Waited 8 mins for someone to finally came to take a poutine order. 2 guys saw me but continued doing their things and didnt inform their cashier of a customer waiting. Another 10 mins to make the poutine. Poutine is very dry, is basically curly fries with only a tablespoon of gravy at the top of fries with a ping pong ball size clot of cheese curds. Very small portion of almost $8 dry fries. For this price i would just go new york fries. Bigger portion, better fries, and its an actual poutine with proper amount of gravy and cheese throughout the poutine. Terrible service: no greeting, no thank you, no smile, just stares, long wait to order and to make food. I used to come here and food / service was always good enough. But i think may be new management is terrible at managing.

They were very kind, gave me the appreciation, I didn't expect. Food was great, tasty excellent. Staff was awesome. Made sure I got treat well 2 lay chips yum yum an 4 pop came with the 2 for 1 two topper mediums. Got Pepperoni An Feda Chicken. Out ther you gotta try the latter. U won't be disappointed.

Thers access to ther business either direction despite construction west or east. I parked a Tandem on the west side about a quarter of a block away it was a tandem. I faced North East on the street.

I went there today and i just got there at 1:49 am and the door was closed and a lady came and opened the side door and told that they are closed and i dont know what a service they are providing then she opened it and told me they are not taking any walkin orders and so i just called in the pizza 73 to place an order then the guy told me they are done cant take any order so i just asked him to connect me to customer complaints and i was on hold for 10 whole minutes nobody answered the call ... Am not gonna go to pizza 73 again that was the last time ...

Usually good but this last time, I ordered two wing meals instead of a pizza and wings and got a pizza box with a thin paper on the bottom, then 40 hot wings thrown inside which sogged the pizza box and made it very messy. No fries or carrots came with it which when you order online and choose the wings option, the picture you click on clearly has the fries and carrots as well. Misleading. Plus they don’t pay their delivery drivers if they sit at the store waiting for deliveries. No hourly wage. Wings were good tho.

I would never go to this place ever again. The employee at the front didn’t know how to talk to the customers. We had our masks in our pockets which we had forgotten to wear when we entered the place, and the guy at the front was very rude to us. He said “ I’m not gonna serve you guys because you’re not wearing your masks”. This is totally not the way to talk to the customers. Moreover, we had not even spoken a word yet. It was the worst experience ever.

I am really not sure if they put as much topping on each order as they are supposed to. I ordered chicken bacon mushroom melt and there was barely any chicken and bacon on it. Pizza73 send some mystery shopper to this location to find that out for yourself! I see other people are complaining about the same issue here.

Missing items from my order once again. Pay for something just to not receive it and then be told that a driver will be sent right out with it and still don't receive it at all. And then customer service refuses to do anything. I would rather have to pay more somewhere else just to receive better service than I have gotten repeatedly at this location.

Don't come here. Left with a sour interaction the first visit. Even worse the second time. Consistent mistakes but worse, they argue to prove they're never wrong. Idk if it was an ownership change but this place is now terrible. Bad attitude, poor service, poor sanitation (never washes their hands before food after touching ears, money, face etc.

I had to pick up my orders today & as I arrived the personal was in a very bad attitude & arrogant. He needs customer service training. Also the pizza wasn’t exactly tin crust. However I had second bad experience at Pizza 73, therefore I will never order from pizza 73 anymore. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

The pizza was hot and good. My Golden Crispy wing meal was sooooo good. Definitely will be back.

This is an awesome pizza 73 whos owner has hired several people from Ukraine and they all already speak great English highly recommend this location. Great pizza!

second time in a row under cooked shrimp. Its becoming a joke. $26 for a dry pizza and raw batter on shrimp. weak. Update: A year later after the store improves they lose me again due to weak Corporate customer service. I feel bad for these franchise owners.

Sooo disappointing. Our delivery was promised within 40 mins, after 60 mins with no delivery, we called and they lost our order. We have an order confirmation email and our card was charged and they won't refund us. Will not be ordering from here again.

“Too busy to make your order” What!?!? This is fast food pizza! They redirected my order to a far away location instead of this nearby location, but didn’t notify me until I walked in to pick up. I canceled altogether. Never bothering with them again.

Placed an order online, was given a confirmation number, waited well over an hour and a half before calling only to be told the order was never placed even though I had a confirmation number and now most places are closed as it is too late.

Will not be ordering from here again. The pizza was bland, no taste, not much cheese or meat on it. What, are you on budget? You make pizza all the time! Pizza 73 USED to taste good. I don’t think I’ll be going to this location again. Smh.

Best Pizza 73 ever! I used to think P73 was terrible until I tried this location. Ì have met the owners and they are the reason why it is so successful. Ingredients are always fresh, you will know what I mean after you give them a try!

Find the staff at this location to particularly helpful and friendly, the pizza is near the top of my local favorites. Another bonus is the regular Pizza and Wing meal deal. Always time for some chicken wings. No complaints here.

Needed to get 8 Pizzas ordered and delivered in a hurry. This location did an excellent job and had them out faster than expected. Great quality and great price. Made lot's of peoples day!

We enjoyed pizza aloot. Also cauliflower bites and funny thing i asked for rings but when I opened at home it was potatoes rings not onion rings my mistake anyways it was delicious.

I ordered once here about 1.5 months ago. The pizza was good and the toppings were enough to call it a pizza, not a breadstick with sauce. Will order here again.

Not very good , ordered 3 times Never do well done :( , even after instruct to do Totally 4 pieces of onion on large 1 topper Cheese and sauce of no quality .

My favorite pizaa at 73 are tandoori chicken pizza and delux chicken pizaa, those are the two best they have so far. And their graciously delicious. Yummm
