raise their prices 20% and then offer a 20% coupon to make you think you’re getting a deal… I loved this place until they decided to expand and now it appears they’re just another greedy business in the making.. $$$ Lure the customers in with good service then take them to the bank. With the 20% off, they’re still slightly more expensive than VCA Buckhead. (My dog is 50lbs, with excellent general and oral health).

For our 4 years in Atlanta, Dr. Kahn has cared for our old girl (mini schnauzer who is now 15). He is always so informative, patient and kind. Recently, as our dog's health is declining due to age and we are moving internationally, he has taken every step to do what is best for both us and her. As we move, we will miss his care of our girl. Additionally, Dani who will usually be at the front desk is wonderful. Amidst busy calls and patients she always takes the time to be kind and make sure you know what is going on - especially when you are juggling a toddler and a very old dog. I highly recommend them as a practice and people.

I can't say enough great things about this place! I've been taking my puppy Lila here since I got her last September and she has always received the best care from Dr. Kahn and Dr. Vasudevan! They are so gentle, sweet, and caring and I feel like the vets do a great job of listening and explaining next steps. They also call or email you the next day after a surgery or sick visit to check in on your pet- which I think is a really nice touch :) I've already referred two friends to them that have had lots of great things to say as well. Thank you Peachtree Creek for taking such good care of sweet Lila. She loves you guys!

Since moving to Atlanta recently, we have been twice, and each time has been a wonderful experience. Our first trip was for both cats to have their wellness check-up with Dr. Vasudevan. She was wonderful, friendly, and super thorough with the exams. The second visit was about a week ago when one of our kitties began limping. Dr. Groll was friendly, thorough, and gentle. Our vet tech each time was friendly to us and to our kitties, and the front desk staff is awesome, especially helping with notes for insurance. 10/10 would recommend to take your pets here! Another bonus is the cat tree in the room the our cats LOVED!

The best vet clinic in Atlanta!! My baby was sick for two years going from clinic to clinic without any progress till we got seeing by Dr Khan at Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital and now we are living a good doggy life. We were members of Banfield Pet Hospital for over 6years and when my baby got infected with something at the grooming salon at Petco on Howell Mill Rd and got very sick ( baby never been sick before) Banfield Pet Hospital dropped us like a hot potato and basically told us what we are on our own. Pet lovers be AWARE that Banfield Pet Hospital will not help you when needed real medical assistance.

We just brought our little guy (Ripley) in for some routine things, and the staff was absolutely amazing. He's not great with other dogs, and got a bit loud unfortunately, but they handled him with love and affection. They were absolutely amazing! Update: Still 5*s, however if I could I would give more! Everyone here is absolutely amazing. Ripley loves coming in to see all of his friends. The staff all love him and remember him too! Which to me is an amazing thing, and shows they genuinely care about every furry friend that comes in. Highly recommend them for all of your pet needs!

My husband and I needed to find a new vet due to unfortunate mishandling of our dog, and came across Peachtree Creeek Animal Hospital in our search. I am so happy we found them! Every time we have been in with our cat or our dog, it has been wonderful. The staff is always super friendly. The vets explain things well and listen to your concerns. It’s usually pretty quick getting in a out, and the online appointment setup is super easy and convenient. They even checked up on our cat after he had minor surgery done there. I would highly recommend taking your fur baby here!

Very highly recommended. Affordable. Professional. Caring. My recent experience with them was wonderful! My pup hurt his leg & it got very infected, so I called for what I'd consider urgent care. He was seen by appt in 2 hours. My bill was under $100 including his prescriptions & a rabies annual vaccination. Pup felt so much better the next day but I was worried about the look of the wound. I called and they let me send them a picture. They called me back and reassured me all was well. Pup is now good as new.

This is by far the best veterinary clinic I’ve been to. They are so accommodating even on last minute day of appointments. All of the staff including Ashley Groll and Manny are wonderful every single time I am there and they treat my dogs so kindly and can answer every single question I have. The front desk receptionists Alicia and Blake are always so helpful, kind and personable. I will continue to be a loyal customer to a fantastic group of people that are so personable.

Dr. Vasudevan and Dr. Khan are incredible and so is the rest of the staff at Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital. Every time I've called or emailed a question they're so quick to respond. Even when they're busy they try their best to see my dog as soon as possible. I've had nothing but great experiences here. You can tell the staff love your pet and want to give the best care possible. I know my boy Fletcher is in great hands when he's there!

The worst customer service ever. I was two minutes late and the person there proceeds to tell me to hold and when my turn finally arrives she says you’re too late for your appointment and I’ll have to take a deposit. I ask her what changed in the two minutes and she proceeds to tell me “ you don’t have to come here If you dont like it”. Well, if that’s how you treat people imagine your attitude towards dogs. never coming back.

