Picked up my pizza and was shocked this business neither supplies masks nor requires workers, who are meeting customers and preparing food, to wear masks. Seriously?!! Love their pizza but don't appreciate being put at unnecessary risk. When a business prepares food for customers of all risk groups, wearing a mask should not be left to personal choice or happenstance. At the very least, they should inform customers before ordering that employees don't wear masks and are not trained or supported in taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of the virus (yes, I questioned the man and he also informed me that he was not sick so didn't need to wear a mask. I asked if he was a carrier and drew a blank. Who needs masks or test kits, anyway?). That way the customer can make an informed decision about eating here. I always like to patronize Island businesses. I haven't eaten at a restaurant since early March and thought I should start buying out occasionally in support Island restaurants. At this point, I thought training in new restaurant hygiene practices aimed at preventing the spread of the virus including the wearing of masks would be the norm. There I go thinking again. It's not like I was in an unmasked rebel bar or something. Ha. Happy hunting everyone! UPDATE: Three months later and Picasso Pizza Company still IS NOT FOLLOWING COVID-19 restaurant practices in anyway shape or form. The owner doesn't give a darn about his customers health, health rules, and standards of restaurant operations. It's pretty disgusting. Why can't you supply the necessary PPE, train, and supervise your employees to follow the mandated rules for restuarant hygiene. At this point of the game, you don't deserve to be in business. I was overly optimistic in giving you three stars last time. Oh, and "owner" I don't need another hollow response.
I'm gonna start by saying, the pizza here is really good That being said, the service sucked. I called ahead of time to order a large cheese pizza, they said it would take 25 mins. I can live with it taking that long because at least you expect a freshly made pizza. When I got there, I waited in line behind a guy getting a couple slices even though there were two people working. One who was serving the man in front of me and one who I'm not really sure what his role was, but I'm sure he could have handed me my pizza box.. anyway, we continue to sit down and eat and when we looked at the pizza it looked like it had pieces of other slices that weren't from this pizza, like they put together a pizza. That was weird but I let it go. Then the guy that took care of us started arguing with some lady right in the middle of the restaurant cause she was stealing some utensils or something, which granted they're in their right to get mad at but it was really unprofessional that he kept talking about it with his co-worker really loudly. We were the only ones in there eating so it was extremely awkward to try to eat and have a conversation with someone but the workers are being so obnoxiously loud that they're completely ruining the whole experience.
5/5 Stars! My first visit to Picasso Pizza set the tone: good pizza, friendly atmosphere. The pizza here is great, no frills, just tasty. What sets Picasso Pizza apart is more than just the food. It's their community-focused approach that really stands out. The sight of them giving unsold food to local homeless folks that really caught my eye. This wasn't a one-time thing; I've seen it happen on two different occasions, showing a level of care and responsibility towards the community that's rare. A notable mention is Jennifer, who I saw personally handing out food to the less fortunate. It's actions like hers that keep my family coming back. On a personal note, I often come in with my 5-year-old who's an energetic whirlwind. Despite his wild energy, the staff at Picasso Pizza has always been understanding and accommodating, which I appreciate a lot. In conclusion, Picasso Pizza is a solid choice for good food, but it’s their community spirit, friendly service, and understanding nature that makes me a loyal customer. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to enjoy a good pizza in a place that values more than just the dollar.

I've picked up pizza from Picasso on two different occasions. As a resident of Hayden Island I was excited to see a new pizza place and one offering delivery (hopefully soon) to add to our dinner options on the Island. Both times I've picked up a large salad to share and a medium-sized pizza (the refer to as a regular). The food has been good both times, but I think the toppings have been on the skimpy side for the quality and prices they are charging. When looking at the photos online their pizzas appear bountiful on their toppings, but the two different ones I've had - the first a combination-style, the other a half Pepperoni and half Hawaiian, just light on their toppings when compared to competitors at the same level. If I was getting a pizza deal from Domino's or Little Ceasars I would expect that, but not from a more expensive, quality pizzeria. My only other complaint was my first pizza I got for takeout was lukewarm when I came to pick it up. With all that said, I realize they are newly open and probably working out the kinks and I'm happy to give them more chances, I just hope they will get things moving in the right direction as it is good and shows promise.
Overpriced and staff are extremely rude. Middle aged man with dark thinning hair helped me and I use the word help loosely. He was obviously having a terrible day. Most likely unhappy in all areas of life. First and last time ordering here. Wrong pizza ingredients, cold pizza, actually terrible in general, gave us the runs..The staff seems like it a family run business and unless you look like them(Karen’s and Chad) they treat you as the by spending money at their pizza place gives them the right to treat you like you a bother or they would rather be out back smoking a cigarette. They chose this life and choose if they are happy or want to be miserable and project their frustration and anger build up on random strangers giving them money to do so. For sure worst pizza joint this side of the Mississippi River. They for sure lost our business and we would rather buy a frozen pizza. Just about the same quality without having to deal with a middle aged man obviously frustrated with ED and getting a release…go smoking something dude and chill out. SMH

