Pet Supplies Plus offers a wide variety of pet supplies. I live nearby and also own 2 dog business. HappyTailsDogSitting. com (boarding in my home) and FreedomDogSitting. com (visits, overnights, or live in care in your home) So I frequently shop here for myself, business, and clients. They have a good healthy selection of food and treats as well as raw options for food and goat milk. They don't carry every brand, so call ahead to make sure. My Pug is on a specialty diet (Royal Canin), and they don't carry prescription foods. So your best bet if you have a special request is your Vet's office, Chewy, or a Petsmart that has a Banfield. They do have a tag machine. They also offer items for cats, fish, and reptiles and even have a cat room with adoptable cats. I like the dog wash area. They have 2 small tubs and 2 large tubs. They have a collar hook to keep your dog in place, free shampoo / conditioner, towels, and dryers. This saves my back and drain from bathing dogs at home. They keep this area clean and always have it properly stocked. Of course, dogs are also allowed inside.

I absolutely loved this location because of how genuine and sweet the employees and managers have been! They have always been extremely helpful and without a doubt knowledgeable. This is the closest location to my house and is my go to. However, something has changed and they have a new associate/manager who has red hair and is extremely rude! The past month, anytime I go inside or seek assistance, this associate is there and has the worst attitude. Today I went to pick up something from the store and the associate who was assisting me seemed new and needed some help from the red head. The red head immediately became annoyed and talked down to the employee in the most toxic tone. The poor employee just needed to be refreshed on how to do something and didnt deserve to be treated that way! ESPECIALLY in front of a customer!! Clearly this person needs to adjust their attitude and learn how to talk to someone! Otherwise, not only will you lose customers but the working environment will be absolutely miserable causing your employees to quit, making this store even worse!!!

UPDATE review: 9/11/19 - I've been coming here ever since they opened. I went in yesterday because I was sent an email for my pups birthday and got a toy for him. The store employee, Andy, went above and beyond and when I told him it was my pups 1st birthday he gave us a little treat bag with a few treats for him. Just like a mom and pops store feel - I love the old fashioned community feel and this is what makes me keep coming back here. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. I love coming to this store. Everything is well-stocked and the store is clean. The employees are friendly and go above and beyond to help me get my dog food to the car. We used the self serve bathing area and it was clean and functional. They had soap for us to use as well as a dryer and towels.

Other than their awesome options, everytime I go in there they do more than just the basic routine. Something has been unique and fun everytime I've gone! The first time I went the girl complimented my make up while at check out. The second time I was buying crickets and was looking at the reptiles and the guy helping me got his favorite reptile out and told me about it's personality and handling. The third time they showed me the turantulas and reptiles they had again and which one they liked the most. Then the fourth time, the man at the check out came and grabbed my dog food so I wasn't carrying it around the store and brought it to my car without me asking. I could not like a pet store more at this point! Great selection and awesome customer service!

We love love love this store! Everyone is so nice & helpful! The sales are great and frequent. The store smells great and is clean. We go several times a week for crickets and goldfish to feed our Bass, chameleon and frog. We also get our pups food and treats. They have a nice variety of fish in clean tanks. As well as a few reptiles, birds and rodents. We like the bath station. It really saves are back not having to bend in the tub. Nice that we don't have hair all over the bathroom too! We took advantage of a pre purchase card for baths. It was also an added plus when employee walked me to car with umbrella while carrying dog food in the monsoon rain last week! Thanks again! Y'all are great!!

Very disappointed. I ordered online for delivery. I spoke to the store twice and both times they confirmed that my order would be delivered today. I placed the order at 11 am. I received a call asking me about a replacement item at 12:30 pm. At 5:00 pm I called the store because I hadn't received the order or any updates. I was told it was out for delivery. At 8 pm I got an email stating my order was out for delivery and I would receive by 8pm. (Hmm).... It never arrived!!! There is no option to see the order status on your account to see if it was delivered to the wrong address or delayed. When I order from other pet stores I can at least log in and view my order status.

Finally, a local Pet Store that's close. No more Pets Mart. You can't beat the atmosphere at Pet Supplies Plus. Everyone is always smiling, willing to listen, answer any questions & offer suggestions. They've even carried items out to my car. I love the self service wash but wish they had Membership Wash Packages. There's a variety of shampoo/conditioners, fresh towels & my favorite "A Hose Blow Dryer" The best feeling is knowing when you get home, your bathroom is clean & not worrying about hair clogging your drains.

This place is great we mainly go for the self service dog wash. You pay and get access to the wash area with aprons for your convenience they have a selection of shampoos and conditioners even sensitive skin shampoo which my dogs need, towels and and dryers for about $15 (the price recently increased from $10) they used to offer nail trimming but are not doing it anymore unfortunately. They have lots of cool baked treats and all kinds of pet supplies. The employees are helpful and it's usually not too crowded.

Horrible/worst experience I've ever had. Didn't bother to walk around the store to purchase anything after all the rude glares from customers and employees after using their dog wash station. Maybe have more rules or possibly imply breed restrictions if you have an annoyance with what comes with drying a dog with a pressure dryer. Talk about feeling extremely out of place when all you wanted to do was groom your pet. 0 stars isn't possible in order to leave a review so you're welcome for the 1.

