We have just recently used Performance Painting for the third time over the last 10 years and once again I am very impressed with their service. We have used Performance Painting for both internal and external painting and plaster repairs as well as roof cleaning (of old corrugated iron roofing), repair and painting on a heritage property. Luke returns requests for quotes quickly, sticks to provided timeframes for the work to be undertaken (despite being obviously very busy) and does an excellent job. The work is undertaken with great care and Luke and his team clean up very well afterwards. Luke and his team are pleasant, friendly and courteous to deal with and run a very professional team. I am very happy once again with the high standard of work undertaken. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be getting in touch with them next year once our house exterior weatherboards are due for a paint job. Thanks guys!

Luke and his team did a great job on our older style home. It presented with a few challenges with high ceilings, intricate cornices and some old doors in need of some delicate and restorative care. The preparation work was a big job as there were minor cracks and other blemishes throughout the house. Nothing was rushed! Part of the pricing was the inclusion of a professional colour consultant who guided us through the unfamiliar territory of using contrasting tones to bring the rooms alive while creating an interesting feel for our home. The work was completed with a great outcome. Luke is a really nice guy to do business with. He takes pride in his work and has selected a great team of guys to get the work done to the high standard he sets. Highly recommended.

Was easy to arrange, and completed quickly with the 3 rooms we had done looking fantastic afterwards. I was slightly miffed when I learned that the price quoted wasn't the price that I would be paying however. This was to a) the price not including GST, which I think isn't legal, and b) the quoted price was for 1 colour only, despite not stating this, meaning I had to pay $110 (inc. gst) more for extra colours. This seemed a bit odd to me, considering even retail cost of the colour wouldn't go up by that much for using 3 colours (3x 4 litre tins, instead of 1x 15lt tin is what I was told). We went ahead, mainly because we had just moved into the house and wanted the rooms done (and they do look fantastic), but the two aforementioned discrepancies did annoy me a bit.

Highly unreliable. keep looking for another contractor. I had arranged for performance Painting to paint our roof they quoted $4,800, the day the work was suppose to start they didn't turn up, with no explanation given. They phoned 3 days later and arranged another start date, I received a txt msg the day they were booked to start the work to say they were stuck in traffic, and would be late, I replied saying I was also stuck in particularly bad traffic (there were protesters on the Tasman bridge) I expected them to be working by the time I got back from taking the children to school. They never turned up that day, that txt msg was the last I ever heard from them, they won't return my calls, voice or text msgs. Very poor form.

I've been eager to have my original brick house painted for over a decade and was quite nervous to undergo such a major transformation as there was no going back once it started. I'm so grateful for everything that Performance Painting have done. The consultation, extensive prep, the painting, the extra attention to detail and the clean up was second to none. Luke and his lads are fantastic and take immense pride in their work. They are on time, courteous, well priced and I won't hesitate to have them back again. Rest assured, that an investment in these guys is totally worth it.

Luke helped me restore several old brick walls in my home, as well painting various surfaces. I have a great deal of respect for him and his team, as I think people underestimate how hard painting and stripping are to complete with precision and quality, and yet Performance Painting manage to do so while providing great value. Luke also manages to be responsive and reliable while managing a full workload, and is very generous with his knowledge and experience. On top of this they leave the place clean and tidy anytime they visit, which is much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Luke and his team recently painted my son's room for a birthday bedroom makeover. We are impressed with the result. Luke communicated well from the very first phone call and was professional and polite, he provided great tips and advice which ended up being spot on. The job quality is excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. We needed a minor touch up (my communication issue) but Luke was very accomodating and came and fixed it same day. We will definitley use Performance Painting again and would highly recommend them.

Luke and the team did a fantastic job on painting our house last week. It involved a lot of preparation as it had been neglected for some time and access was quite difficult in some areas as the house is on quite a slope. We were given good advice on colour matching and replacing an area of porch cladding wasn't a problem to them. The team were friendly and efficient and Luke kept in touch prior to the job regarding the start date. We are very pleased with the result, a job well done boys.

Having your whole house painted internally at the start of winter is NO fun! Luke and his team of merry men completed the job ON TIME, entertained my dogs, left everything clean and tidy…. and put up with my additional requests for handyman type jobs!! Performance Painting has done an outstanding work/painting on my bathroom. Due to steam generated by hot water showering and also Dryer machine all painting were peeled. They scrapped old painting re-plastered and then painted the bathroom. Excellent result.