My 2 stars is pushing it. Customer service is horrible. I'll start from the begining. Me and my girlfriend walk in we hear the women in the back sigh and say "you got to be kidding me " as she is ripping off her gloves and walking around the corner. She was mad that we, (the customers) showed up to order ? Next as we sat and waited she decided to chit chat with the cook in the back instead of answer the phone. Someone called 7 different times before they answered. Few moments later our chicken wings came out and they where extremely dry as if they have sat out all day. They had little to no flavor at all. All in all the chicken wings are absolute garbage. Now for the reason I'm giving this a 2 star and not a 1 is because the pizza was alright nothing special by any means but if your hungry it will do. The crust is extremely thick. So thick it was actually doughy in the center. I most likely won't be coming back again. This place needs some sort of management.
For pizza lovers on Hayden Island, Picasso Pizza is literally the only game in town for takeout or delivery. They have some great pizza!. I believe it is a small chain (2 stores?) Which helps them avoid the pitfalls of large pizza companies, such as various production shortcuts by mass producing pizza dough and ingredients. My personal favorite is their Original Recipe, a mouthwatering blend of several different meats and veggie toppings. They sell slices at a fair price. If they have no Original Recipe pies available, they will add ingredients to a slice with some of the ingredients on request. They have several other items on the menu. I once tried a meatball sandwich but I have to be honest, it wasn't very good. I think that was due to being prepared by an inexperienced wait person when they were only recently starting up. They have a "calzonewich" which sounds tasty, I'll try one sometime when the wait person is known to me.
We ordered a half and half Pizza 20 minutes later they come to tell us they dropped it on the floor... and then when they bring us the new pizza another 20 minutes later so now we're at 40 minutes sitting there waiting to eat already they give us just the one topping pizza and not the other half. And when I told them about it all they said was do you want us to make you another one and at this point we were just hungry we wanted to eat so we ate the barbecue chicken which had no barbecue sauce on it and we just got out of there in hopes that we would make it home for dinner I told them about it and all they said was oh we're sorry they never even offered to make the pizza right very disappointed the second time we were there their crust was all soggy... so after spending $32 on a pizza that fell apart on us every time we picked up a piece I'm thinking these guys won't be in business for long especially on Hayden Island
I live nearby on the island and I wanted to check this place out to support my local business despite some of the rough reviews. I was somewhat annoyed having to walk around a couple of people smoking at the entrance. I opened the door and tried to close it very quickly so the smoke wouldn’t get inside but one of the smokers was right behind me and I accidentally closed the door on her. Turns out it was one of the employees. How embarrassing. After this uncomfortable entry I was wondering whether I should really eat the food. Don’t wanna irritate the server or cook if you know what I mean. Anyway the owner has the right idea and the pizza itself was good. The supreme pizza was full of fresh and crisp vegetables and the meats were not greasy. Very similar to a MOD supreme pizza but with more ingredients. I will go back incognito