Had a great experience here as a first-time pet owner! Everyone we spoke to was very friendly, and they all had a genuine interest in our kitten's well-being! Dr. Groll was very friendly, and she gave us a lot of helpful advice for getting our newly-adopted kitten adjusted to his new life. Our first exam was free as new customers (usually $65), and we ended up spending around $100 on necessary tests and probiotics for our kitten.

Don’t usually write reviews but they deserve it. Everyone, staff and providers, is extremely welcoming, helpful, and thorough. Literally night and day in comparison to other Vet’s I’ve been to. Highly recommend if you are searching for a trustworthy group of individuals to provide high quality care for your loved ones. You are with your pet throughout the entire visit, the whole place is clean and well organized. 12/10!!!!!!

Peachtree Creek has been amazing. All the staff are wonderful, especially Justin and Dr. Kahn! They have been compassionate with my nervous pup and they really care about his health and well being. Dr. Kahn performed surgery on my pup’s leg and everything went very smoothly. Dr. Kahn followed up multiple times to check on us. We will use Peachtree Creek for all vet care from now on. This veterinary practice achieved a miracle - agreement between myself and my husband, about what is an ideally positive experience for our beloved pet, Foxxe Blu. Her teeth were cleaned safely and both our dog and we were treated like royalty. Dr. Kahn is my favorite medical professional of all time. Now with the addition of Nurse Dexter, our service level continues to be excellent.

Dr. V and Dexter took incredible care of our puppy when she got spayed. They were kind, answered all of my questions, and our puppy has healed perfectly. Dr. Kahn has also seen our dogs multiple times for regular visits and is equally awesome. Their entire staff is helpful, professional, and clearly cares about animals. I highly recommend Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital.

Today was my first experience at Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital. The facilities were clean and the staff was very kind. Dexter was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my pup and her stomach issues. Dr. Kahn was also excellent. I had a fantastic experience here and I will definitely be recommending to whomever I know in need of a great animal hospital!

Dr. Kahn and his staff are amazing!! They all genuinely care about your fur babies. If you ever need an appointment they will make sure to fit you in their schedule either that day or the next day. They have great prices and are not crazy expensive like other vets I have been to. I definitely recommend using this office for your veterinary care!! You won’t regret it!

Friendly faces, kind, helpful and great music taste when I walked in. (personally for me when i’m worried about my furry friend, good music helps) I’d definitely recommend this vet to other pet owners. Love this place we’ve been taking our pets here since 2019. The vets know what’s up and always work to fit you in, I’m an emergency. They will even went so much as to give us a tour of their facility to show how state of the arch it is! Everything is beautiful and clean and they do there best to take care you you and your pets! Which is a huge plus!

Always a great experience when I come to Peachtree Creek. The staff are so friendly and helpful and they genuinely care about your pet. I also love that I can just schedule an appointment online through the account portal without having to call the office. Very convenient. Thank you Peachtree Creek for always taking care of my pup!

This place truly cares and is very personal throughout my pets journey. Unfortunately my pet had passed away and this clinic sent a condolences card with everyone’s signature. Best Vet in Atlanta! Dr. Khan is very informative and kind. They are not overly priced (hard to find in the area) and genuinely care about the dogs. My rescue pup can be a little shy around unfamiliar people (especially men) and the Vet and all of the vet techs take great care of him! If Ollie's happy, I'm happy!

Dr. Kahn and his staff are great! My dog has always had a lot of anxiety at the vet’s office however he loves visiting this office. He always leaves with his tail wagging even if he has to get a shot. Dr. Kahn also recommended a diet change which has completely fixed my dog’s chronic stomach problems!

Very professional and attentive staff and medical team. They were all very friendly and welcoming to my cat Lulu and I. The veterinarian handled her well and checked her over thoroughly. I feel she was very knowledgeable and trustworthy and I will take my cats back to see her.

My kitty and I have only had great experiences here. Dr Kahn and Dexter the vet tech are both extremely friendly and obviously take pride in their work. I’ve never seen my cat so at home at a vet before (see photo)! We look forward to coming back in the future.

Dr. Kahn is without a doubt one of the best veterinarians in Atlanta. I’ve lived here 40 years and have had several pets and have used several animal clinics and none compare to the quality and care my kitties get at Peachtree Creek. Good guy and great staff.

We started bringing our pets here a couple years ago and haven't regretted the decision at all. The parking is a little dodgy, but that's just because of where it's located. I've never had a single negative experience with anyone here, they're all very nice.

Had to take my grand dog. Thought Rocky had an ear infection, turned out to be a cracked touch. They scheduled him within 2 days.

They were kind and caring. The vet was very knowledgeable and was able to give us better insight about our boy.
