We ordered our pizza, wings, and curly fries on Friday at 5:21PM. Received the confirmation email that the delivery would be within 20-40 minutes. After 60 minutes I called the support line to ask where the pizza was and was told that the actual delivery time was estimated at 60 minutes and that the email was incorrect. We waited an additional 20 minutes until pizza arrived. 80 minutes total for delivery. When the pizza arrived it was cold, the wings were cold, my two-year-old son bit into one of the boneless wings and it was RAW. To make matters worse, he grabbed another boneless wing and bit into it, and it turned out to be a JALEPENO POPPER!!!!!. Upon talking to the PIzza73 customer service department I was informed that they did not have the authorization to compensate me adequately for the horrendous experience me and my family had. Would not recommend Pizza 73 to my friends or family. Clearly my business does not matter to them.

Ordered through uber eats and the order took 45 min for a 10 min drive. When arrived , it was the wrong order and not even close to the correct order. Uber driver said the pizza was what the location on 149th Street gave them and could do nothing. Suggested speaking with uber customer service. Because I believed it was the location that made the error I called the customer service line. Was given a number to uber eats which was not in use. Then stated to ask for store to speak with manager but service rep made an excuse and did not connect me. Basically was told, nothing they could do. Highly recommend not ordering pizza 73. Alot of better options especially if you are looking for high level of service. The agent didn't apologize and did nothing to want me to remain a customer

And the last month I spent $110 on pizza not once has my pizza come to my door proper the delivery service last time was well over an hour this time it was 44 minutes and I did not get the pizza that I ordered or the wings that I ordered I will not recommend this pizza service to anybody grossly disgusted with the language barrier if I could give this a 0 - -10 star I would I will never ever order pizza from here ever again I'll go to Costco and buy their gross pizza before I start buying pizza 73 and they tried replacing my pizza tonight but why if they couldn't get the last two orders right do you actually think they're going to get this order right negative 10 star

The service there was terrible I ordered a only a poutine and boneless bits and they told me 10mins, I ended up waiting 35mins for my order and when I got it the lady tryed saying I didn't order the 2 drinks, I only got them cause I grabbed the receipt myself when they left the till, the to lady's there are horrible the other guy that works there is alot better tho, I'm sorry I have to give a 1 star rating cuz he's actually really nice and Awsome at his job, they need to pick there employees carfully

When it comes to the pizza, I find that this particular location vastly skimps out on toppings and sauce. It's like getting the pizza bread from Walmart. Not worth the money. Wings are fine tho and the service it's self was alright. But better off going to a different location if you truly want your money's worth.

I don't normally order pizza 73 but I did tonight and it was very tasty. Everything was fresh hot and cooked well. The delivery guy was also very nice so i'll be ordering pizza 73 again. The only issue I had was some of the dips are horrible! The buffalo dip just stinks I couldn't even eat it and the jalepeno cheddar is the worst cheese dip between other pizza places but the peppercorn ranch is very good

Pizza was very late. Cold , Wings were cold. I don't recommend ordering from this location unless the drivers are your friends. We ordered well before closing time. By the time the pizza and wings arrived we had to re-heat everything. Never ordering from this location again.

I know many people would give a lower rating because of this but they made up for it by having a friendly delivery driver and the food was correct, and put together well. I'd definitely come back, but would probably only pick up.

Ordered food from my pizza73 account, which has a pre set address which has never had any problems. For some reason when I ordered this store didn't put the buzzer # on the bill. Long story short food was LATE AS DUCK and then the customer service rep was useless over the phone, cold pizza & wings. Never again, good bye pizza73

Absolutely a 10/10 place! My husband and I order from here all the time and not once has anything been wrong or messed up! This place is amazing and I highly recommend ordering from here! They are always very polite an the place is very clean when u walk in!

Tasteless pizza at this location. Dips for the wings were placed in the box with the wings. Your not suppose to mix cold items with hot items. We ended up throwing them out fearing we would get sick. Will not purchase pizza from this store again.

This location is running on a shoestring budget. They halved the fries they used to give, cheaped out on the dipping sauce by using a tiny substitute, the debit machine broke apart in my hands, and the hand sanitizer dispenser is always empty.

Stood there for 5 minutes before someone acknowledge me. My pizza was sitting on top of the oven getting cold.

I've never had a bad experience ordering from this location, if you want take out pizza that is exactly what you'd expect (not the best but not bad) this is your place to go to. I often get either wedges or curly fries with my pizza.

10 dollar 1 topping pick up. Great value. Get to choose sauce. Try buffalo chicken sauce with chicken or try donair sauce with donair meat.