I had previously posted a review not far after they opened that was mostly positive, but with a few suggestions. As I stated in that review, I’d be back. Well I wanted to give an update to my previous review because I feel when a business is obviously working hard to take care of their customers and hear the feedback and improve things they need to be called out for that too. I called in and picked up two pizzas tonight. They both were ready just after I arrived...the staff was friendly and helpful...took the time to make sure I had a menu and some coupons...handed over my pizzas and they were hot, right out of the oven. When I arrived home I found two pizzas that were both fresh, improved amount of toppings...both were fresh and flavorful. They also are now offering delivery on the Island. So kudos on the improvements and happy to have such a good business in our community.
This pizza sets a very low bar for those who want to learn how to make their own pizza. This is why you make your own pizza. It’s really easy to make something better than this. I don’t know if people that work there can do something else for a living, but when they serve a pizza with a crust that’s too chewy and stale and old with a topping that has no appeal you suspect they’re ready for another job. When do they take the tired slices off display and bake something fresh? Don’t copy my mistake: looking for eats when hungry and not thinking critically. It’s a bad sign if no one’s here at lunchtime If you don’t like yourself, or you just don’t know what good food is, then you eat here.

Had an orders for Ajay at about 1pm today. We ordered 2 extra large pizzas, a small pizza with no cheese and just toppings, cheese and jalapeno sticks. I feel we paid top dollar for food that was over cooked and mildy burned. Everything turned out mildy burned and tough to eat. Especially the centers of both pizzas. The food looked beautiful when we opened the boxes. But the bottom line is we paid ~75 dollars for burned pizzas and pizza sticks. My wife is still upset hours later. ** The owner was kind enough to give us a repeat order. The manager Jennifer was extremely hospitable and showed us the pizzas freshly made. They looked way better and tasted just as good. I can see the appeal of ordering Picasso's now. Quality pizza hands down. **
Update 2021: I returned to Picasso one year later. I was extremely impressed with the safety changes made. The staff was diligent in covid practices, was friendly and genuinely seemed to like his job. Food was great, as it always was. Highly recommend returning if you've been away for awhile. Review 2019: I'm sad because I love this place, but they are not using masks. Husband went to pick up food last night and they were not practicing required precautions. Update: asked my husband more details - two male workers, one with dreads one with lighter hair, neither wore masks and one made my salad, again without masks, and without gloves. (And yes my husband got a talking to for not saying anything)
Both of the items we ordered came out wrong. I ordered a pasta with meatballs (which costs extra) and there were no meatballs. My partner ordered a calzone and it came out with no cheese (it is supposed to come with mozzarella). Our side salad didn’ even come with dressing (it’s supposed to come with balsamic). Before you say “there’s a staff shortage” let me say: yes, I know. There was only one guy working when we were there. We felt really bad for him but we also didn’t get what we ordered.

On a scale 1-10 if I rated this pizza & cheese bread it would probably be at 4 the cheese bread it way to thin and not that good the pizza is alright but could be better I’m from WA and came out of town for work out here for a couple days and I got this on my last day out here and I ordered half Canadian bacon and pineapple and the other half pepperoni and sausage. The Canadian bacon tastes like thanksgiving ham.... and the pineapple was fresh and sweet they try to make it wood fried pizzas but it’s not that good .. if you out here and want some pizza search around before you make this your first pick like I did LOL
Great food and great service! Was there for lunch today. The pizza is so great, and others in the area know this! Somewhat low on staff, but those that are working bust their butts to offering great customer service! Will be back many times!

