I am a frequent shopper and dog washer at this McCart location. Today the bad grooming area as FULL of matted wet hair.. and dirty towels. I was almost scared my dog would catch fleas due to me seeing the dead ones on the dirty towels. That wasn't the worst part. ALL and I mean every single shampoo was water down and would barely lather. Also, there was no conditioner this time or whitening shampoo which are the main reasons I use the facilities. I asked the manager about the shampoo because I wanted new shampoo that wasn't water down for my dog but she refused saying that's how the shampoo always is there using a new shampoo and it comes prepackaged when she went in the room to look at it and saw it pouring out of the container like water she said she would speak with the people on the night crew but that's just how it is and I can feel free to bring my own supplies. When I asked for the corporate number they said we're not allowed to give the corporate number but instead handed me her card with the email address. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and will be posting on social media, telling all of my neighboring friends no longer to use the location, and writing a poor Google review, and filing a better business Bureau report.

I love this location!!! I always have a coupon from PSP or the manufacturer and the employees have no problem with it. All of the employees have great attitudes but there is one man I would really like to point out. He is an older gentleman who works the first shift usually. He is so helpful and you can tell he really cares not just about his job but for the customers and animals that PSP serves. I came in a few weeks ago looking for some wet food that was supposed to help my older lab's cancer not grow so fast. When I told the man why I was looking for such specific food, he seemed to be genuinely sad that my baby was so sick that she wasnt eating. Today, I donated a lot of items for the rescues yall help (diapers and such for non-spayed females and new mothers) and you could just tell he was so happy that people were donating to help the homeless pets. I love PSP because they carry most of the Holistic dog food brands that I care about and want to purchase. They are just a great company altogether.

This place is great for dog shots an record's but the only dissatisfaction I had was 1 of the vet staff was very unfair judgemental of my dog. The blonde vet girl was standing with other lady an staring at my dog an talking about him like if he was a killing machine cause he's a pit. An she was asking questions is getting upset as the dog was just laying there still,then she was nervous an jumping like he was gonna bite her but he was just standing there licking his paw. She constantly wanted this loving animal to be aggressive as all other people an vet workers were petting an rubbing him. So if she that scared of dogs then she in the wrong field of work. Vets work with all kind of dogs so even it someone raised a guard dog it still deserve to got to vet for proper shots an care. I think she needs another occupation. She was just rude an nonprofessional. She may need to look into be a greeter at Walmart

Great employees, good deals, excellent advice! I would really like to commend the staff at this location, especially Kim, Mark, and with an emphasis on Kirsten. Every single time I walk through those automatic doors, I am warmly greeted. I have been going to this location since early last year, and I have been exceedingly pleased with the service and products. It's simply a warm, friendly environment! I would also like to give Kirsten an extra round of applause, for she has been able to provide me with excellent advice on certain cat food brands, what kinds of litter she uses (to great effect, as she fosters cats), and about why cat fountains are important (assists with hydration, an important nuance for a cat.) I am happy with this store, and I hope you will be too.

I visited this location today (during this city wide shut down). I inquired about nail cutting and washing my DOG. They informed me they are not doing it during this time because they DID NOT consider it an essential service, I consider my pet having a clean body to be essential to their health. I am sure I can find a place to give my dog a bath, it may cost me more as well as having to travel a greater distance but it will be worth to find a place that does not mind providing a service during a difficult time. I may continue to shop this place because their prices are competitive with some of the bigger name stores. I will use up the remaining washes on the card I purchase before this sickness started, once that is done I will never use their dog washing area again.

We really only come in for one thing and that's the CBD oil for our 14 year old Boxer/Shepherd. The other products are great, don't get me wrong, but she is old and can no longer chew those treats. However, she used to love the venison, pork, chicken, and salmon jerky along with the pig ears. The preferred CBD oil is not sold at the bigger chains such as PetSmart or Petco and is not at Target or Walmart, so we come here instead. So far, it's the best CBD oil for her to calm her firework anxiety, help her sleep through through thunderstorms, and helps her joints and arthritis to not be so painful. We usually give her half a dropper in her water, food, or in her mouth. However, if it's a particularly rough day, we give her a full dropper.

Ok so I usually love this place they're always so friendly and helpful but today! Was not their day first I was waiting in line for a while cause only one person was up front struggling with a customer with coupons then I paid for crickets and they only had a few not the quantity I needed. after I already paid they usually call to see if they have them over the walkie but not this time. Then I asked for meal worms and luckily they opened them and all we're dead! Opened another and the same opened another and some we're dead and the manager was like well some are still good. Ummmm im not going to pay for half dead stuff! They did not have it in order today. Super disappointed.

