I loved this store from the day it was open until today. Everyone there is usually very kind that even with the incident today I couldn’t give them 1 star for all the great things they have done for me. But it’s all changed today. Last Sunday I booked a 3.30 pm appointment for my dog bath and brush. Lindsay has always been a great groomer for us. Very accommodating. She said it will be about 2 hours. I got a call from them twice around 6.30. One voicemail said please come pick up Wiley asap we close at 6 but we are still here cleaning. I head over there. I even ask Lindsay why I got her voicemail at 6.30 and you close at 6? She didn’t make any notation… just a friendly sweet response like she always does. She told me to come back the next day to pay because the cashier is down. I came back two days later to pay. Kaydence was the cashier. She handed me a bill with $10 late fees. I asked what was it for? Thinking they maybe mistakenly charging me for late “payment” fees. She said because you came pick Wiley up late. I said no I got in the car as soon as I listened to the voicemail. I even showed her the call log and voicemail with time stamp of 6.30. She didn’t look at it. She said she “vouched” for Lindsay because she herself was calling me as well. I said I never get the call. Look at my phone! She again dismiss it and went to the back. When she comes back, she said “3 of us” Lindsay, manager, and herself stand by the late fee. And if I don’t pay for it they will not take Wiley back. I even asked Kaydence again “did Lindsay really said that? To not bring Wiley back?”. She then retracted and said no that was the manager that said it. I’m stunned. All of these over $10 fees. You are willing to lose a long time customer with this kind of manner? Obviously if I want to scam you I wouldn’t come back to pay the $48 grooming bill. I’m really sad because I liked this store. Wiley has been going there since he was a puppy. All I did was “vouching” for myself. I feel like I got kicked out of there like a piece of dirt.

Boy, am I stoked Pet Supplies Plus moved into my neighborhood! This place has the best customer service (and they are all younger adults)!! The store manager must press the importance because it is very noticeable. Every time I enter, I am pleasantly greeted and offered assistance immediately. This is important to me and I very much appreciated. A lot of places now days don't focus on customer service. They have exceeded my expectations on all my visits. Prices are in line with other pet supply stores, but the location and service is what really sold me. I purchased some swim socks for my Boston this past weekend. I'm happy they care regular items (food, treats, toys), but also carry accessories like swim socks. Keep up the good work. There's no way I am the only one noticing and enjoying! You have my business for sure! Thank you all!! (side note: the swim socks work great! My 6-year-old Boston is 11.5 pounds, so I got the x-small size verses the medium recommended on the package. She's smaller than most BTs you see. Her paws were protected from the hot pavement around the pool when running after toys.)

I tried to return my dog food ( The honest Kitchen ) today around 12:40 , it was a 20 lbs bag of chicken and oatmeal, my dog was experiencing serious digestive issues, I contacted the honest kitchen prior to the return, they asked me to return the food to the location I bought it from but it was declined by the cashier, he said that I bought the bag 15 days ago and according to the cashierPet Supply Plus policy’s allow 2 weeks max , I did not wanted to argue with him because of my limitation with the time, day after I was contacted by Ryan the store manager and he asked me to go back to the location and get the refund or the new bag of food, they apologized for the misunderstanding, Ryan said he has been helping the team to improve the customer service , I went to the location after 5 days to get a new bag of food , Deonte one of the leaders of the store kindly offered the new bag of food, he was really kind.

I love the fact that this store is only a few miles away. Not only that, I own a tarantula, aquatic animals and reptiles. This store offers the best food! I will never go to pet smart/pet co again to buy food. The reptile food is very healthy! The count of the worms you get is either the accurate amount or more! Not only that the food will last me for weeks. Lately I've been buying fish from here to, and I bought my tarantula here to not to long ago. The animals are very well taken care of & always super clean. Everyone has been really helpful and they always answer my questions if one associate doesn't know the answer they go ask someone who does and I always appreciate that. Also, the store associates always seem very friendly, welcoming & happy to be at work. They always handle the animals with care, and they even give the small animals/reptiles attention as well. This is my go to store!

