I was really upset yesterday after going into this location. Upon entering the store with my dog and spouse, we were immediately approached by a female employee who asked what we were looking for. I told her dog food and explained I'm actually just taking a few minutes to look over the shelves for what's on sale and if there is any xx% off stickered bags. She continued to stand really close to us 'trying to help' so I tried to insist, it's okay, I'm just going to look around, I'll let you know if I need anything, noone enjoys a stranger breathing down their neck, it makes it super uncomfortable to browse and shop. She then followed us aisle to aisle to aisle to aisle not even trying to hide the fact that she was doing nothing but watching us like a hawk because the second we walked in she had decided we were obviously poor people or 'scumbags' or whatever and bound to steal whatever we could. Its really frustrating because I went in there to spend like $200, needing a big supply of dog food, cat food, and kitty litter and they are by far the closest pet store to where we are living. But I will never ever step foot in there again. Rude staff, terrible service. 0% recommend

The employees here have a chip on their shoulder and treat customers like thieves. Went in to look at cat toys and had FOUR employees come up to me within two minutes, asking me if I need help. I understand customer service but this felt like harassment. Previously I’ve been followed by staff as I browse, it’s insane the poor way they treat customers. On top of that, they POST PHOTOS in their shop window of banned customers!! Theft is covered by insurance for this multi-million dollar company, why are we shaming people that haven’t yet been tried in the court of law? This is all abhorrent behavior for a place that’s supposed to be providing customer service, not customer surveillance. I encourage others to think twice about walking in here if you don’t want to be harassed and treated like a criminal for browsing cat toys!

Came on a Sunday to wash my dog and was told they close the dog wash a half hour before close and the associate was nice enough to let me still wash my dog even though I was 5 minutes past. Next time I came in (June 19 at 5:30pm) and a different associate told me they close the wash an hour before and I told them I rushed there to make it on time. Two young gentleman who were both quite rude and unaccommodating (one looked like he was trying to hold back laughter) despite the fact that I was given false information. Will be going to a different location that can at least give me reliable information.

poor grooming experience. The cut was fine but my puppy was so scared afterwards that he cries in his crate and rarely comes out now. He's been groomed before a few times but never acted so scared or tired afterwards. He now clings to me more and refuses to walk outside. I would only bring my dog here if they are perfectly trained and very calm with being left with a stranger- which puppies rarely are.

We went to this store to wash our dog. It was strange how unfriendly every employee was. Not one person smiled. They had very strict instructions about what NOT TO DO in the wash area. On top of all that the dryer hose came coming off the wall, and the water pressure was very high. It was not a good experience at all. Plus they have a wall of shame with pictures of 'banned' people. It's ridiculous!

Large selection of dog food, treats, toys and supplements. It also has a self-serve dog wash/grooming area for $10/wash! Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Also, if you purchase a bag of kibbles and your dog doesn't like it, you can exchange it for another flavour or store credit as long the bag is more than half full. My dog is a super picky eater so I'm really grateful for this program!

Keep away of this store I bought a harness for my dog that didn't fit. When I bought it they told me I could returned if wasn't the right size. When I tried to returned new in the original package they told me unless I have an account I wasn't able to returned. Not presenting the cc I paid it with. Bad experience.

I was thrilled to have a pet store in the neighborhood, but the absolute price gouging is outrageous! I pay $2.02 per for my brand of dog food. Pet Value charges $4.29 for the exact same item! Everything is overpriced in this store. And they keep going up and up. They have lost a loyal customer.

Large Per Valu with an excellent selection of pet products. The staff are lovely and well informed. They are the home to the Toronto exhibit of the Dont You Want Me project, a very important non-profit that tells the stories of 2SLGBTQA+ folx and their rescue dogs.

Freyja loves going to this location. They always have everything she needs. I've been to other locations and they usually don't have what she's looking for LOL. She is extremely interested in the giant stuffed snake that is twice her size

Pretty decent stock for a smaller store. Staff are generally helpful, with a few exceptions of folks who would rather talk amongst themselves than serve customers. They will order in special items if you ask.

Worst groomer ever. They did not even brush my dog’s hair before to give him a bath and they told me they were not able to cut his nails because he was too nervous … I ended paying $65 for this. Such a joke.

Amazing location. Loads of stock and friendly staff. They have a washing station and soon to have a grooming department too! I’ll be using these often in the summer. Can’t wait.
