SCAMMER!! This guy owns another self storage place in medicine hat and he scams people there too! My family had to report him for fraud and backcharge $280 to him because he kept our security deposit after the unit was returned cleaner then when we got it, and claimed that I was there after hours and he had to dispatch his security. I indeed was there after hours because he forced me to stay there and listen to him yell at me on the phone for exactly 9 minutes and 4 seconds. After hours is after 8pm. It was 7:51 and I was about to lock up and leave. His goon forced me to stay in my unit while the owner took out his coke rage on me screaming incoherently. Without notice the credit card got charged $236 for that incident. I had belongings go missing as well, the units are slightly smaller then the building, just enough for a small hallway at the back to sneak in and out of. Speakers, clothing, a couple amplifiers and CD players. One of those bags of clothes contained a shirt that my now deceased ex tie dyed and gave to me. It opened up an old wound, now I have nothing left of him now. I hope one day you pay for scamming all of us.

I originally posted a 3 star rating and have changed it to a one star. I had no problems with this place until this year when I found my unit double locked even though my rent was paid up to date. They did not have a key to open the lock & their bolt cutters did not work. I was unable to get what I needed for work that day therefore loosing a day's wage. The person trying to get the locker open was going to inform the manager of this situation but I never received any calls or text from the manager. My next issue was damage due to water leakage in the unit which destroyed various items and I have never received a call or response to my email with photos of damaged items & or text that I sent. If the management at Peigan trail would have responded to me, my rating might not have dropped. I have since cleaned both storage units that were paid up to date & moved to another storage place I will no longer recommend this storage facility due to their customer service which is almost non existent...

Worst experience ever. If you want to get ripped off by this Indian owner feel free to get the storage here. Cleaned the entire storage 20 days before was charged for entire month still i paid full and was kept on played that i will get my deposit. Upon requesting for deposit the owner says abusive words for no reason and tells he sent request to accountant to send deposit back which is in vancouver. I personally got ripped off by this Indian owner of Peigan trail storage. Be aware I will make sure to spread the awarness to the entire community so no one else gets ripped off by this filthy business.

Owner is unprofessionally, deceitful and shady. He makes false claims to support the very real extortion he will proceed to approach you with, as he has me. This is not the place for anyone and should be shut down. I was locked out of the yard without any prior knowledge of such because he claims theres some sort of time limit to being in and moving stuff into my storage unit (that is obviously paid for). Made false claims of damage and putting a lock on my locker, demanding $250 for damages that are not a real thing whatsoever. DO NOT GO HERE WORST STORAGE SAVE YOURSELF ALL THIS TYPE OF HASSLE.

'Mark' will deliberately give you the invoice days late and then call you up and make threats to you and your family. What he does is illegal. He will do everything from calling you names to threatening your wife. He will message you on every email, text and whatsapp. We will then share personal information and threaten to put it online. He will generally make a lot threats. He must pay a small fortune for the fake positive reviews!! Left months ago but still sends invoices stating I am still there. Massive scammer.

Scam Alert. Proffessional Robbers-Stealing communitys money. Garabage business Verbally abusive . Got ripped off for deposit money for no reason . I have all the evidences owner agreeing to send the deposit money but says he sent request to accountant in vancouver. I have been waiting to get my hard earned money back but got ripped off by this indian owner for no reason. Be aware i will spread awarness myself through marketplace and all other platforms. Spread word help community to get saved from these scammers.

Verbally abusive- Threatening- Be careful while giving your credit information. This east Indian owner will keep on stealing your money from credit card even if you have it all documented proofs of clearing the storage professionally cleaned. Be careful do not even think of getting a storage with this garbage business.

This place has got to be one of if not the dirtiest places to store your belongings in the entire city. As a mover I have seen most of them, and the amount of humane rodent traps just piled up everywhere is disgusting. I also know from a first hand source they dont treat long time customers good.

They are awful,had my unit broke into. Owner is very rude, I would not recommend renting for them. Gave proper notice, reach out to the owner and asked for my deposit back and no response. Not a good place. They just take your money and no security.