I want to start off on a positive note, ate here yesterday for the first time and the pizza was really good! The service was excellent and the toppings were fresh. Now my complaint. The pizza was TINY! I was shocked when it came out and it was $16.50 for a small pizza! It is not regular, it is a small! I could have ordered 4 slices for the same price and had a 1/2 of an extra large pizza! The owners either need to adjust the price or be more vocal with customers so they do not have the shock I had which almost ruined my experience. With the regular size pizza, half was crust and half was toppings.
The pizza is ok. Nothing special. I'm so mad! I ordered A POUND of wings and I only get 6 tiny, dry, nasty looking wings! A pound of wings is about 12-15 not 6! The carrot sticks were going brown, I could bend them and had cracks in them as if they were ready to start decomposing! The ranch was super warm there was hardly any sauce and the wings looked like they were sitting out for hours. and it was $9! Rip off! I had them delivered to my house and they were so bad, I WENT TO THE RESTAURANT and got a REFUND. unacceptable quality of food. I wish I could post the picture I took of the food!
I'm happy to have tried out and supported this local place! Their food is nice and fresh, and I must say, their ranch Alfredo sauce is the bomb. Tasty and simple, works on either pasta or pizza. I really hope the best for them, as I can see they're struggling with being understaffed. However, the employee who served me (whom I think is the manager or owner) did a really great job giving everybody their orders quickly and correctly. Prices here are reasonable and affordable, especially for a good lunch! They also have a lot of different choices. I would definitely recommend them!
Ever since we saw the sign for new pizza joint coming to Jantzen Beach we were very excited to try it out. We got a medium pepperoni pizza and an order of cheesy bread sticks to feed two people. The price was about average for the amount of food. We tried the bread sticks first and they were amazing, covered in cheesy goodness. The pizza was very fluffy and the sauce was sweet yet savory. It was pretty good and very filling, we had enough for leftovers. Overall one of the better pizza places we've been to since moving to Washington and will probably go back before leaving.
This is unbelievably good. The pizza is the best pizza I’ve had outside of NY City, and I’d say it’s a VERY close second. I got there 10 minutes before close. The cook allowed me and my 2 friends to order and she made a brand new pizza right as she closed. THEN I get the freakin thing. Gooey stringy cheese, perfectly cooked pepperoni, evenly baked dough. And the customer service? Phenomenal! I haven’t enjoyed myself this much eating pizza in a very long time. 10/10 do recommend.

been coming here for two years .and have never been more disappointed than today . the manager has attitude all the time . and can seem to do my order right . its always wrong now and today it was burnt . i have to pick it apart and eat it it cause i couldnt leave work to come back and have it done right . i most likely wont be eating there anymore . its a waste of money if i cant have it the way i order it . i miss your old staff . maybe if you stop working your employees into the ground you could get the good one to stay around longer .
The pizza is delicious, the prices are amazing and the staff are very friendly. Such a pleasure coming here, it has become a weekly tradition for my schedule.

Actually the worst slice of plain cheese pizza I've ever had. I was actually impressed that a shop could make cheese bread and sauce taste this bad how bad. Virtually no sauce, crust was chewy, the cheese was the only thing I could tolerate to eat. And expensive $4.75 for a SINGLE slice of pizza. I only had the cheese pizza, so can't judge the other stuff. No idea about the other offerings. The staff was nice and friendly, service was quick.

Why are you waiting to try this place? The service is short staffed and the cook times are a bit long. They close early without warning and the bathrooms were filthy. With all that said...what are you for to try it? They sell it by the pie or the slice. They will even add ingredients to a cheese slice for your desired toppings. My favorite here is the Hawaiian. The crust is perfect and the toppings are always fresh and high quality. Don't be afraid to try the pre-cooked slices. They are tasty!
I was going to order here for the first time (the menu looked tasty!), but my whole order was cancelled on account that they didn't have any mushrooms that night (???). I would have happily taken my order without any mushrooms. I called the restaurant to tell them, but they didn't seem interested in taking the trouble to "adjust" my order. Too bad, guys. You not only missed out on a big sale, but I'm a loyal, local pizza lover who would have gladly given you plenty of business. Your loss.
I live around the corner from Picasso Pizza, I get pizza from them all the time. Thursday evening I called to order a pizza for carry out. No one answered the first two times I called, the third time I called someone answered the phone and said that they were no longer taking orders for carryout, this was 25 minutes before they closed. You will no longer receive my orders 2 days a week for pizza, good luck staying in business.

I came here two days in a row. First time they didn't have any pizza made. Second time I get there and the doors are locked even though they are supposed to be open. This was Saturday at 3:15pm. I walked over a mile to get there both times for nothing. Very disappointing. I doubt Ill ever go back and can no longer recommend this place. The Pizza is good when they actually have it to serve but what good is a pizza place if they don't have pizza?
My boyfriend and I are in town from Missouri and went here because pasta sounded good. We got the penne alfredo, bacon chicken ranch calzone, and cheesy bread. All of it was really amazing, the employees working were really friendly, and it was pretty prompt service in general. The cheesy bread was our favorite, but all of it was fantastic.

