Scott Pelham was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive, communicative and upfront in advising the lead time before he could get to our job. On top of that he was very competitively priced. Compared to others I tried to deal with who wouldn't return calls, flatly refused to consider the job because they were too busy or quoted ridiculous prices because they weren't overly interested in the work, Scott was a breathe of fresh air. The job was done quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss (even when we changed our mind on the paint colour at the last minute!). After trying to deal with other painters, I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else now. Scott knows the true meaning of customer service and just doesn't pay it lip service.

We are very happy with the finished product. In fact, it exceeded our expectations as there was quite an area of damaged render to fix and it all looks very good. We were very pleased with the work of Rick and Alan, also with the couple of apprentices we had on site at times. They were unfailingly courteous, non-intrusive and, most importantly, thorough in all they did, including cleanup. Rick was very helpful with a couple of pieces of advice and kept us informed of progress. They were all fine ambassadors for the organisation – as was Paul. So, well done to Pelham Painters! We bought an old house with dreadful interior paintwork. Previously painted with cheap paint on lumpy and bumpy walls, the woodwork was flaking. In stepped Pelham Painters. Some walls were sanded back, paint applied from floor to ceiling and one room wall papered to a very high specification. All workmen arrived promptly each day and were hard working, cheerfull and quiet. They left the house in such a very tidy manner every day. We will have no hesitation in using Pelham Painters in the future.

We recently had the external of our 1950’s weatherboard house painted. And she came up a treat. We were really impressed with the quote and the ability to get in touch with Pelham Painters (Scott) vis the electronic quoting system. The two guys Ben and Dan who scrapped, prepped, and painted our home were excellent and took obvious pride in their work. We are completely happy with the end result and cannot highly recommend Pelham Painters enough.

First encounter with this crew was when they were assigned to do an insurance job. Subsequently, they were sought to repaint my rendered home when that became necessary, not an easy job given the 7 metre height on a sloping block.
