Ordered 2 pizzas for new years eve as a treat. Gave room for a one hour wait as I assumed it would be busy but the pizzas never came. Noone answered the phone for at least days. I had paid for this with my card so no way to instantly get my money back. I ended up spending money on food again elsewhere otherwise I would've been left starving. Once I got through to the store I spoke to the useless manager who did nothing to help accept give me a number to customer service which was now invalid. Customer services were useless and had the cheek to give me a 10% off discount code as compensation, as if I'd want to spend my money with them again. Well.... Fast forward a month or two I did end up spending money with them again. This time I went into store where everything looked so unhygienic and a very strange attitude with staff which then suspiciously changed to very nice before leaving. Ordered 2 pizzas again. Pizza was actually very well done this time and looked great. Only issue was having a raging stomach ache the next day. Think I'm done with this branch. Another pizza hut on the blacklist

I went in to collect a couple times, counter sticky with bits of hair stuck to it. Damp floors and walls, I could smell the unhygienic air from the moment I walked in. Malik was extremely unprofessional, terrible customer service from all employees. I’m certain they were Managers which makes it that much worse. Now the pizza, I don’t know if they overcooked it or undercooked it but it was disgusting, it wasn’t cut properly it was greasy and the Jalapeño’s didn’t taste right and I saw him adding them after the pizza came out of the oven (only for him to put it back in hence the crust being burnt). There were toppings on there which I didn’t ask for and the crust had some type of seasoning powder (garlic maybe) which I didn’t ask for. I asked for a diet Pepsi with my order, paid and then was told that it is out of stock, I told him I was diabetic and he then had the cheek to ask me if I want a normal Pepsi??? Overall terrible experience would not recommend.

You can count on only two things in this life: death and taxes. But you might want to add this branch delivering late. I’ve ordered here a few dozen times, in none were they either on time or early. Last night I had had no food since 4pm the day before. So Pizza Hut for me. I asked for ASAP delivery, they said 30 - 40 minutes. Fine. Nearly an hour later, I call to ask why my delivery isn’t here. The person on the other end asks if I’m on a certain road, I reply I am. She then puts me on hold, presumably to tell the driver to get his head in the game and deliver my stuff already. 10 minutes after that, I get my delivery, just an hour on an empty stomach. Soon I eat my Tear and Share and Nachos, then open my pizza. They not only sent the wrong one, but didn’t even cut it. Then as I’m browsing my bank ballance, they’ve charged me twice. Basically unless you want to spend insane amounts of money, avoid this branch.

Very poor experience from ordering to the actual pizza, if the pizza was remotely good then I'd probably not leave a review. The guy taking my order had very poor communication skills and it took 5 minutes to order 3 pizzas. Finally when the order was ready after 25 minutes waiting for collection, once I took it home the slices weren't cut, the base was overcooked and tough, the toppings were burnt and had a bitter taste. Usually this same order from another branch is obliterated in no time but these pizzas are hanging around like a bad smell. Called the branch and the manager was meant to call back in 5 minutes, waited 30mins I called back and now he's left. I should have looked at these reviews as there's clearly a pattern and there's no effort in changing things. Strange that pizza hut would get the basics so wrong.

Stoke newington branch has to be worst branch you can ever find they blocked my address bec some one ordered pizza from the flat and didint pay so they blocked everyone had word they delivered and then i ordered again and this time they took my order kept closing phone on my face instead of just saying we will not be delivering asked to speak to manager samething again had to go to branch and had some fire argument and told them what they can do with there pizza had 2 kids waiting for a pizza but they didint have courtsy just too say i am sorry we will not be serving pizza to the address had phoned vlosed repeatly on me and treaeted like a kid .. such a big company with such useless service should all be trained properly..

I have always enjoyed pizza here. Ordered and the garlic bread was wrong. Ordered 3 portions 2 with cheese, 1 w/o and it was not done. I took them back they took them and too my disbelief tried to just throw a pinch of cheese and cook again. Then told them I will come e back for fresh bread and on tasting the pizza which was undercooked and agin wrong not stuffed crust!!! Chicken wings were also undercooked. This was enough, drove back to Stoke-newington and the lady went back with manager took awhile, then this guy came and put the money down. No apology, no offer to try and rectify issues, NOTHING. I LEFT DISAPPOINTED and told them about there poor customer service. I will be taking it further

Hi i am a very disappointed customer. I placed an order on friday night to my home address and it never arrived. When i called the store they hung up. I then proceeded to place an order last night saturday again which arrived 3 hours later which i turned away as 3 hours later is unacceptable. These orders were placed at branch stoke newington N16. I am very upset and dissapointed in pizza hut service from this branch. 2 nights in a row of bad service. And everytime i called the store they hung up.This is so unacceptable and i want to make a complaint. Kind regards

If you order do so through Deliveroo or Ubereats. Pizza is great but this stores delivery has gone down hill. I used the Pizza Hut app (never again) the driver couldn’t find my address and called me screaming down the phone frustrated and left . I didn’t feel comfortable with him coming to my flat so I called to see if they could get someone else to deliver but none of their drivers were available and I wasn’t paying twice so I ended up going there but it was inconvenient with having to get my children ready

Terri is the star , I called today and the issue was sorted out in a plesant manner. Pork which we dont eat was on the pizza which was ordered by my boyfriends mother on arrival the pizza couldnt eat. Terri said she will look after another one for him free of charge. This was a big surprise as i just called to find out if the ham was Halal but it was confirmed it was pork. Thank you very much Terri and all at Pizza Hut StokeNewington. Our family has been coming there for 25+years its the best Pizza Hut in London.

