Words cannot explain my gratitude. It is so hard to realise the moment has come to say goodbye to a loved member of your family who has been a part of your life for 15 1/2 years. To have it happen during the harshest covid lockdown was even more cruel. Our usual vet is a long distance away so I was forced to find somewhere closer to home, to save both of us the travel. I cannot explain the trauma of calling local vets in tears begging for help to put my beautiful boy to rest, and being constantly turned away as they were too busy or didn't want new clients from a covid hotspot. I couldn't understand how they could just allow him to suffer. Everything changed when I called Pendle Hill vet and the beautiful Sarah answered the phone. She was so compassionate and immediately spoke to Liz the vet who not only agreed to help me, but welcomed me into the surgery so I could be with my boy as he passed. They took in a total stranger, in the peak of a pandemic, despite being booked out, and allowed my boy to pass peacefully in my arms as he purred til his last breath. Being immune compromised, just leaving the house was a scary experience for me, but the infection control protocols were top standard and everything well planned with a long IV line so that I didn't even have to be anywhere near anyone. Absolutely amazing staff who clearly have the animals as their top priority. I have had to say goodbye to a few of my babies over the years and this was by far the most beautiful caring experience I have ever had. A huge comfort after such trauma. I have since had to take another of my cats there for an urgent appointment and this time Sam was on. Wow, another amazing lady with a heart of gold. So thorough, caring and professional. I had no idea we had such incredible vets so close to home. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Pendle Hill team, for everything. RIP Dream Weaver (Dreamy)

The warm welcome we received from the front desk staff and the way Dr. Sam, Dr. Liz, and Dr. Viven interacted with Benny immediately put us at ease. They explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and ensured that we were comfortable with the procedures and treatments that were recommended. During Benny's surgeries, I was impressed with the way the Dr Marcus worked seamlessly. He kept me informed of his progress every step of the way, and I felt reassured knowing that he was in such capable hands. After the surgeries, Benny received excellent aftercare and attention by Pendle Hill Vet Team. Dr. Liz provided clear instructions for his medications and recovery. I also thanks to Dr. Viven during her ear issue, She handle it carefully and recommended for small ear surgery with Dr. Marcus, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. I cannot express how grateful I am to the entire team for the exceptional care they provided to Benny. I know that his successful recovery is a testament to your dedication and expertise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for us.

unfortunately lost my beloved pet due to poor and delayed decisions made by Pendle Hill Vet. They prioritized their own family events over the well-being of my sick pet, leaving him unattended on Friday night because there were no facilities or staff available to care for pets after 7:00 pm at this vet. The crate they provided for my pet was not only smelly but also too small, and there was no option to transport my pet to any animal hospital. Despite charging fees comparable to other vets, they provided minimal service. The receptionist at Pendle Hill Vet is a cat lover, showing little empathy for dogs. I raised my concerns with Dr. Sam, who acknowledged them but took no action, which has been a recurring pattern. To add to the concerns, the vet's records have been hacked. Even though I've deactivated my account, I continue to receive messages from them, raising serious doubts about the security of my data. I strongly advise against taking your pets to Pendle Hill Vet, as they not only lack proper facilities and services but also fail to safeguard your personal information.

Although not an Avarian Clinic I had to take my Alexandrian parrot age 24 to the local Pendle Hill Vet Hospital. From the first point of contact with Receptionist Mel to Nurse Cindy to Dr Sam, I found them to be Truthful, above board, straightforward & compitent. They were able to give the kind of assistance I needed. At Pendle Hill Vets the nurse handled my parrot appropriately even though they are not Avarian Vets. It is a dilemma where to take a BIRD as there are few Avarian Vets & most AVARIAN Vet Clinics have such bad Reviews, which I experienced myself on one occasion just to get my parrots nails clipped, where the manner in which my bird was handled was unacceptable. Avarian Vets are likely to charge $1,000 by the time all tests Xrays are done, something you would think they would engender better reviews from. But they are aware there are few bird specialists & people are desperate. Not to be confused with the Vet on Great Western Hgy but Pendle Hill Vet Hospital is near to Pendle Hill Station 3 mts walk to Wentworth Ave. I consider them as trustworthy.