Very clean, large selection of pet food and treats at a reasonable price. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a lot of questions about my purchase and I received great advice and told if my purchase didn't work out I could return the unused bag for a full refund. Unfortunately I purchased a raw food product that didn't sit well with my pups. I returned the bag to the store a few days later and was greeted by another friendly employee that issued a "no hassle refund" immediately.

This place is awesome! The selection is great, the vibe is chill, the pricing is comparable or BETTER than most other pet stores and they have a dog washing station. Also, the customer service is always on point and they are super friendly! Every time I go in I always forget that they will offer to carry your purchases out to your car for you. Definitely check this place out if you haven't before and you will switch to PSP for all your pet needs.

I like pet stores. This one is staffed with friendly knowledgeable animal lovers. The selection of products for many types of pets is very good. There's a pet bathing station where I watched a 10 year old boy wash his chocolate lab. There are birds singing and fish swimming (much preferred to floating or laying on the bottom). It's a great place to stop in and pick up a Lambchop catnip toy for your cat and a big Lambchop stuffie for your pup.

The dog wash is severely overpriced for what you get. The dog wash bays were filthy, the floor was filthy, dirty towels laying around everywhere, 8pm on a Friday night. Weren’t busy, two employees hanging out at the cashier stand just chatting away. You’ve also changed the water nozzles and air hose attachments, neither were very effective. It used to be so much better, hope some changes happen soon, or I won’t be coming back.

Not the most friendly staff. This was the first time I went to this location, and they really need to work on customer service. I said hello to the cashier, who I believe his name was Jacob and nothing back, then I asked how is day was, and once again nothing and yes he heard me. As well as everyone working there with the exception of one lady did say hi while I was looking for stuff for my puppy I had just adopted.

Lindsay and Emily are just amazing! They have the best customer service I have seen in such a long time!! If i have a question they are very knowledgeable and helpful and anytime I have an issue they fix it right away!! they are the biggest reason why I continue to spend hundreds of dollars on dog and cat food and now fish stuff haha! I live in Azle and drive to this location, I get crickets and meal worms for my geckos. I also just bought a gecko from them and the redhead girl was super nice and was knowledgeable when it came to the geckos! Only thing I wish was they had more reptile things and that their stuff was cheaper. I got a heating pad that was tiny and it was 20 but went to Amazon and got it for 9 dollars

I mainly come here for the self-service dog wash. Usually 2 times a month for 2 dogs. The recent price increase to $15 for ONE wash and $60 for 5 washes is crazy. The 2nd faucet from the left needs to be fixed because it's loose and the water is always cold. It's almost always dirty and I wouldn't be surprised if they were watering the shampoo down.

Great selection. Some items over priced. Drop 2 stars because they allow ppl to bring there dog in and block isles to train. Word of advise ppl, train your dog at the park and home. I dont need my kid bitten while your trying to train your dog not to snap and bite. Not a one off. Same guy was there on 2 separate visits.

The staff was very helpful and polite, even when my dog shared her scent with other dog scents on the floor. Prices were as expected, average it seems but we're able to get pretty good quality food here. I wish they would have the heart-shaped unground lamb patties like some other pet store had last time I bought them.

I have been to several big name stores for my pets needs. This was the last place I tried. They did not carry my brand of dog food but knew enough to show me a good substitute. My dog is allergic to beef and chicken and can only eat lamb. Romeo "loves" his new food. I've finally found my go-to store for all his needs.

Great staff. I don't like the shape or sizing of the tubs and I think there could be some more restraints available like the groomers have with holding up the back legs as well. I feel like they could use those group mats in the shower locations on the floor for us adults especially if you wear flip flops in there.

I did some research on bearded dragons and making sure if I get one from a pet store to make sure the same species of bearded dragons was together. I was able to get my lil baby bearded dragon from here along with some crickets. I was also able to get some good information on how to take care of them as well.

Very helpful and friendly staff, ready to help. I brought my puppy in and an employee was very helpful helping me fit her in a harness. You can bathe your pet here, and it has two large dog and two small dog spots. Many shampoos to choose from, an apron for the owners, and even a dryer on a long hose. Nice

I keep forgetting to leave a review for this place as this happened several months ago. I went in to buy a harness and asked the people up front if they would let me try it on my dog. The lady up front helped me and had a sweet moment caressing my dogs face and getting licks. It was the cutest

We love this place! It is clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they keep the animal enclosures they have in the store clean and well maintained and their live feeder bugs are also well cared for. We only go to this pet store now for our pet needs!

Clean, great worm prices, foods a tad expensive, but that's expected in a specialty store. Love the dog grooming area, super convenient and easy to use. Staff is always very attentive, and nice. Fish are in much better condition that most of the pet stores in the area.

Make sure you put any fish in a quarantine tank before adding them with other fish. Almost guarantee to introduce ich and a weirdly high number of new fish from here die. Do not have same problems from the other area stores where I buy fish.