Pizza hut ordered small pizza dough under Cook not made right very lazy and poor quality also went into shop to pick dose not taste like pizza hut also rang them and told them dough is wrong under Cook girl on phone that day unhelpful who ever made that pizza dough needs to find new job or be retriand u then try make pizza look good but the dough is Important don't new staff in that shop or what but pizza dough thay mad that day very bad. And could make people sick.

Okay I've ordered from a few Pizza Huts in my time but I have to say I'm taking the time out of my day to write a review for this one because they never fail to deliver. I've used them countless times and the order ALWAYS comes on time, 99% of the time the pizza is fresh and hot (granted, I live very close by), EVEN on busy nights like Fridays and Saturdays. Today, I picked up 2x large stuffed crust from Stoke Newington branch, and also a portion of chicken dippers. Paid over £26 for them. The pizzas were the worst I have tasted anywhere in the WORLD!!!!!☹ I have specially asked and paid for extra cheese on the pizzas. When checked at home there were hardly any cheese.☹ The quality of the cheese was also very poor. Very disappointed. ☹ Highly NOT recommend!!!

I just went to this pizza hut Stoke Newington branch and no body in the counter I had to press the bell and shout "Hello" many time for a lady to come Out with headphones in her ears and telling me not to shout with an attitude, as if I was the rude one. I had to leave caz after this I don't want the kind of pizza am going to get. What a customer service! It used to be good place... I guess not anymore.

The lady working late at 1am was so kind and lovely, she made my night because she she made me feel so welcome even though I walked through the door a little late at closing time (AND on bank holiday) she was so nice! The pizza was delicious, it was made in good time and the customer service from the staff was 10/10.

Didn't answer call. When I turned up at the hut to order card machine wasn't work, they said its my fault my card I declined although it said void on the receipt. I had to go walk in the cold to go get cash out. Plus they give you a leaflet with a price then add a pound extra after saying there machine says its a pound extra. Really slow service. Worst pizza hut. Very disappointed.

Diabolical rude staff. Try to scam me when using a voucher. When I challenged them, one pretended to be the manager, refused to give me his name, the next call, the person claimed to be Abdul. When challenged about behaviour he put down the phone. I will emailing the ceo, and doing a review on trip advisor. Gonna stick to dominos pizza. Wouldn't trust them with my food.

Papa johns is way better, the taste and the service is excellent.... If you are thinking of ordering from Kennington Pizza Hut DONT!!!!!!! It took 40 mins to be delivered 300m. (Didn’t want to go and collect. Sleeping baby) one of the worst pizzas I have eaten. Farmhouse, and super supreme with garlic bread. No flavour, undercooked and doughy and how can you not slice a pizza! Honestly one slice was a quarter pizza and the other was no bigger than a knife.

This shop is only take away or deliver your pizza no seating area in shop. It Has very good deals when you come to pick it up. But there are good deals if you will like to delivered. Best place is to order is online with there website or app because every time I called to place a order there always busy to answer it.

This place has rude staff. My flat was a crime scene. So the police wouldn't let any one in or out. The manager had called me and was shouting telling me to give them the money so the man can go. And the man that had my pizza was rude to the police. Think they need to know about customer services. Such rude manners

Got there 12.15am they said they are not taking card payments cash only after 12am. Although the stores closes at 1am for collection they close card payments at 12am and did not even tknow where the closest cash machine #NotImpressed

Waited an hour for my delivery I made online. Pizza was poor quality, seemed like it had been sat there for a while. Nachos were over done. The delivery driver was rude, dropped the bottle of tango and didn't even apologise. Won't be ordering from this pizza hut again.

Not quite sure why the staff are incapable of answering a phone, especially when it had been constantly ringing for the passed 10 minutes as we repeatedly ring the store trying to correct a mistake we made in our Uber Eats order. Should get shut down.

Normally only order dessert from here. I find their cookie dough is better than any other dessert place especially in the takeaway arena. Recently received really great customer service (from a lady) when i received a less than perfect cookie dough.

Terrible service. They did not knock at the door they had the wrong phone number so basically paid something we were not even getting. Called them and they told us they were going to send another pizza in 40min. Total wait 2 hours. Avoid the place.

Ordered pizza for Iftar, accidently I ordered the wrong one but Abdul sent me another one within minutes and this time the right one. It was my fault to start with Abdul did his best to help.

Terrible experience, just order 2 large and 2 sides of chicken wings b&q and got chicken nuggets, impossible to eat it bcz of some much chilli. Disappointed and do not recommend to nobody.7