Ordered the big Greek and it was absolutely delicious. You can really tell the ingredients are super fresh and baked to perfection. Had a little mix up with our soda due to the ice storm and supply lines being interrupted across Portland. When I called the woman I talked to was super nice and apologetic, and they had already refunded the soda. TLDR: Great pizza, great customer service. Will definitely be back.
Exactly what you would expect from a pizza place. The art on the walls was delightful. The food item names were creative. I had honey garlic wings. So good! Only wish I had a wet napkin to get the sauce off my fingers. I ordered an 8 piece with fries and it was more than enough for 1 person. The Bleu Cheese had actual chunks of Bleu Cheese! So delicious!

Ok well living on the island and having a new pizza place was exciting. I decided to stop in and order a pizza to go. Well first, there were no menus that were available, pizza was at best ok, definitely will not go back even though it's really the only pizza place that delivers on the island. It seems like they rushed the opening, seeing no menus, napkins, so will wait for the next "new" pizza place again
Zero stars. Terrible. Attitudes and just a bad vibe of a place. Wanted a slice last night, so I stopped here. Ordered two slices...$4 a piece. Dough definitely needed salt (and under-cooked), so I asked for some and was told, "We're out of salt." Really? I've cooked and bartended for years in the past...lazy. Screw this place. I left 9/10th of it at the counter. I hope they spiral into nowhere. Cheers.
First time I ordered for delivery was awesome... The next three times I ordered, I got a pissed off delivery boy that wasn't happy with a 5 dollar tip!!! Tonight I tried to order a pizza to pick up and they won't even answer the phone!! The owner better get some new management or this place will go under in a tight community like Jantzen Beach where everyone knows everyone and the word gets around!!!
I stopped in for a slice of pizza on a busy Saturday afternoon. The person I'm the counter was obviously very busy yet very attentive and helpful! And then when I tried the Canadian Pizza I found it very delicious. It seemed like a sourdough crust and pretty good quality ingredients as well. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious pizza. The crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings are delicious and don't feel cheaped out on. There is a fun and friendly staff and management. Only things holding it back from a 5 Star rating are the price of drinks, limited dessert options, and the lack of some kind of punch card/loyalty system for slices and pies. Like, buy 10 slices get your 11th free or something.
This place is awesome!! I would have been happy with even a 3-Star pizza since they just opened and I expected things to need a little polishing. But, WOW the pizza was perfect. The sauce was really good, pizza was cooked perfect. The manager came out and asked how my pizza was, genuinely wanted my feedback. These guys are off to a great start and I'm already looking forward to going back.
This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Garbage food, talk about robbing money ! Floors look like they’ve never been mopped. wouldn’t recommend eating there ever. Seems like new people working ... Rude, pizza looked like it has been in the case all day , not fresh.a few months ago it was my first time, not bad employees , food was alright , but second coming not good and I’m sure for others too
I had ordered a pizza for delivery and it was delicious, but the delivery took longer than expected and my salad was forgotten, but delivered later. The manager offered me a free pizza to make it right. I am definitely a long-term customer because of this. The pizza is delicious and the salad was pretty good too! You are my new " don't want to cook tonight" option. Keep up the great work!
I can’t believe this place isn’t 5/5 on google. Incredible pizza, good prices and the customer service is 10/10. I wanted 3 slices and they gave me two toppings for free. Not only that but they realized the slices I bought had been on display for awhile so they decided to make me a new pizza at no cost and without me saying anything. Good people, they deserve a 5/5 on google.
Ordered two small pizzas and some cheese/jalapeño bread sticks. Good pizza, great bread sticks. Good taste. BUT there was a hair in my pizza. And for some odd reason (maybe because the unkempt lady working at in the restaurant had her hair everywhere.) it disgusted me just because I saw where the hair came from ): idk if I’ll be back. Super expensive also.
The first time my husband and I went it was gooood, so we went back and were very disappointed. We ordered a slice to eat there. When the guy gave it to us it was cold. It looked like it did before he supposedly heated it. I think he used a microwave at that. There is nothing worse than thick cold cheese when you're expecting hot and stringy. Disappointed.
Not the best experience . Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and was told it would be 20-21 min. I was waiting 30 minutes and thought they forgot about me because they served a customer that came in like 5 min. after me before me. Nice chunks of chicken but not enough sauce and would not pay that much again for what they call a regular pizza seemed like a small
We just discovered this place and it quickly turned into a family favorite. My youngest daughter and I stumbled across it after going to Toys R Us and decided to stop in for lunch. We later came back that night with the whole family. Great pizza (amazing crust), and the zeppoles definitely hit the spot. Great atmosphere, great food, and super nice people.
Great location, Service and Staff. Only thing I would like to suggest here to change the type of cheese they use and don't put too much cheese. If anyone is from Seattle, Just try CAN-AM Pizza and then comment and tell me, how was that. There's lot of variety and flavors. They are always awesome.

