Ice Cream for your pet's special occasion... Well it's really gelato for dogs. I was able to get a "for your birthday" dog gelato for my dog, Radio's 15th birthday. They regularly stock frozen foods for dogs as well as a variety of flavors of the gelato, (peanut butter and banana, bacon and peanut butter, etc.). Extensive variety of canned and dry food for dogs and cats. Good toy selection for both dogs and cats. Great choice of scratching posts and towers for cats. If you need a leash or collar there are many to choose from here. Reasonable prices and quality products that stand up through some wear and tear from dogs and cats! Employees always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. They will help you carry your purchases to your car they are that friendly. Pet Pros is an all around solid store.

I had a big dog, and bought big bags of dog food. They have a deal, you buy so many and then you get one for free. Now I have a small dog, and that deal just doesn't apply for small bags. Not only did one of the employees go above and beyond his scope of work to get me that deal for small bags somehow, but remembered me (without my dog with me that day) and told me I have enough "points" for a free bag. I used to go to pet pros in a pinch, or only because of convince. Now, I don't think I'll go back to mud bay again. If this is how your employees act, pet pros, consider me an exclusive pet pros patron!

Pet pros is such a great store. This is my first visit to this location, and I was really impressed with how well the store is laid out and how bright and cheery it is. They show there small business charm with lots of animal customer pictures on the wall, its awesome. They are currently raising funds for some deserving animal saving organizations for the holidays and had caricature pet portraits today by the super talented Steve Hartley. Really appreciate all the charm they have.

Honestly the best place for all your pets needs !!! Very very friendly staff !! And if you buy something and it doesn't work out, no problem ( just sign up for easy frequent buyer account for electronic copy of items bought !! No need to keep those pieces if paper easy peezy returns!! ) They have veterinary events here at this location !!! If you live in the neighborhood check this place out !! I have a pet co near me but travel to this location for my pet supplies!!!!

We took our dog here for the first time last week and the staff was very sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, he passed away and they were able to take back all the dog food we bought for him. Even though my boyfriend has only been in there once, they were very sweet and comforted him which really means a lot to me. Thank you guys so much for all the hard work that you all do, your knowledge and expertise. Your pets will be in good hands here.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff, committed to customer service. They referred me to a competitor because they didn't have what i was looking for. I decided to look around the shop a while longer and observed other customer interactions. It remained consistent with my experience: engaging, helpful, considerate, personal- I was so happy with the service, i ended up foregoing my original plan & purchasing several additional items from Pet Pros.

This place is way over priced and bad service. I drop 73 dollars she did not offer me a bag and then wants me to run my card for 8 cents Wow! I guess its payback cause I don't fit her ideology(you judge me , I judge you), being she laughed at me. Well I will drive out of my way to get away from that clip joint. Why pay 20 percent more than other stores even Metro market is cheaper than that dump! No response whatever.

I love this store.The location on Lake City Way makes it super convenient for me.The staff is super friendly and helpful, the prices are good and my boys are always very happy with the pig's & lamb's ears and bully sticks, Himalayan yak cheese and freeze dried...stuff. (Cooper & Jojo: "We're trying to get mom to buy us whole freeze dried duck heads! They look disgusting, we can't wait to try them!")

I love this place it's not so huge and cold feeling like the other large pet stores. It's more personable and content, your not rushed, or made to feel rushed or like your being followed because everyone is a shoplifter in their opinion That really upsets me, because I spend a lot of money on my little girl and they should recognize their repeat customers. I am appreciated there.

Prices are way way too high I bought two toys for my dog and one small bully stick because she only weighs 5 lb and it was $70 they have really good products sometimes they're not very knowledgeable about their pet foods I like that it's not a large chain and that's why I will shop there but the prices are so high I really can't afford to

3 1/2 - 4 stars. Convenient, easy to locate store off major thoroughfare. Somewhat small in size and inventory compared to other boutique pet supply stores, however the staff are friendly and helpful and the store carries many of the same high quality food and toy brands as the bigger chains like Mud Bay. Prices are similar as well.

Everytime we're here, the entire staff is welcoming, eager to help, and just so freaking nice. They're patient with our pup, and us, and genuinely make us feel like our business is valued and they're happy to help. I would highly recommend new pet parents, and seasoned pet parents as well. August and I will definitely be back!

The Seattle Pet Pros on Lake City Way has plenty of quality brands of food (like NutriSource) and treats for Ike, our 10-year old Great Dane. I noticed that there are even more canned food brands to add variety to meals! The staff is VERY friendly and helpful...and Ike appreciates recommendations for treats.

Hands down this is the best pet store I've ever been in, they have a great selection of high quality food and treats for dogs and cats, as well as other stuff for birds and small rodents. The staff is amazingly kind and they love my dog there. Always a great experience and I've had many great recommendations.

The GM here is just the coolest person you'll ever meet, and keeps a friendly staff and gives the place a neighborly feeling. This part of town isn't exactly the friendliest, and the store isn't as well maintained on the outside as I might hope, but step inside and it really does have a good feeling to it.

Staff is usually well-informed and helpful. There are several who have been there quite a while which speaks well of the management of the store. Food and other pet items tend to be good quality and carefully sourced. Price fairly reflects this so make sure you sign up for their rewards program!

Every staff member is attentive, knowledgeable with specialty areas of expertise and caring. There's constantly new fun things n stuff, as well as niche items catered to those tricky circumstances and hurdles. They have an excellent frequent buyer program that helps save on the budget.

I started going to PetPros Lake City because it's close to my house, however, I'd travel further to get there. The staff is DELIGHTFUL! Products are top shelf. I never have to worry if anything I purchase there is good and healthful for my cat and dog. All around 5-star gig.

Great Staff! Always so helpful, fast and knowledgable. Senior discount day and Specials really help with inflation. Wide selection of products and we can place special orders for our cat's favorites, if they are no longer carried. Lots of easy parking, open late!

Great pet store with lots of help. I really want to do a positive review because every time I go there I get one on one help! They are well stocked and have a lot of spoiled pet supplies! I don't want everyone to come and spoil the vibe of a personal pet store.

I buy expensive raw food for my dog - love that you get the 13th free. Staff are always friendly and always helpful. My only wish is that they would buy a new freezer so the food wouldn't have tons of ice IN the package. It's freezer burned a bit.

I love this place. They have all the supplies we could possibly need for our dog, including her preferred food and some of her favorite salmon treats! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the Lake City Way location is convenient to get to.

Pet Pros is sick af, no cap frfr on god. Every time I need some advice on new treats or foods for my doggie, they spit straight fire advice. All their swag is hella nutritional and they have dope options for my special needs dog. Love this joint.

I've gone here regularly for the past 10+ years for both chicken and dog supplies. It's a small place, but they generally have all of the basics I need. The staff is friendly and parking is easy. Much better than going to a big box pet store.