The employees are very friendly and helpful, but the snakes are in unacceptable conditions. They have a banana ball python that is severely emaciated (you can clearly see it’s entire spine) and dehydrated, has multiple layers of stuck shed, including shed over its eyes so it’s temporarily blind. It appears to be constipated and is showing signs of a respiratory infection. I bought a snake from this location 2 months ago and it also had stuck shed and was underweight, but nowhere near this bad. They had the same Banana BP when I bought mine, and it already had some stuck shed at that time, so this has been progressing over the last 2 months. This snake doesn’t look like it will even survive another month in these conditions. I can no longer support a business who is willing to neglect an animal to this extent.

Very inexperienced dog groomers that over charge as well. My poodle was just brushed and washed and I paid extra for the special treatment. A hundred dollars with a surge charge due to her being a very big dog for a puppy, that I was understanding about. What I was not understanding about is checking the inside of my dogs ears and finding bloody wax everywhere. The wax seemed worse so after I cleaned it up, I noticed 7 cuts in each ear and it was bad. It took 8 Qtips for each ear to get all the bloody wax out. If the groomer would have warned me, (she told me she had redness on her legs from a harness) then I probably would have not been as irritated. To be charged that much for a brushing and washing I could have done myself with out hurting her. Never will end up taking her here again.

The two young men who were working were helpful, knowledgeable, and they asked about our cats and they cared. I had placed an online order but when I kept looking at their website I saw that they have Fancy Feast for the same price as the grocery stores and they had new flavors. My cats are crazy about liver flavor and there were 2 flavors not just one. The store is fully stocked unlike the grocery stores that run very low on cat food and especially the name brands. I bought 26 cans! I found Ever Clean cat litter at about half the price and a big bag of Iams in the variety they need. We're hooked and we'll never get our cat supplies anywhere else. My husband and I are so glad you are near our house. Tommy, Scampy, and Fuzzie are very happy we found you!

Maggots. For more than a week. Come here if you want maggots in your dog food, otherwise you should go somewhere else. I’ve been coming here for the last year and I was happy about it. The staff is friendly and they have good products. But I went in a week and a half ago for dog food and the only bag they had on the shelf was taped up, with maggots crawling out of the bag. OK, we’re in Texas, gross but it happens. I went in today again because I still needed dog food and THE SAME BAG was still there, still with the same tape and all the maggots very visibly crawling out of it. They never did anything about it when I told them the first time! Totally disgusting and a complete disregard for your pets safety. I will not be coming back.

I had a grooming appointment for dog today and it was confirmed. I showed up with dog and the groomer tells me in very rude way not coming in. He was just like no,no,no,no waiving his hands, so I told him I have an appointment and then he goes to look it up and tells me your appointment has been canceled, did she not call you?... obviously I wouldn’t showed up with my pet Knowing that my appointment was canceled. So I asked to speak with the manager and he told that the groomer called in sick, but still someone in the store should have call me. I’m very disappointed and I won’t be taking my pet to the groomer again! My pet has anxiety and I had to give him his anxiety medication for nothing. Thank you for waisting my time.

There was confusion when delivering to my address and was dropped off at the wrong home… I was not able to get ahold of the store due to it being after hours since I had gotten home late. The morning after I had called the store to let them know and had the MOST AMAZING customer service by the manager, Ashley. She was very empathetic and made sure to PERSONALLY drop off my order in less than 30 minutes and even gave my pup some goodies due to the major inconvenience. This was a really big deal for me due to my dog only eating this specific food with his medication and me not being able to get out of the house because of my baby. Forever grateful for Ashley and this pet supplies location for going above and beyond. 10/10

We went to La Pasha for dinner, which was wonderful and highly recommended, but learned that it is more of a hookah lounge. Our waiter explained that most customers come in and ,"hang out." There were lots of other diners, some enjoying hookah and some not. Tons of seating space, both indoors and out. The service was great, lots of staff here. I ordered the mixed grill (kafta, chicken tawook and shish kabob) grilled veggies and rice. My husband had the lamb chops. We ordered a side of tabbouleh. All food was delicious and portions were large. I can't say enough about the wonderful rice. It was good enough to order for takeout any time you want to serve rice at home. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely return.

