WORST LOCATION IN EDMONTON!!! Don’t go if you value yourself, your health (may onset violent nausea), your taste buds(disgusting pizza), your wallet (waste of $$)and your sanity (could sent you into a fit of rage)… so tonight I had a pizza craving along with my 87 Yr old grandparents, we first drove to the 66th St. location where we always get good pizza and good service. Unfortunately I had 2 strong circumstances against me 1.)because their pizza is good, so is their reputation, which means it’s busy 2.) it was a Saturday evening 6pm-ish SO I was told they are quoting one hour wait time. We were quite hungry and the lady suggested that we go visit 97th St. and 153 ave location, one of my worst mistakes yet! I got a chicken mushroom and cheese pizza with no cheese, rotten spinach, and burnt crispy chip like mushrooms. My bad for not checking it first But you almost need a key to open the new tamper free boxes. Anyways the call went straight through to head office instead of the independent location… The lady on the phone called the store and relayed my complaint and the store said that I should drive back to the store show them the pizza and THEN AND ONLY THEN would they give me a new one. We just had a huge snowfall today and the roads are terrible so that was not an option. I feel like I let my family down and making them eat this disgusting pizza as an only option. Why customer service couldn’t just let me email them the pictures and see for themselves doesn’t make sense, Also there are so many terrible reviews for this place! Why hasn’t Head office done some thing by now? If you’re thinking of eating here take my advice and drive the extra couple km’s to the other location because this location is hopeless.

Dear store owner, you should be ashamed for selling a product this poorly made! Your version of a Pepperoni with “extra cheese” does not comply with your franchise standards at all, it is evident that this product would be a great example of a “deficient product” under the “quality control” guidelines, despite all the reviews indicating this, you seem to refuse to take action and correct the issue, two purchases I’ve made from your store, same issue with both, your response the first time was “don’t call customer service for this, it only creates issues for us” clearly an unethical way of maximizing profits by greatly reducing the “required” amount of ingredients No need to reply with an absurd response, maybe be preventive and deliver value with quality products instead, after all, that wouldn’t be a favor, that is what your customers are paying for. Never again

Use to order all the time and this is the closest Pizza 73 to my place and I had no issues until a few days ago. Ordered for myself and my dad and our pizza's were disgusting, there was a foul expired smell from the chicken pizza that can be smelled 8 feet away, my dad even spit out the pizza sayying it really had a expired taste to it. He worked for Pizza 73 before so he knows whats actually fresh and what isn't. Was really disappointing. The beef pizza I ordered also tasted weird, like the ingredients arent even fresh. Returned it to the store and the owner came out with fresh chicken and told me this is what they used but didn't bother to acknowledge the tast and smell of the pizza I received. Wont be ordering from this place again.

I put an order online using pizza 73 application, I went to pick up after my order is ready, I showed my order & confirmation.Then the old Indian man I don't know if he was the owner or not, he get mad at me, he didn't even check my order & asking me give me your 4 digit phone #? I don't know if he couldn't read it, then I said " sir everything is here check it, then he said I don't have order for that. I was so upset by him & left the place. Does he think this is back home India to treat customer's like this?. Never ever go and buy from location again!!

These guys are shady as heck Uber eats order 43461 I made and order seconds after cancel it cause I realized I ordered from my home address and not my work address but these guys still decided to charge me because they accepted the order! So I paid for food I didn’t even get. So shady business practice and I can’t get a refund from Uber eats. I won’t be getting anything from you guys ever again. And I will be letting everyone know how you like to take peoples money even when you didn’t make anything

Just ordered a pizza from here online and received our pizza with ZERO pizza sauce on it. Called the store to try and get the pizza fixed and the phone call goes to a call centre instead of the actual store and they said they can’t issue a refund or anything. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this store or Pizza 73 in general. Figured we would give it one last shot and realized we will never order from this franchise again

Very disappointing. I've had Pizza 73 lots before. Sometimes great, other times meh. Never tried from this location until now. Sad to say, this is the worst I've had from the franchise. Hawaiian pizza: Pineapple was on the verge of going bad, and no ham hardly. Completely flavorless. The other pizza was passable, but still kind of lacking. Wings were decent and the curly fries good, but those are hard to screw up. Think I'll skip pizza from Pizza 73 for the next while.

