Best groomer ever.Been with Natalie for 3 years now and never had to complain.She is very professional in what she does.Everyone compliments us on her cut and I have recommended her to a lot of friends with dogs.Natalie is great.She takes her time in grooming my dog and cutting her nails.She is always on time and great with my dog.She is very helpful and very understanding.I had an appointment with Daisy but was later on called in to work ,while my dog was getting groomed.I was not able to pick up my dog after her appointment.Natalie suggested to keep Daisy with her until I’m done work.Thanks again Natalie. This is what good customer service is all about.She cares for for the dogs and the owners.I fully trust Natalie with my dog.If I have any problems regarding my dog ,her not feeling well,ect.Natalie is always able to give me advise on how to care for her. The place is clean and the dogs have lots of space to run around,under Natalie’s supervision. I have tried numerous groomer.Pawlas groomer and Pet smart…horrible places…Natalie,thanks for all the great work you have done and you will continually do.Thanks and love from Daisy

I am very upset about the treatment I received yesterday. I brought in my dog for a grooming service. Her last grooming had been three months prior, so I do understand that she had mattes. I understand her hair would have to be cut short because of this. But the way I was spoken to was absolutely atrocious and unprofessional. I never leave Google Reviews but I was very upset. The manager told me my dog was "the worst she had seen in the ten years of her career". I told her her comments were upsetting me and making me feel bad, as this was my first dog and I was trying to learn and I would brush her more in the future. Instead of easing up, she proceeded to say: "I know this is your first dog, but you really need to take better care of her." I was then in tears and sniffling and she was shaking her head at me. I LOVE my dog. I would do anything for my dog. To make me feel terrible instead of using this as a teachable moment is truly terrible. No one should be spoken to like this and I was so upset. My dog was shaved bare and both of her ears had cuts on them. What a distressing day and I am very disappointed.

A full service, quality groomer you can trust. My puppy Bentley LOVES going! Every time, he comes out looking and smelling incredible, happy and smiling. I feel great knowing he is having a positive experience. Importantly for me, dogs are not held in cages for hours but free to play in the large groomer area at the back of the storefront (it carries various pet supplies). Nathalie’s a rare gem! Kind, generous, thoughtful - she treats my puppy as her own. She always listens to my requests and does an excellent job. Scheduling is easy and flexible. Nathalie’s quick to respond to booking requests. I’ve never met anyone as genuinely passionate about grooming. I don’t live close to Pet Solutions. Yet the excellence in quality and value, reasonable price, along with Nathalie’s delightful and trustworthy personality, make planning my days around his grooming worth it. I highly recommend Pet Solutions!!

Don't come here to buy supplies! I just went to pick up some pet supplies as advertised. Please be advised they are currently under construction and have all their supplies packed away, not for sale!! I am leaving a one star review because there is no information anywhere about this. No website or social media is listed. From the looks of the construction, this is a pretty major project that will not be finished in a few days. Why isn't there any information for customers? I also think restricting to cash or debit is a bit much. The person who answered the phone when I called at the door was a bit rude and seemed very annoyed I was asking about the supplies. If they had information available online, this wouldn't have happened! Please update your info! **I am happy to take this review down when construction is finished or when online info is updated**

Alex is the dog whisperer, I swear! My dog LOVES him! I’ve had my dog bordered there and he’s so happy to have this time with his best friend! They take exceptional care of all of our dog’s needs! Whether he needs to be groomed, trained or stay over...he’s well-loved and well cared for. We purchase all of our products here and have never been disappointed. He never tries to oversell and in fact has been spot on in the recommendations he does make. We love seeing our dog after he’s been groomed...he looks like his best self! I read another comment from someone who said his dog was cut...I find that hard to believe...If our dog had suffered trauma there he wouldn’t be as eager to go as he is...our dog is groomed every month with no issues! Put the trust of your fur baby in this service provider as they are the very best in this industry!

I can not believe the customer service in this facility. It is BELOW standards. I had my poodle cut here for the first and last time - unfortunately my dog was a bit matted from his dog training camp and needed grooming - I told the groomer if has to shave it down that’s fine but don’t touch the ears - not only did she shave them so completely cut him and they denied they ever did and BLAMED THE WEATHER. Told me the VET HAS TO CALL HIM THEMSELVES and say he did it before I get a refund or any responsibility taken. The good reviews were probably a fluke - I hear they delete all the bad reviews but please DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET GROOMING HERE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. One thing for sure they are good at is TAKING YOUR MONEY. They do not care about you OR your dog. Your dog had cuts and was bleeding? They'll do what it takes to put the blame on everything and anyone but themselves. The fact that you have continuously left cuts, not only to my brother's dog but to OTHER DOGS! They take their time? They didn't even clip the dog's nails and the fact that it is considered in the "package" that they say they have. And the way how they handle it is disgusting! Not ever going back.