This is a fairly small store, but part of a chain. They have an amazing selection of pet foods and treats at prices generally less than the larger chain stores. They are packed nearly to the ceilings. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic pet parents too. Very knowledgeable as well. They do take special orders, though since they carry in store all that I've needed, I've not used it. For Dog owners, they have a complete "self service" dog wash for $10, with a discount for repeat customers.

I have been shopping Pet Supplies Plus for sometime now and each time I'm more and more impressed by their service. The staff here go out of their way to help you and whenever I choose the delivery option, they send a personalized note thanking me for my business and add a cookie for my pup. There's a great selection of food here - even the quality ones you can't get at the chain stores. Highly recommend this place and happy to give them my business.

It's nice to have a self service pet wash close to home. Today they had a little Valentine's Day event which was cute! Treated for humans and your cat or dog! The staff is very knowledgeable about products and have great recommendations that they personally use. They really care that you're sastisfied with the products you buy! And they have price match. My dog was very happy getting attention from everyone there

I will never shop big box stores again. Been going there since they opened. They are the ONLY store (besides big box online) that carries my dogs "safety" you that he cannot live without. Their specialty food is too notch, and their sales are fabulous. My pets are lean, mean, healthy machines. I am going to be taking them to their shot clinic next. Shop small, shop local! Oh, love the staff also.

What awesome customer service they have here. They went above and beyond to help and really knowledgeable about pets and their needs. I like the range of prices on the dog food and brands they carry. I buy the Diamond dog food for my large shepherd breed dog. I buy wet food for my cat and needed help finding some good ones to try for my elderly cat with sensitive stomach. Very satisfied customer!

Love this place. Been a few times and find it sooo much better than other bug box pet stores. The employees are kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. And ive been to Pet Supply Plus stores from Fort Worth to Dallas. They offer great selection on supplies, good prices and great sales. This isnt a place to buy pets but everything you need for your pets. This is my "go to" pet shop.

I love this location, they have always been great. Curious to know though when they started requiring appointments for dog washing. My husband went to take our dog because he’s digging at himself from dry skin and he has to sit in the car for an hour because now they require an appointment to be made. I love coming here. I am dog sitting a pitbull that is too friendly and strong. So when is bath time is dificult with my bad back, but here i pay $14.00 and they provide shampoo ( they do have a variety) towels, blow dryer, apron and their set up makes it much easier on my back. By far the best customer services I've received in all of fortworth. The cost for items are not overpriced like Petco or any other location. They give you discounts to help you on things you weren't even aware of. And of up coming events for your pet. Plus they have a tag maker on site. Highly recommend

Great selection of products and food for my cats, dog, and wild bird friends. The store is always clean and well stocked, and they support local shelters/rescues! The self service dog wash is a great deal too - other places charge more for bigger dogs, only $14 here and they provide everything we need!

First time visiting this pet store brand. Store was clean and well organized. The staff was both friendly and helpful even though I literally went in like 10 minutes before closing. I got what I needed and thanked them for their help. Will definitely be back another day when I have more time.

Mark is a genuinely nice person! He loves animals and helping people. He really makes you feel welcome every time. Good place to go for pet supplies much better prices on aquariums than other retailers. Also a good place to get fresh meal worms or crickets and dog toys for my dogs.

This is a fantastic place for all of your pet's needs. They will price match any store. The employees are genuinely concerned about their customers and seem to really love animals. They even have a place to bathe your dogs with all the towels and shampoos available for your use.

This store told us we were not allowed to shop for dog food and wait for the pet wash. Said we could not shop until after we washed our dogs. We were spending around $500 a month here but we will find somewhere else to do our shopping. Very rude customer service.

Took my Yorkie to get bathed. The water sprayer and the dryer are extremely too strong to use on small pets. They only have cold water. I had to turn the heat on in my vehicle to get him to quit shivering. Good thing I had his blanket with me.

Great place, but the rude customers the don't clean up dog urine or take up two space leaving nothing available is a continuous issue. Staff and everything else is spot on, just wish they would ask their customers to go to obedience training.

Found a tic on my dog, went in and they should me all there tic products and worked with me to find the best ones for my 38# beagle. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Spent less then 50 dollars and left with 3 products. Prices very fair.
