We took both our dogs here for a bath today and could not believe the amazing service we received from Jess!!! She was extremely friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. The store is brand new and extremely organized and clean. The place to give your dog a bath is open and has two tubs and many selections of shampoos and conditioners plus you get a very clean towel! I loved the fact that the bathing area is open and not cramped, we were able to bath both at the same time for a very great price! We walked around and ended up buying some things and got very great service. The only sad part for us is that they don't carry our dog and cats brand of dry food which is north paw, but we will be coming here for further baths and accessorie shopping.

The staff at this store are caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I recently went through difficulties trying to find the right products and food for my elderly, sick dog. When a couple of expensive products didn’t work, the staff gave me a refund, no problem. And when I cancelled an order because my dog was too ill and dying, I received such support and sympathy, it was so appreciated. The store is clean, well stocked, and the dog bath is good. This is a great place for your pet business.

I took my Dog for a self service dog wash. I am so lucky to find such a wonderful place, and amazing staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Petvalu should be so proud of such staff! They greeted me and my dog, showed me the way, and provided all needed to wash my dog, and their smile never dissapeared! The tub was so clean and towel superclean. Shampoo was a bit watery which does not really matter as I used almost all of it. Will I go there again? ABSOLUTELY! strongly recommended.

Great location and facilities but would highly recommend not using the shampoo they provide for dog baths. It really dried my dogs skin out and she scratched constantly for a couple of weeks. Waiting on the hair to grow back in 3 patches.

Went to the store today for the first time with my partner and our two dogs. As we were approaching the store, the associate, Jessica, greeted us by opening the door and welcoming us into the store.

They will know who this is, but we adopted a cat named Destiny from there, from Team Cat Rescue. Destiny's a gorgeous girl cat who has fit in well in our family, and the staff are awesome.

The staff are so wonderful! I bought a harness here and a clip broke about two weeks later. They allowed me to exchange it without a receipt and I am so grateful! My dog loves them too.