I bring my dog here at least once a month, with a problem dog like mine you need a vet who understands how hard it is to keep up with costs. Pendle hill has on a number of occasions conducted a service on my dog with no payment as they know I won't be running away, my dog is sick, Cushings syndrome, glocoma and allergies, she is 11 years old and for the first 9 and a bit years of her life I floated around vets. I won't take her anywhere else now, they treat Kasey like family, as if she were there own, And they love her as if she were there own. When I was told about her Cushings by Alex I could see that giving the news hurt as much as it did receiving it. They are compassionate and caring and they understand that your pet is your baby. I appreciate them so much for all the help they have given Kasey and I, her illnesses aren't cheap to maintain and they do all they can to ease the stress financially and emotionally.

I have only recently started taking my cat Ziggy to this vet (second time) after years of trying to find a good vet, I am so glad I have found this one. The staff are lovely and the vets are great and very knowledgeable, they take their time to explain everything to you in detail without rushing and making you feel like you’re just another number. The prices are very fair and reasonably. The staff have also booked me in the same day of me calling which I thought was great. I had also called their contact number for advise about my cat being constipated, and most vets would not have given me advised and asked me to come in, however they even had a great chat with me and gave me advise over the phone. So glad i found this place. Thank you all that you do for our pets! This will defiantly be my new vet for life.

Worst place to be for your beautiful fur baby. Doctors are very busy and never diagnosed anything properly and always delay the procedure. Untrained vet and they don’t worry about your lovely member of the house Reception girls are very unprofessional and ill mannered and need to know how to be receptionist. No facility to look after your baby after hours but can do surgery after hours and give you option to take your pet to other facility after surgery on your own ( no pet transport facility) and that way operated pet travel with you to other emergency and very strange that they do it on regular basis and never organised pet transfer transport. Please avoid going there as vets are not trained and ever if you give feedback they will not act on that feedback at all

My name is Ringo and I am a six and a half year old Boxer puppy.I have been going to Pendle Hill Vets for ever. My mom and dad first took me there when I was just a baby. I have had all my vaccinations done there and they have been very careful with every needle! But just recently I have been diagnosed with cancer. My mom and dad have been caring for me and are worried. I have had a quite a few treatments here at Pendle Hill vets and every time, all my human friends welcome me and are so friendly. Its almost worthwhile being ill just to get all the extra cuddles and attention. All the staff and doctors and nurses are all so great. And they don't talk down to me or my mom or dad. We work as a team. They are the best Ringo, John and Dianne

Absolutely amazing vets. Dr Markus did an amazing job on my Maizie’s BOAS operation. He was so professional, kind, caring and compassionate. He was always on hand if I had any worries or concerns to answer any questions that might occur once I took Maizie home to recover after her op. Would have no trouble highly recommending Dr Markus for any specialist operations. Any animal looked after by Dr Markus would be in great hands. I cannot forget to thank the great staff / vet nurses etc who I spoke to over the phone or in person who are always so friendly, kind caring and helpful. Cannot mention everyone as I don’t know all their names yet but a special big Thankyou to Torrie, Holley, Layne, and Cindy.

Our Golden Retriever, Archie, required emergency surgery at the end of Sept 2023 as he had eaten a chicken skewer which became lodged in his intestine. Dr Sam performed the surgery which saved Archie's life and we are forever grateful for her expertise, compassion and care towards Archie along with all the amazing staff at Pendle Hill Vet Hospital. Archie is now fully recovered and has returned to the beautiful, fun loving, mischievous boy that we all love and adore. We cannot thank Dr Sam and all the wonderful staff who provided the best of care for our boy. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else.

Been going here for about a decade with all of the animals I rescue here n there. Don't think there's a place who'd handle my rescues as well as these guys :) I brought in a cute old lady dog named Shevvy the other week and one of the nurses up the front at the counter (she graduated from Tafe and was super understanding) was nice enough to drive down and pick us up because Shevvy was exhausted. Even during my childhood, these guys were absolute legends when we brought in birds and native wildlife, always directing us to the right way and/or explaining the next steps they'd have to take.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of our husky Ashka! She had a large infected lump which was worrying us over the long weekend and the lovely doctors, nurses, and reception staff answered all our questions patiently and with compassion and care. They managed to shuffle around their schedule to accommodate our little girl for surgery due to the urgency and we cannot thank them enough!! They even fit in a few minutes, after Ashka’s discharge from hospital, to cut my older cats claws as it was bothering her. Pendle Hill Veterinary Hospital will now be our regular!