We've been taking our dog to Natalie for the past five years and she does a phenomenal job. When we used to take our dog to another groomer before we lived midtown, she would shake and fight not to go inside. She wags her tail and happily greets Natalie, which is such a pleasure to see! The dogs are not locked in tiny cages in a back room - they are given room to run around and play and you can see exactly what is going on. No secret back room, no anxiety and fear, and amazing grooming! Thank you Natalie!

prince is a yorkie pom mix, he’s been coming here for 8 years. they truly have the best customer service but not only that they really take care of your furry friend the way they are supposed to. she is so kind to them and patient with them. prince has explored other groomers in the past as per my location or convenience and immediately regretted it. this is truly the best place to get your dog groomed and taken care of! highly recommended and reputable place. the owner is so nice and kind as well!!

Natalie always does a fantastic job grooming my shih tzu. My dog does not like grooming, but she makes him feel comfortable. I also like that she has a big open space for dogs to roam and play in while waiting for us to pick him up, as he doesn’t like to be in a crate. The location has convenient free parking lot too. She’s also able to book us very quickly, not like PetSmart which I’ve had trouble finding availability 1-2 months in advance which isn’t realistic for our dogs needs.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. WOW, service is #1, quality of work #1, most friendly pet store I've ever been too. The best quality of a hair cut I've seen on my little poochie she looks so gorgeous when she's done love love love. Very clean and smells amazing. When we go away for a week or 2 they board my poochie there the only ones I'll ever go too. Basima and alex are the best can't wait to see them again. Also they have probably the lowest prices in the GTA.

Great experience with grooming here. The price is very reasonable. Took my dog in yesterday for the first time and the groomer did a terrific job. My dog was very happy when we picked her up. The grooming area is visible and the setup looks great. The area where they keep your dog after is quite spacious as well. Our dog, who is usually very nervous around people she doesn't know, took a liking to the groomer instantly. Definitely going back.

Natalie does a fantastic job! I recommend her to all of my dog owning friends. My pup comes out perfect looking everytime! We wanted her fur a little bit longer, she did it a bit longer. We wanted the teddy bear look, and we got it! We use to get her groomed at the vet's office. They just cut her. It wasn't ever cute. Even the dog hated it. And she held grudges against me! Natalie really puts her heart into her clients and it shows!

Today my fur baby got his first groom and I couldn't be more happier. The entire process was lovely and everything I asked for was executed nicely. Great place. Amazing customer service. My rescue puppy, Misha, is typically very shy and scared of people. Before coming to pet solutions I felt my dog was always uneasy after her grooming. Since finding Pet Solutions and finding Natalie, Misha has been very happy getting her grooming and very comfortable with Natalie. She keeps my Misha in very good conditions and healthy shape with her food recommendations!

Natalie is the best groomer I’ve had so far. She cares a lot about the dogs and is very careful/professional. My dog has a permanent tracheostomy so he needs to be groomed with me present (to cover his trach) and without other dogs around. Natalie is always so accommodating and understanding of our unique grooming needs. Not to mention he looks great! Highly recommend.

Not only did they do a poor job on my niece dog, they actually hurt her as well leaving her with bleeding cuts. When we called to get some answers they basically told us, we have other customers and dont need our money. I get that you dont need us but a little courtesy would be nice, our dog is family.

My rescue dog has not had much groomer experience and is a special needs dog. Natalie is very good with dogs and took extra care of my dog and his needs. I was at ease and my dog enjoyed the experience. Natalie came highly recommended and now I know why! Already booked my follow up appointment.

Great quality and caring family service everytime. I feel comfortable leaving my pet here, they never add on extra charges or surprises. My dog get excited when we arrive for a grooming, great sign. Grooming is always done in relative time at every appointment. Definitely recommend it.

Always bring my dog to Natalie for grooming. She's the best in the area and pleasant to talk to. She always makes my Shitzu look really cute, and not like a hyena from past groomers. As an added bonus, you get to see your pooch pose as a super star with random attire on Facebook.

I've brought my dog Coco here a few times now, and we both alway enjoy the experience. The staff are really friendly, and her cuts always come out exactly how we want them. There's also a really cute TikTok page where they post the before and after pictures on your dog.

I brought my sister's dog here for grooming. I am so glad that we found this place because the last place we went to didn't do a good job. We are so happy with the grooming services and how friendly the staff are!!!!! Will definitely be coming here again!

Highly recommend Natalie! You can tell that she really cares about the dogs she grooms. She’s very attentive and asks lots of questions. This was our first visit and my mini schnauzer Kasper came out looking better than ever. We will be back for sure :)