We took Orbit in today, he is a small rescue dog but he would not let us touch his ears, eyes or mouthWe talked to Ms.Kacey and she said she thought she could take care of him. He was matted and you could not see his eyes which were full of sleep that had matted. She was so gentle with him and when we came back to pick him up Kacey had worked miracles, he was a different dog, you could see his eyes and his ears were clean. The really weird thing is he now lets us touch his face! Kacey is totally amazing and we will be back. He must have been miserable and is now so much calmer and happy. Thank you so much for the amazing makeover not just on his fur but also his personality. Logan

Enthusiastic two thumbs up for my first online order at the Memorial outlet of Pet Supplies Plus! I was running low on just about everything and consequently placed a large order. Their website accurately conveyed which products were in stock so I received every single one of the roughly two dozen items I ordered. They also carry all my favorite brands, including Stella. And Chewy, Science Diet and Weruva. I could hardly believe my eyes when my two very picky—ok spoiled—dogs gulped down their first can of Weruva dog food. My cats are crazy for Weruva too. So happy to have this neighborhood gem in Memorial as are my three cats, two dogs and as many frogs.

Excellent customer service, I always enjoy going in and doing my doggy grocery shopping in the store. They have excellent product and great service but specifically today they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for dog food. Anna, hopefully I spelled her name correctly, did as exactly as she promised even calling me back with an update rather promptly, which isn't happening with most stores lately so I applaud them for customer service. I must say they're always very helpful when I'm looking for a particular product, point me in the right direction. I absolutely love that they offer delivery service!!!

On a good day I would give this store 5 stars but I am giving this low review due to management. My boyfriend and I have come here for a long time and lately it has been really hot at the store. The AC has broken more than once and these young adults are working in horrible working conditions but yet put their best faces to help us. This company makes a lot of money for them not to be able to fix the AC. It’s even hot for us customers and the other pets that are for sell. I will be contacting OSHA to report them. This is not okay to have people working like this. Management, you can do better!

Updates: Love the store till lately. Please do NOT buy their store baked dog cookies. It’s infested by moths. Like the other reviewer said: maggots!! I opened the plastic bag one day and found there are several moths coming out, well that explained why my dog having diarrhea sometimes out of no reason…. Disgusting. Who knows what’s in the ingredients and how long it’s been sitting out there in this hot weather?? Just Disgusting. ————————————————- My dog’s favorite supply place. We took our two Daschund for grooming today at Pet supply plus. Zachery did a great job at grooming our dogs they looked beautiful. Our two dogs are normally a little stressed when they come home from being groomed. This was their first time to be groomed at Pet supply, Zachery you gained two new fur friends today. I noticed as soon as I saw them how calm, beautifully groomed and happy they were. Many thanks Zachery for loving our dogs in our absence, we appreciate your enthusiasm and care of our dogs Princess and Hannah. FYI: Tip your groomers.

We took our Cavapoo Penny for a grooming and spa package this past Saturday. Courtney was so kind, explained all the services well, and did a wonderful job with Penny! It is so convenient to be able to call and get a same-day appointment also. We will continue to work with Courtney. Also, when we checked out Ryan was so friendly and helped us find some products we were looking for. The entire team at Pet Supplies Plus Memorial went above and beyond. I highly recommend this local business to take care of all of your pets needs!

Unorganized and uneducated staff. This location I have called several times to speak with management about items I wanted to order based on previous locations accommodations for me and never get any return calls. The owner or manager clearly does not care. My first and last order with this location resulted in staff not knowing where my items were and unorganized process. I have reported them to the corporate office as most of these locations are franchises, meaning they are clueless. Never again!

This is the place to go if you are looking for GREAT service, prices, products. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Sales are always on point.....I purchase Stella & Chewy's product for my dogs and it's pretty high priced in all other stores but here,,,,there is no price gouging, they make it affordable and always have sales on S&C and alot of other brands as well. We just found this place. We love it because they don't upcharge on most things. People are friendly and great clean stores. Self-service bath and blow dry. There is plenty of variety on foods. The only con is their beds and crates are on the higher end, price wise. If they keep their prices lower, I guarantee they could beat out Petco & Petsmart with ease. They do have grooming, but I didn't see anyone working. Raw food to bakery items. Customer for life here.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our first trip to Pet Supplies Plus. The staff was friendly and greeted us as we walked in. We walked through the store to locate the dog food that was recommended to us by our dog trainers. When we were ready to check out, a nice young lady helped us get the dog food off the shelf. (I was pushing a stroller) She got us signed up for the free rewards system and helped us get the dog food into the car. 10/10 recommend this location!