Amazing vet's & staff that go above and beyond. They were able to explain 3 different reasons why my dog could be sick and eliminated the unlikely chances for the best outcome. Unlike other vets that are all about the money, the vets & staff actually care and give you the best customer service. The vets have extensive knowledge. The vets give you extensive information for current and future knowledge that may be needed. Cannot thank Pendle Hill Veterinary enough for the service I received today for my dog Soldier. Excellent service, my cat pawby came in a very nice white box with his urn in a black bag, tag, condolences card, certificate of cremation from Pets to Rest, candle scent, little bouquet flower and box stuffed with care fibre. Pendle Hill Veterinary had also sent a condolences card received today by post 4/10. Best experience by far. Outstanding. No words can describe how much care they have given to myself and to my Furbaby Pawby. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart ❤ Vaine and Pawby I will definitely be using your service again .

I just want to thank Dr Marcus and the staff for helping my cat out and helping to ease my anxiety. I had a bad experience at the emergency vet the night before and my experience at pendle hill vet hospital the next day was the polar opposite. Dr Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and performed the necessary tests to see what was wrong with my cat. We ruled out a lot of things and I was able to take my cat home and she’s well on her way to full recovery. I can’t thank them enough and they will definitely be my regular vet now.

This VET was great, friendly staff, very quick and easy even though they were quite busy with appointments. They let us come in on the same day for my dogs yearly heartworm shot. They very nice and gentle with my puppy and were great to deal with. Answered all my questions and also gave me information that I had no idea about to look forward to. Thank you very much! Will definitely be back. They also did let me come in with my puppy and 2 kids which some other places do not allow. That makes it a lot easier for me as a parent.

I couldn’t recommend this vet more. I had a really good experience that I wanted to share with everyone. I was so worried about my little injured boy Dougie and the vet, Sam, was absolutely lovely and so informative which is exactly what I needed. Dougie was extremely nervous being there and she was so gentle, calm and caring with him. Any of the staff I encountered there were really welcoming and helpful which was fantastic. They are also very reasonably priced which was a bonus! I will definitely be going back :)

Absolutely fantastic and passionate staff. Through general maintenance and check up of my pups they have always been very accommodating and helpful. Doggo had an incident a few years back where he needed urgent care. I had very little stress knowing that he was in good hands. He was treated on the day with full overnight care and amazing follow ups. Very accommodating of short notice appointments and specific requirements. I would highly recommend to anyone for general pet health or urgent medical requirements

Fantastic Veterinary practice. I have taken my pets there for the past decade or more. Sam, Alex and Minh are very knowledgeable Vets, they have been able to treat my animals successfully. They are upfront with you about the costs involved and they don't water down the seriousness of illnesses ypur pets have. Beyond the Vets the vet nurses at the practice are also great. They are friendly and they also provide a high quality service also. If you live in Pendle Hill I highly reccomend this Vet Practice

Took my dog there as a walkin to day for a foot injury. they were fully book but were very happy to help....after a short wait the vet that attended to Rosie was wonderful and caring and really helpful...the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing was a issue even though they were really busy.their fees and cost of medications were great and cost was better than i expected..thank you all for a great experience and I highly recommend this vet and will definitely be using from now on...

From friendly staff to professional work,this is the best bet I have ever been too. We have taken a multitude of animals to the surgery over the years. David Ogden was very reasonable with his fees and very caring. Since his retirement the new staff have added their mark, and have embraced new technology, puppy school and the like. Cindy does a very good job of keeping it all running smoothly ,and is also very compassionate with regard to rescue birds and animals. We have been very happy with our experiences so far and would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.