Two times in a raw I make orders for a large pizza on regular crust and these guys on this location sends me thin crust, to save up on the doe, I called to make a new order and I mentioned that and they transferred me to customer service and they said they can’t do nothing because it’s over 72 hours, what a way to save up money on your client to make it thin crust, unbelievable

Frequently go here to pick up pizza for my brother who is in a care facility. The pizzas are always fantastic. And the lady that works here is just the absolute best :). Always friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this Pizza 73 location.

Just went there around order medium pizza with one topping, lady gave me worst pizza ever someone could get. Came back to complain and she said what you expect in $9. There was no base sauce at all and even dough was visible clearly. And she said she can make new pizza but it will look exactly same like this. She was very rude and mannerless. Never ever returning back. This location has gone downhill.

BBQ chicken Pizza was horrible, totally covered with in BBQ!!! Looked like someone accently pour the entire bottle and still decided to service it!! Customer service unheard of! The manager, Pavan, who was very loud and rude! Worst is that she was openly degrading her employees not realizing I could understand her language! I would never again order or step foot in this location.

I love the pizza from this place. One lady there, her name is Manju.she's always smiling and serves nicely. I like her customer service, she explained about the kinds of pizzas and asking what I like on my pizza, very helpful lady! I definitely recommend this place

I usually order pizza 2 or 3time week from this place. The pizza never comes fresh. It's always gross, and they never take responsibility for anything they send. I recommend you get it from somewhere else. That's what I do and now it's always good.

This is easily the worst location in Edmonton. When the owner is working the pizzas always lack toppings. Here is a photo of my beef & "extra cheese" pizza. Even if I didn't order extra cheese I still would have complained look how little cheese there is! Pathetic, go to the great location on 66th and 157 ave, never produces a bad meal.

Ordered 4 pizzas, waited over 45 minutes for the pizzas. After 45 minutes I was notified that pizza 73 cancelled my order leaving me with no other reason than they can’t fulfil it. Left me embarrassed and my family without food. Order from somewhere else

Gave this 73 another chance after getting pizza that was significantly worse than the one on 127st and 153ave. Still sucks. Got a large with almost no cheese on it again. The one on 127st would be worth the drive if it was in red deer. Never ordering from here again. Anyone that accepts this must not go anywhere else for pizza.

I am not a picky eater by any means but the pizza was simply terrible. We ordered multiple pizzas, as well as sides. all the pizzas were dry, crumbly and rock hard. The sides were soggy and tasted stale. The picture i took was minutes after receiving my order from the delivery driver. Will not be ordering from here again

Just disgusting. Ordered ham and pineapple, they gave me the soggiest bread with cheese. I told them I wanted the correct order, took an hour for them to bring the correct pizza. I had already cooked supper for my kids because they were hungry so I called to cancel the 2nd order. I want a refund. Never ordering again.

I love ordering from this location! Staff are very friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious! :) Highly recommend the wings and the grand slam pizza!

My experience is similar to others. The service at this location is horrible. No cheese on their pizzas, barely cooked or over cooked wings. Why this company has not done something to improve this location is beyond me. Pizza73 reputation is not the best so l guess they could care less. Disappointed

For $8 i expect more for what i got. Mcdonald poutine is far better. This barely had any gravy on top, wasn't hot or that good.

I have always received top notch service when I pick up my pizzas there Best Pizza 73 location in the city for their golden crispy wings. The wings are cooked perfectly so that they are juicy with that satisfying crunch, and havent shrunk compared to overcooked wings.

Ordered medium donair pizza and 2 set of wings. Wings were either old or overcooked - very dry. Seasoning on salt and pepper wings was smothered in questionable spices. Very disappointed from other locations I've tried. Definitely would not return to this location.

Absolutely the worst 73 I've ordered from. They don't read any simple instructions and the base items are worse than usual. Go out of your way to find a different pizza place. I recommend Red Swan or Panago.

I ordered tandoori chicken pizza. The worst pizza I have had. The store owner is very stupid. She don't know how to talk to customer. When I asked her about my issue. She started argued with me. Zero star to this location.