These girls are absolutely wonderful the guys too. the short one who has like 3 dogs three cats she’s so knowledgeable on all the products. Dana is also very knowledgeable and super sweet best customer service i have seen in a while she’s knowledgeable and honest. And will literally help as much as she possibly can. Has a nice neighborhood, local feel to it. Fulfills most every need any regular pet owner would have. Large, but not overwhelming like your big box pet stores. Fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, a few small birds and small reptiles available for purchase, along with a small selection of supplies for each. The bulk food purchase option is great. Bring your own container and save some plastic from the world. The dog wash area is awesome!

My man Jason (a fellow artist I met) does a great job managing the store. His employees have a great respect for him and all seems to enjoy their jobs. They are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and very polite. Not to mention they are having a CRAZY HIGH PERCENTAGE OFF ALREADY REDUCED PRODUCTS!!! I'm talking 40, 50, 60+% off the currently reduced prices!!!!! My wife and I were besides ourselves. A really nice clean store with everything you would find in the large pet chain stores, and more! The staff was very kind and helpful and answered the phone quickly and went to check and see if a product was in stock for me. They carry a good selection of feeder insects which is what I went in for. I saw there was a big dog grooming area that was being cleaned up that looked really nice too!

I just wanted to share my experience, specifically with an employee Ashlyn. I was coming in for dog food and had asked about some personal experience information on leopard geckos and she helped me SO much! Her knowledge has helped me bring my leopard gecko back to positive health. Her knowledge overall is amazing!! This location overall has awesome people and amazing services!

A pet place outside of Petco and PetSmart. I never thought I’d find one. Not to mention they have a self washing station. I’ve been twice in less than 24 hours. The pricing is very reasonable and the self wash is stocked with different kinds of shampoo for all types of dogs which is a plus. There’s an abundance of towels and an apron to cover your clothes so you won’t get wet.

Great customer service! However, the prices were labeled wrong on some of the items Added: Jason is an incredibly knowledgeable dog expert! Within 5 minutes of talking to him, he helped me improve my dogs health! He informed me about the issues with Hill’s Science Diet and pointed me in to a better and cheaper food! And they always have coupons!!!

Hands down, the best! In a world where customer service is a lost art, the staff at the Memorial location are top notch. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional. Need A Groom? Don't Book Here! I have actually groomed my dog here once. Why?? The other two CONFIRMED appointments were either canceled the day of or the day before the dogs were supposed to come in. What a joke. Will NEVER book a grooming appointment again here. Pooch In the City right down the street has NEVER canceled.

This is the best for pet supplies. I was going to the other big chain stores for live crickets but most of them were dead or would die quickly. Here they are fresh and healthy. There is a great, inexpensive dog washing station at the back of the store. And best of all, the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable!

There was a ferret there that seemed to have too small an enclosure with diarrhea and no room to lie down stretched out completely. Also had a tub of live crickets open and unattended the whole time we were there (10-15 mins). Granted this is our only experience with the place, but it wasn’t pleasant.

I have worked for Pet Retailers before but. I have never ever met people so out of touch with this industry. The love and personal development within the company is lacking. Happy to not be part of a bunch of snakes in the grass. Owners and management in my opinion are low grade. Privately owned btw..

Hands down, best groomer - Zachary. I took a chance on this place as it was too cold to wash the dogs outside. Zachary made me feel at ease from the moment I talked to him. He has a great gift with animals and I'm thrilled that they are so affordable and close to home. Great place!

This location is amazing!! I place most of my orders online and they are always ready in 30 minutes or less. All the employees are very kind and go above and beyond to help you! The customer service here is truly unmatched!

Their bird section is a 6-foot portion of one side of the aisle that includes a small number of bulk foods, very tiny cages, hardly any toys, and no safe or healthy natural perches.

Had both my dogs groomed. My small dog was fine but my larger one had razor burns and some raw skin! Not sure if I’ll be back

Seemed like a smaller store and some departments for exotic pets are definitely lacking. Good for dogs and cats, though.