Definitely recommend this vet. We brought our new dog here at the weekend for worming and a general check-up and they were great. Very friendly staff and I felt the vet was primarily concerned with our dog's care rather than trying to push expensive, unnecessary meds on us. As I'm a new dog-owner, she gave me lots of advice on proper care of my dog and gave me an information pack to take home. The place is clearly staffed by animal lovers, my dog was very comfortable there.

Upon the discovery of my dogs cancer, the girls at Pendle Hill Vet have been nothing but caring, kind & supportive. I work in the industry as a professional dog groomer so I’ve been around many vet hospital’s and vets over the years and Pendle hill vet is by far the best team of women nurses and vets. Pricing is reasonable and fair, if I need to leave an animal there I’m never worrying about them as I know how well looked after they’ll be; this can’t be said for most places. I’ll recommend always and glad I have u to look after all my loved family!

I have visited many vets in my local area and none compare to Pendle Hill Veterinary Hospital. I travel 45 minutes anytime my dog needs to see someone (quite regularly) because their service is second to none! Not only is the service great but they are fairly priced and always thoroughly explain what treatment is needed. My dog and I are always happy to come here because we now he will be taken care of!

The team at this clinic is wonderful! We have two Beagles and as puppies, had a few ongoing issues. I had a vet already who wasn't proving to be reliable. I ended up coming to see Dr Sam and never left! Their trading hours are great and the advice and care they provide is commendable. I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a reliable, caring, and knowledgeable veterinary team.

Very highly recommend Pendle Hill Vets. Sam did everything she could to help my cat Casper. Unfortunately his little heart couldnt do it And we had to put him down, Sam was very supportive. She also helped me out with everything to get my dog Caeser and my Cat Munchkin to New Zealand. Will miss seeing everyone there, it will be very hard to find a vet like Pendle Hill here in New Zealand.

Today was our first visit to the vet, me as a first time puppy mum and Emma for her vaccination. Sam was excellent. She could see I was feeling a little overwhelmed with all of the information and made me feel comfortable and that I was doing ok and what else I can introduce. Emma was nervous but didn't take long to settle down. Thank you all for an excellent first experience at the vet.

They are so good to my Phoenix furbaby although they were very busy they still fitted him in ans tended to his wounds as he was attacked by another dog while on his daily walk. They were so friendly and he loves going to meet people ive always had a great experience with this service and also really good pricing and options. Well done guys you deserve a pat on the back your all fantastic

The vets and nurses here are fantastic, we’ve been coming here for years. Sam, Vivien, Cindy, Torrie and the team are all so wonderful, nurturing and amazing - I feel completely comfortable leaving my fur babies in their capable hands, and they’re so fairly priced as well and only want the best for your pets. We have moved away from the area and still come here - highly recommend

My little Bento broke a tooth and needed it removed . The vets here were very easy to communicate with, were super gentle and understanding, and both the initial consultation and whole procedure were done on the same day, which was the next business day. Extremely fair pricing - was quoted up to $1400 by several vets in the area, whereas they were able to do it for significantly less!

Pendle Hill Vets are the best in the area! My Puddin has had many misadventures and the staff have always gone above and beyond. Puddin can be a little grouchy when at the vet but time and time again the staff and doctors have demonstrated patience and educated me on how we can improve skin conditions and manage her vet vists etc. I love this vet and recommend it to everybody know!

Great staff with a caring approach!! Although it's a scary experience going to the vet, my dog feels so comfortable here and loves this place ... so do i. They were kind enough to take him in at the last minute for an urgent surgery while they were booked out when all other clinics refused to. Pendle hill vet are staff the most caring and loving people towards our pets when we come in for check ups , vaccinations or just a general panic ( its only a fatty cat ) nothing major :) Cindy & Sam have always been great and i will always keep recommending. Been taking our cats there for years. It's a no nonsense clinic and David isn't the most verbose person but the treatment is excellent and you are not ripped off like you are at other veterinary 'hospitals'. For example, you will not be guilted to accept costly and unnecessary tests, scans and treatments that those 'hospitals' con you into. Highly recommended!

Pendle Hill Veterinary Clinic definately deserve a 5 Star. The Team at the clinic are an amazing bunch of people. Cindy has always been a great person with amazing qualities and service. Not to forget Torrie, Sam, Marcus, Alex and Mel. No wonder this place is always busy that truly defines there service and experience. Great team achieving great milestones.

