I'm just about done with Petro Canada. I have been purchasing gas from them for about 7 years mainly because they have the super 94 octane but I'm actively looking for other options. This location is especially bad. Gets really icy during the winter and they don't salt/sand it. Sometimes they make you prepay, sometimes they don't. Who knows. They always seem to be the first gas station raising their prices (for context the Esso across the street was a full day later in raising their prices on two occasions earlier this year. As I said if they didn't have a specific type of gas I wouldn't be anywhere near this gas... Oh and Petro points are a joke.

Most the time your service is great. But if your a women and dont feel like being sexual harassed i would recommend staying away. The one guy roy that works there. He is skinny missing some teeth and a chin strap beard seems to like. Saying imporate things to women. Women do not come to perto can to be hit on or to be made to feel on comfortable. As for the other employees they have been great. I have been coming here for years. The last time i seen roy do this was 6:50am 15feb 2017 where he told a young girl she should wait around for 11mins because thats when he is done work. The language he uses is not apporate as well

I decided to take a walk to the 24 hour petro canada station. Imagine my surprise when I arrive to find the door barred and someone telling me I can buy things through the pass through window - but not with my debit card. I will not be back. Advice to ownership: Either don't be too cheap to pay for two staff members or don't be too cheap to put up some form of interior window around the staff and actually permit customers in the door. This is not 24 hour service. This is not customer service. This is abominable. My next complaint is to the petro canada head office to see if they approve of doing business this way.

Went there for a car wash , didn't clean half of the vehicle , so after arguing finally got another free one and went in again , still same thing, didn't clean half the vehicle. The manager is an idiot, he kept making some bullshyt up that, saying its not the carwash it's our vehicle blah blah. We ended up just walking away. Don't waste your time or money here.

This car wash is the worst I've ever been through this staff wouldn't print rewash had to come back and speak with the manager the following day and get rehashed car still has a dirty hood windshield trunk right corner never even touched as well as the plate is half cleaned. Keep your money folks take your business where you get customer service.

I visited the Petro-Canada website to see if they are currently in renovations or permanently closing. It says there was an error when I type in this address location. So there is a chance that it might do renovations or the location might be closed down forever. We will never know until we get answers. (They are currently in Construction)

I would give full stars if price was not significantly higher in the morning. $1.01 during the morning commute and $0.94 during the afternoon... I've seen this consistently over past 2 months. All other stations are at $0.94... Seems like they're taking advantage of morning commuters who need gas.

Terrible service. The attitude seems to match that of a person in the wrong job. The staff member wasted no time telling me that because the back of the store is under construction they are not stocking nicotine products behind the cash register (an area not at all part of or under construction).

Worst car wash in my life. Before you even enter you have to go on a track that I couldnt see as i have a low car. For the "works" for $13.99 I was shot out in 20 seconds with a dirty unfinished job. The clerk was incapable of pleasentries. Rather, she just went through her robotic routine.

Why are there no coat hooks in the ladies bathroom stalls? Come on this is canada no one wants to put their winter coat on the public bathroom floor, that's disgusting. And sure there's a hook beside the bathroom door and the sink but I'm not wanting to get robbed, put some in the stalls

I would like to know why the associates behind the counter don’t have to wear mask and yet they I forced it. Isn’t it by law by the city of Edmonton that mask have to wore at all times. Was there this morning at 930 and the lady behind the counter was not wearing a mask.

They've gone downhill for ages. Service is not friendly...(probably in training), if any. A&W is good & the in- store shopping is ok. The car wash is not kept up & they don't like giving a re-wash as they advertise. "( a great wash, or a rewash)! Not!

I had a horrible experience last week Friday Dec 15. I work across the street and had ran over for a snack. I was approached (with attitude) by a Caucasian woman that had been working the front counter. She was accusing me of putting items

I was in yesterday and the customer service was terrible! The cashier basically tossed my items at me after I'd finished paying, there was no hello, just "is that it". Rude attitude the whole time. The place was clean and kept well.

Worst customer service ever they runout Gas when I paid cash and cashiers here normally mad all the time getting back my money took me almost 45 minutes, I hope we get new cashiers one day here not those lazy ones.......

I have met many rude Petro Canada employees over the years, but there is no question that Roy is foremost among them. He should probably consider bathing once in a while, because his body odour is offensive to customers.

Great gas station!! I usually pay at the pump, this 24 gas station is large nice, and maintained. There is a carwash, A&W, small flower shop and lots of snacks. I go out of my my sometimes to come here!!!

Typically very very friendly and keep the store generally clean. However, I haven't been there since switching to prepay only. Only complaint I usually have is they can't seem to keep up with the coffee.

This car wash is awful. Terrible exterior cleaning, as it hardly cleansed my tail gate. I paid 14.99 plus....not worth 1.00 I should have checked before I drove to the opposite end of the city!!!!

Misplaced my debit card and called to ask if they saw it, the lady was short with me and didnt even take a second to look just said NO and hung up. Junk customer service.

The grave yard staff the best and on Thursday about 3pm there's a car show every Thursday the store is very clean washroom and store the staff can make you when your sad

Compared to ESSO touchless carwash(which does a spotless job!), $17 for a full car wash at Petro is a RIP OFF!too fast and car came out still dirty! …

Gas pump was incredibly slow. Air compressor was also incredibly slow...needed to put 2 psi in each tire and ran out on time before we could do the 4th tire.

The lady working the register said no words to me at all and gave me the wrong cigarettes. I'm never coming back here. I hope she finds happiness in life.

Only petrocan I go to unless I don't have a choice. Never a problem with fuel quality and not usually to crowded, and they have a car show every Thursday

Would not to recommend using the car wash here. It scratched my vehicle, left bugs on the grill, and left dirt anywhere there was a groove.

Petro is great especially if you need to get some from the gas station late, plus the store is large and clean

Most of the staff are friendly, remember faces, make you feel welcome. The store is clean, and well kept.

Their carwash sucks. Everything I go I have to ask for a reward. I only go here if in DESPERATE need.

This location has a convenient flower shop as well coffee, snacks and a mini-A&W.
