This is the Worst Pizza Place. It’s not about the taste but about how the staff treats other people. So went to place on Saturday Midnight to collect an Uber Order. My phone was low on charge and I requested the one staff member that is it possible to charge my phone here. He said no, which was fine. But when he gave me the food which I went to collect he Clearly said that “Aye Take the Food and Leave”. I quickly responded by saying you can’t talk to me like that, as I’m not your servant. He replied back by saying you look like a servant and said the place from where I come everyone is a servant. I also said I’ll call the cops and in reply he said go for it as if he fears nothing and can say anything to anyone. He said he didn’t like my face.

On 4th August 2023, I placed an order for a pizza from Pedro Pizza Somerton Park, and upon receiving it, I was appalled to discover a purple plastic string in the pizza. I immediately contacted the store and spoke to one of the representatives, explaining the situation and expressing my concerns about the quality of the food. To my dismay, the response I received from the representative was dismissive and unsatisfactory. They denied any responsibility, insisting that the foreign object in the pizza could not have originated from your shop. This response is deeply disappointing, as it shows a lack of accountability and concern for the well-being of your customers.

Ordered through MenoLog... Completely ignored my directions asking "please call once arrived" as I live aside a house from tenants.... They ignored it, didn't call me as I asked... I called back after 20 mins of waiting to nothing but disregard. I called back as I was sick of waiting after the 20 minutes, so I explained my side of the story that I requested a phone call and I'd happily come to them and they said "yeah okay" to then very quickly hanging up on me... So obviously they can't deal with issues outside just cooking pizza... Outside that unfortunate issues, the food was tasty and tasty as.

I ordered a pizza through the app and paid; when I was there to pick it up, the place was closed. Someone called me two hours later, saying that my pizza was ready. I let then know that I had been there two hours ago, but the place was closed, so we ate something else. I want to cancel my order and get my money back ( the app doesn't allow cancellations ). They just said that they can't cancel my order and also can't return my money. PLEASE DONT PAY IN ADVANCE OR DONT ORDER THROUGH THE APP

What a terrible experience! The initial delivery order with payment resulted in two more follow-up calls over the next hour and a half with more false promises of delivery timing. When the driver turned up with our now-cold pizza tucked vertically under his arm, he requested further payment. You're kidding. Cannot recommend that everyone stay away from this place more. Social distancing or not, there's no excuse for such terrible service. Unfortunately there's no such thing on Google as zero stars....

I'd give it a 2 and a half if I could. The pasta was pretty good, the Hawaiian was pretty damn disappointing, not a fan of how all the ham is under the cheese instead of being on top like most places elsewhere. Also the texture of the base wasn't that enjoyable. For me personally, wasn't really worth the price for the quality this time around. Shame, because I remember Pedro's being very good during childhood.

Pedros pizza is BY FAR my favourite pizza place. As a Chef I can’t be bothered cooking when I get home so I’m always ordering from Pedro’s! My main go to is always the American ribs and garlic bread. The meat FALLS off the bone when you go to eat them, they have so much flavour and I’ve never had a bad experience with delivery. Thank you Pedro’s for feeding me dinner most nights! You guys are the best. ❤️

Our family have been ordering Pedro's for a long time even since they had a store at port road Hindmarsh many years ago now they are 30 minutes from us and our of our delivery area so we drive up there for Happy Tuesday most weeks their pizzas are delicious and loaded with toppings I just wish they would bring back the chocolate pizza they used to do at hindmarsh it was so good

I like the place because their late opening hours and for pizzas, Parmis and wings in general it is good place for takeaway but unfortunately last time I ordered in uber eats the chicken schnitzel was over cooked and it was 80% bread crumb and 20% chicken ( no joking it looks like a sliced of ham)

Customer service and staff are extremely friendly, courteous, polite and professional. Phone service is impeccable. Extremely friendly, polite and courteous. A fantastic range of delicious pizzas . Also available are extremely nice drinks. Delivery service is rather slow at times, but that's due to them being extremely busy. An extremely great place to order pizzas, etc. from. I therefore, thoroughly recommend them.

This used to be my regular pizza joint and the pizzas were always great quality with plenty of toppings etc. but recently the quality has declined significantly. My last pizza had barely any topping on it and the crust was burnt. It also seemed smaller than usual. I've noticed new staff since the decline in quality so maybe this is the reason. Regardless, I'll be going elsewhere for my pizzas from now on.

Had read other reviews and noticed all 1 star reviews were from similar people. My and my partners experience was excellent...apart from I wish they had american ribs. Our pizza was excellent, service great and appreciative open after 11 on a Wednesday.

now this is a great place order from here quite regularly from uber and the occasional pick-up great place friendly staff located on Oakland's Rd Summerton PK in a block of shops with IGA and other shops near by there's also a tyre place near by so if you feel like a bite to eat need new tyres etc drop into the local IGA grab a drink etc

Ordered family size hot and spicy pizza and large meat lovers and garlic bread - The cost was $77 dollars which seemed over the top. The hot and spicy pizza was definitely not hot, nor was it spicy. There was no flavour at all and it tasted like wet cardboard. The plain meat lovers had more flavour.

took longer then they said to make our pizzas when we ordered on the phone they said 20 minutes on the phone so we showed up after 19 minutes when got there they said give us ten more minutes so we waited and then after the ten minutes i asked where they were and it they said not ready so we waited more and we ended up waiting four minutes which are just full of grease now

I Ordered a carbonara pasta combo ab and pizza for delivery when it arrived it was red hot and the most flavour rich order I have ever had so I honestly think that this is the best place to order pizza in Adelaide

No salt, no cheese, no taste. An entire family was deceived with such low quality pizza. Next time I’d rather order Domino’s or any other budget option. I reckon it was the third or fourth time we ordered (and the last). The quality dropped down deeper than we would imagine.

We asked for family sized pizzas over the phone and double checked the order as it was cheaper than expected. When they arrived they were only large sized and definitely not enough the people we had. When we called them explained that they got our order wrong they were not apologetic at all and offered us no solution.

Has been my favourite Pizza shop for many years. Good quality pastry with full of flavour. The prices are good & their delivery service is outstanding. Never skipped a beat! Keep up the good work guys. Very happy Italian who loves my Pizza well cooked.

They use the wash water to cook pizza, is too dirty. There is no taste. If you look at the process of making pizza, you can't eat it again. And all the staff are very unfriendly

ordered a burger and a pizza expecting them to come separately and the main man Pedro himself combined the two and made this masterpiece and cured my terminal testicle droop. Astonishing, would come again.

Thanks Pedro Pizza. I was craving pizza all day! Ordered gourmet vegetarian pizza got it delivered at the hotel where I stayed. Pizza was amazing and well seasoned and with generous toppings. Loved it!!

I ordered a margherita, and it has no flavour, even the overdone cheese is pretty tasteless. For the price I'd expect the simplest pizza to be at least reminiscent of a margherita..