Sam and Hollie were absolutely amazing. I'm sure the other doctors and nurses here are great as well. I could tell the clinic was getting busy yet they took the time to patiently explain everything to me and answer my questions. Truly went above and beyond to treat my tiny terrified kitty. Very fair pricing as well. Overall, I couldn't recommend them more!

Excellent experience. Squeezed me in on a Saturday for an assessment of my 3 dogs in the same issue. Were accomidating on the price given that all three had the same problem. Staff were very friendly and even arranged for me to pay in the consult room and leave via the side door to prevent having to take all 3 of my dogs through the busy waiting area.

Great Vet clinic. Would not take my beloved dog anywhere else. Beautiful veterinarians and nurses. Always strive to make my dog feel comfortable and at ease. Very accommodating of my dog's needs when she had to have a surgery done. Staff are up front in terms of care planning and any cost involved. Would definitely recommend to others!

So happy. It was my first visit and even though I could not go in with my dog due to Covid I felt comfortable her going in by herself. The staff are all friendly and very professional. Scheduled a home visit for a beransa shot for my senior pup and the girls who came over were absolute legends. My dog is very anxious and is a handful to deal with … yet these girls couldn’t have done a better job. Highly recommended and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Honestly great service from this place. Had a really nice vet nurse who’s name was Sarah I think, and she treated me and my dog misty like family insted of customers. Such an amazing vet. The staff are absolutely amazing and take such great care of my little boy Finn. The vets always answer all of my questions and talk me through everything and the nurses are just so lovely. My boy loves coming here because he gets so much love from all the staff.

I took my Freya there for first time Last year and it was really good see caring Vet (Vivien) and she gives me lots of tips and the entire process with the check up was minimum stress for my anxious reduced dog. Very professional and knows and care animals. Highly recommended!

Have been to this veterinary hospital on several occasions and have had nothing but great experiences. Very great customer service from all staff especially the receptionists. Always very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone in need of a great veterinary practice.

Very organised and well run. They are managing covid restrictions well. They explained everything clearly and have helped our two new kittens get over a lot of sickness this week. Their prices are very reasonable. The vet and vet nurses were all incredibly kind and thorough.

Very happy with the vet. They are very caring and always say how much they love my cats. Always good service with the nurses and Dr. Alex. I was recommended to take my cats to the vet here by two people who are happy with their service too. I highly recommend this vet.

The two main vets seem good. One of the vet nurses does jabs in the waiting room on unrestrained dogs and if course they move and are stabbed more than once, which is pretty traumatic for the animals (and the humans watching in the waiting room). Competitive pricing.

Met Markus this morning (21.10.18) when I took my 4 month husky puppy for her last vaccs, spent the time to answer all my questions, reassured me that she is doing extremely well (10/10), very happy with his service overall and reasonable pricing. Thank you Markus.

Doctor Sam, the other vets and the amazing staff are fantastic. They have taken such great care of my two dogs, one of whom has has some health issues that the staff have helped us understand and work through with him to get him to being a happy and healthy boy.

This clinic is by far the BEST I have ever taken my fur babies to, ever. They are kind, gentle, affordable and care as much as I do about how my fur babies are feeling. I cannot recommend them highly enough . Staff and the drs are just incredible Thanks guys xo

They squeezed our little man Ralph in with no appointment on a Saturday as he wasn’t well. The vet nurses and the vet Sam that we saw were all the nicest people and very professional, would highly recommend this place if you want the best for you pet.

The team at Pendle Hill Vets are fantastic! Sam and the nurses take such wonderful individualised care of our rescue greyhound Dazza, they have been with us every step of the way through his knee surgery and recovery. Couldn't recommend them higher.

This place is awesome! Sam and Co. looked after my son with professionalism and friendliness (throw in whatever buzz words you want) for his knee surgery. But more importantly, their aftercare was fantastic. I like this vet, you should too.

The staffs are generally friendly and easy access with parking. The admin and Vet spent additional time to see whether I could get some reimbursement from my private insurance. The fees are reasonable. Definitely recommend others to go.