Filling! I saw this place had only 3 stars and I felt the need to give them a chance. Good thing I did! I would say the prices are very reasonable. Food was tasty. Service was fast and very friendly. I love that they have blank paper and crayons at every table to color on. FUN! I want to come back and try one of the grinders next time.
Not sure why all the negative reviews. I walked in on a cold, rainy day, ordered a couple pepperoni slices - thay were hot, fresh and delicious! Customer service was A+... I don't live in the area, but next time I'm there, I definitely look forward to going back...❤️

Great food great staff. The manager is very friendly and seems to care a great deal about the business. We have been there about 4 times since its opened and every pie has been top notch! P.S. Owner you're going to need call waiting. I'm literally dialing your store right now listen to the busy signal trying to place our 5th order.
I used to love this place. I looked forward to eating here everytime I came to town. Which is a lot for work. Last week they were open for their modified covid/riot hours for one day. This week. There is an employee in the restaurant. Hanging up on me. An hour plus before they close. Sorry folks, you just lost a long time customer.
It's hard to find any pizza shops that still sell by the slice but they do and it's delicious not over sauced like there trying to hide something

The best Pizza anywhere, ever! I love the Original, but the other menu items are just as wonderful. Their hand-crafted Vegan ingredients are high quality and so much more flavorful than others use. You can surely tell a lot of love and care went into making this restaurant what it is. Its surely a precious gem!
The whole pizzas looked good and the staff was friendly enough. Pizza by the slice was not a good experience, though. Ordered two smallish slices for $4 each. I know it's late afternoon and you're somewhere between lunch and dinner, but those slices should have been chucked and replaced an hour ago.
Came in only about 30 minutes before close with a fairly large group. Staff were courteous and enthusiastic and got all the food out to us before closing time. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area!

Had to pickup a grubhub order that they canceled. Not only did they make the pizza anyways, buy gave me pizza and soda to make up for having to come down there. Pizza is excellent, staff are cheerful and wonderful to be around, atmosphere is chill yet aesthetically pleasing. Will come by again!
The pizza week pizza was spicy. $2. And definitely decent. I'd come back another time just to try their housemade pasta breadbowl or meatballs. Yes. I said: Pasta. Bread. Bowl. And they make their own bread as well. Even if it's bad it's still pasta in a bowl made of bread. So there's that.
Pizza quality and consistency remain excellent even though at times they have to close early due to staff shortage. The staff is trained, efficient and friendly. Small employers with only one or two employees per shift are forced to adjust when an employee is sick or can't make it to work.
Great and welcoming staff. If you want a pepperoni pizza with it covered in pepperoni this is the place to go

This is why businesses don’t make it nowadays. The sign says they are closed because they are short staffed. I guess the owner doesn’t care enough about his business to come in and work. People just don’t care enough even about their own businesses to work hard and be successful…
Nice service and tasty pizza. Wasn’t the best pizza but pretty good and close to the hotel. I like that the wings come with fries! Would order again if in the area.

Pizza is really good. That's all I have ate here. The Hawaiian tastes the best to me. They are understaffed a lot, so maybe management needs to make some adjustments. Could be ran more efficiently.

