worst place to buy fish. I was there around 6:30pm and they close at 7. I waited on fish area for almost more than 10 min and no one showed up, so i went to cashier and asked if any one can help me on fish area. she called someone on her intercom and the lady who is working on fish area was on restroom, so she said that she will be there to help me. Fish area sales rep never showed up and after few min the cashier came and told me that they don't sell fish before 20 min of closing but i was in store before 30 min of closing and that's not my fault that there was no one to help me on that area. Looks like she don't want to help customer and stay in restroom which is more important than the sales of the store. I was about to spend more than $200 but they don't want the sales pluse I have seen some review on this location about the lady who don't want to sell the fish and mean to the customer. I am not gonna go on this location to buy fish again anymore. I better look any other alternate place for fish at least don't have to deal with this type of customer service. very disappointed with the company like this. Due to some employee like this company reputation will go down. At least i am not gonna go there and will suggest other also not to go at least on that location.

Wow!! I have never been so discriminated against in my life. This is the worst experience ever. Yesterday I spent nearly $300 buying a tank and everything needed for a few fish to enjoy a nice home. I went back and they we're getting very personal. I have 4 little feeder gold fish in a small tank about 5 gallons. So we wanted another addition mind you we already have an 80 Gallon tank with one COI. i wanted to raise him in my 20 gallon mind you he's only 2 inches right now. They refused to sell me any fish! Jill the manager was as rude as the associate assisting. Let's back up.. When we walked in we were looking at fish and this associate didn't even greet us but instead said you want something? Really that's how you act? She clearly dislikes people if they look a certain way. as well as the manager. I come to this store all the time! I even take my dog to Banner inside the location but not ever ever again! I'm tempted to file a lawsuit in hopes this will never happen again Stay away from here order online. When I filed the complaint on their 888 number even the customer service person acted rude and with authority. This is a prime example of big corporations doing whatever they want! Shame on you @petsmart!

My wife moved out here from California (I know. I know. They're all coming out here. Sorry y'all JK) and brought her dog and cat with her. After finally unpacking most of the boxes, she couldn't find her dog's vaccination record. We went to PetSmart to go to their Banfield Pet Hospital and see if we could get a copy of everything. They were not able to give us a copy of the rabies shots but were able to give us everything else. While we were there, we went to look at some goldfish & minnows for our LEHR garden. The associate that helped us was very nice and the fish were super affordable. That was about a week ago and the fish are thriving in the 80 gallon tank they were placed in. We haven't even had to add fish food due to the amount of bugs they are able to eat on (mosquitoes, etc).

Today I left my Cairn Terrier, Champ, with Ruby to be groomed. It was her first time with Champ, and as a senior dog, he is very cautious around his eyes. Not only did Ruby assure me he would be safe, but she taught me how to be gentle and self care for Champ in between grooms! I've spent a lot of money for his safety over the years, and I have to agree that this is one of the BEST grooming salons at South Mountain because of Ruby! She also got Champ efficiently through the service, putting my mind at ease. If you are new to the area, or want a skilled groomer, Ruby is it! Thank you so much Ruby! Champ and I are forever grateful~ Annie

I’m extremely disappointed with today. So I had called a week ago to schedule my puppy for a bath and the lady I spoke to on the phone said it was fine for me to book the appointment with my puppy having a sprinter as long as she doesn’t have any pain and she’s able to get up and they were gonna cover it. She had asked first before scheduling us in. And right now I took her to her appointment and 2 of the groomers said they weren’t able to take her in. One of them that has a mole on her face was extremely rude. I have never been so disappointed till now.

We took my lab mix here for a grooming session. Prices are comparable to other groomers we have used. We normally add deshedding to her grooming and the total comes to $88 here. Karen did an excellent job cleaning up our sweet girl! All of the employees were very kind and communicative. I do wish the grooming session was a little faster though. Regardless, thank you for a great grooming experience! Kaiya smells great and is super clean!

This is my 1st experience using their vet services. I just dropped of a stray cat that I'm taking home from work. He's been living in the warehouse and is very friendly. I'm getting him checked out to make sure he doesn't have any disease's he could pass on to the pets I already have & he's getting vaccinated. The staff at the 24th St & Baseline PetSmart were extremely nice & helpful and answered all of my questions.

Great Store. I've had staff help me with every question I've had about feeder bugs and cat food. My product isn't always in stock, I should get better at checking the availability online before visiting the store's location. You can always use the coupons from the website in the store as well if the discount isn't already apparent on the shelves. So make sure you check to see if your pet food is on sale online first.

Recently had our first experience at this location with the Banfield hospital and unfortunately, the other three we have been to the past several years blow this one out of the water. If you are new to the area and use Banfield, my recommendation is to drive the extra distance and go to another PetSmart. I'm definitely not impressed with their level of expertise, communication, or problem solving skills.

Very unprofessional. The worker in the aquarium department saw me and didn't ask if I needed help and she walked away never to be seen again. Told cashier we need help she dispatched someone that never came to help us so when I went to ask the manager what's going on they said the worker went to help the other people in store and she is busy when I was there first. I left and took my business elsewhere

It's OK..But I wish employee's were more knowledgeable about what they carry and also wish they were more enthusiastic about their jobs. It's almost like they are there only for a paycheck and not truly animal lovers. It's a little disappointing, my husband and I are very much animal lovers and it would be really great to meet other folks that are just as excited about critters as we are..

Bought an engravable dog tag. Went to engrave at the kiosk next to checkout and it said it was out of order. Nobody seemed to know or care anything about it. They told me I COULD go to another petsmart or get a merchandise credit. So they get my $25, and I have to schlep around for what I paid for. They said they couldn't void the transaction, so I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund.

The is for the customer service always friendly and helpful…. My. BIGGEST issue is when I buy worms from this location they are always all dead this time I was in a rush and my lizard needed work I bought 4 of the 50 count and was only able to get maybe 10 out of each and every time I explain to them they have no reason I’m over it

My partner and I just happened to be near this location; not our usual store, but were happy to find our cat litter was in stock. We easily found everything we and our friends were looking for. And check out was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this location.

I visited two PetSmart locations today and found that the different locations are set up differently inside. Even so, the staff was able to help me find what I was looking for. I even found a few items on clearance that my dog needed (toys!!).

They used to have really nice horned worms and now they are tiny like their Dubia roaches. Crickets are fine. They have a decent selection of pets. Fish, birds, cats.. regular pet smart stuff. Employees are nice, area is nice.