Great customer service and the pizza by the slice was perfectly heated and super good! We really appreciated how helpful Baylee & Bradley were, even right near closing time! We will be back! The customer featured art just added icing to the pizza pie! Thanks!
My friend picked up dinner for us at Picasso Pizza. He felt completely unwelcome as soon as he walked through the door. The employee was unfriendly and not helpful. The pizza had been laying under a heat lamp for way too long! Gotta do better than that!
Great pizza!!! Super service backed up with a longtime restaurant manager!!! Clean too which I must have to enjoy the dining experience!! Might get addicted to the "Pepperoni-Pepperoni !!!! OVERDUE to have another PIZZA Parlor on dee Island …

The Original
Bought a large half pepperoni, half Hawaiian. Pizza was good quality and taste. Carbonated beverages are priced high. Nice new restaurant, nice atmosphere. Noticed front counter and computer area had heavy dust. Service was good, pizza cooked fast.
The pizza used to be AMAZING when Pierre worked there. My coworkers and I were ordering weekly. Then we had two orders where the pizzas were only about 60% covered with anything! Then we found out Pierre quit right before the quality dropped.
We phoned in our order. They answered right away, and was very accomodating. They ALWAYS are. I live on the island, and anytime we want pizza, they are our "go to" shop!! The food not only tastes good, it looks good too.! Very appealing to
Was very excited to have another pizza option other than BJ' s. Was very disappointed with our first and last experience. Not enough toppings for the price. Waited 45 minutes for a pizza that not even what we were expecting for the price.
Crust was done well and was crispy, sauce wasn't great but there was a Good cheese to crust ratio, ingriedents were crispy and did not slide off the pizza. Slice size is comparable to other shops. Wings were nicley done with good bbq
Amazing pizza and amazing staff. Great place!

Well done! After a couple of less than stellar experiences over the past six months I decided to try Picasso again. Great pizza, good service, short wait for delivery (less than expected). They are earning back their stars.
Pizza is good. But the customer service aspect needs some real TLC. They dont acknowledge you're even there till it's a good time for them. Also got charged an extra two dollars for olives and onion and never got it
One of the best slices of pie I have had in a long time!!! Definitely will be back

Pizza is pretty good. I worked here for a few weeks though, and never got paid and haven’t even been contacted despite my efforts to contact the manager. If you’re looking to work here maybe find another place.
Not a bad slice of pizza and the employee had a cool attitude. I'll come back.

Today I ordered two slices, one was normal size and the other was literally a sliver, and I still ended up paying full price. Other pizza places give way bigger slices cheaper than what you'd pay here...
Pizza was good. They have vegetarian and non vegeterian pizza options. Taste was good. You could also order the pizza by slice and combine that with a drink. They also have pasta, fries and wings.
Had the chili chili bang bang which was honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. Great service too.

I delivered their Instacart order and the lady gave me a free slice of pizza as an extra tip! I had never been there but you definitely gained a new customer ! The pizza was amazing ! Thank you!
We had two pizzas; vegetables&meat and an all meat for six. They were both delicious. Still had 25% leftover. I would go there again. The only minus was the floor was slippery for my shoes.
'Normal Portland style pizza'. Pizza quality is good. They have recently reduced the lunchtime selection, but the price is right. I am increasing my rating for the consistency of quality.
Good service. Clean. Pizza however is just ok. Crust is undercooked. Wings are not crispy. Just average. Nothing special. If you are hungry and in the area ok. But not worth driving too.
Awesome pizza. With only one employee working, we ordered our pizza, and still had it on the table within 10 minutes. And it was freshly made. Definitely my go to for pizza in Portland
Got a large, double pepperoni pizza, so maybe it's just this item, but the pizza was so greasy we couldn't hardly eat it. Everyone who did eat it was miserable the rest of the night.
Probably my favorite place to eat when I work on the island. The wings are definitely to die for. Great friendly staff, often quiet and never disappoints. The pizza is good too More
Sell pizza by the slice for $4.50 which is super over priced for a greasy, reheated slice of pizza. Their pizza fresh might be better but I wouldn’t know. Should be $2.50 a slice.
Although this place is severely understaffed, we got excellent service from the manager. We loved that you could design your pizza by the slice by adding toppings at no charge.
Prices on their websites menu does not match to the prices in the store. Customer service was not good at all and the pizza was very greasy, Unfortunately would not recommend.
Get the cheesy bread it’s really good. Not to greasy very crunchy and the perfect amount of marinara on the side. Pasta was great pizza great as well. Service was excellent.
Customer service was really good.the workers are really nice and helpful.there pizza and deserts were off the charts.if your looken for fast and great quality pizza go here.
I love their pizza crust , it is so airy and yet has a crispy bottom! Their meatball sub is delicious and the people are always so friendly and helpful !! love this place !
