Great car wash with good employees. I think Frank/Fermin which seams to be the manager is definitely the reason it ran well. The guys always do right cars are wash and detailed the right way. Great job Frank keep it up. The owner is lucky to have a good manager and crew til today. That said seems like there’s an addition another manager he seems to be focusing on rushing and my vehicle was not cleaned correctly. 27.00 plus tip. Disappointed! I spent 25 min and a bottle of detailer parked on the street actually cleaning the car after a car wash. Rims extremely dirty not cleaned but they still slapped tire dressing over it. What happen? Some of the guys are missing too! Fermin had a great crew with an eye for detail. Hope it goes back to the way it was. GOLD PACKAGE 24.99 Definitely was not. Bring the old crew back cars are rolling wet and dirty now! I come from NYC not worth the travel if your car is not cleaned correctly! I returned on the 16th same experience the new manager refused to detail some light scratches send me packing. I went to the car wash on 23 st 3 Ave they removed the scratch on the door. Now why couldn’t platinum do it the place was slow no reason! New manager is not cutting it bring back the other guy! Disappointed on the treatment I got! The other guy would of removed the scratch and treated me better. Instead the new guy refused my business. Owner take notice looks like half of the staff took off maybe due to the new inexperienced manager! On another note the young lady inside is absolutely professional and pleasant. This blows now I got to find a new spot and build up a new relationship.

As a person that washes his car in daily basis, I wish i could rate this business with 10 stars instead. Their professionalism its on point. I tried them for the first time couple of months ago & haven’t moved ever since. If they are closed some days, I refuse to go elsewhere and its worth the wait for another day. Not pricey at all for the service they perform. If you know about car washes, these guys are currently killing the game and they always make sure they look into every little detail. I highly recommend them if youre crazy about your car washes.

On 3/19/2021 I asked for Platinum but they said I must take the Passover option, which was more than twice as much as Platinum. I asked why? They said, "Because you're Jewish and you want your car cleaned for Passover". I stated again that I only want Platinum and do not want Passover, and had to insist upon seeing a manager who first argued but finally relented and allowed me to get Platinum. No one should be told which option they "must" take, just because they belong to a certain religion!

I paid for the vip service with wax and rainx. I realized the lights and sprays didn’t go on. When I asked they said they knew the car wash was broken. So why sell the service if I wasn’t going to get it?! I got a price adjustment but only after I asked for a refund. Today this car wash is lying and stealing peoples money. update 6/25/22: broken/delayed again. I bought the book - buy 3 get 1 free so I have to come here another couple of times. guys, fix the flippin machine!

I have been a huge fan of Platinum since they reopened under I'm assuming a new owner and some renovation a while back. Its been fantastic every time but today I decided to go all out and get my car detailed. It was so dirty inside and out from the winter with a big dog. Jose the manager couldn't have been nicer and the car looks better than when we got it at the dealership a year ago. I highly recommend Platinum for regular car washes and any detailing needs.

Car wash entrance on 19th, walk through washing bay and pay in Food Court on 20th. $12 for ride through, $20 for silver (includes vacuum, etc). Top tier is $45. Read poor reviews b4 I went but desperately needed a car wash and only one for miles. They did a decent job. Not immaculate, they missed the cup holder, and I'm sure they woulcome back to clean it of I asked. No biggie for me. The overall cleaning was very good considering how dirty my vehicle was.

I like this place in general. The staff is nice and warm and the food is really good. But for the top level, cleaning, platinum, the services is subpar. There is not enough attention to detail on the interior. So that’s a little disappointing, and I think they need to train their people to really take a close look and be Sure that they finish up thoroughly. So that’s a little customer feedback.

Finding the right car wash is like finding the right barber. First time here, purchased the “VIP” car wash package. And they did an excellent job. It was like one of those infomercials “BUT WAIT! THERES MORE!” sorta thing. Attention to detail all around the car, rims, & interior. Definitely will be coming back more often. Glad I found this spot!

I never leave reviews and have never reviewed a car wash, but holy **** this place is amazing. $35 bucks and they spent 30 minutes washing and detailing my BMW!!! Never ever had such an amazing car wash, didn’t think it was possible for the old 2016 BMW to look brand new again. It looks like the day I bought it from the dealer!!! Amazing.

Well... I'm very particular about my car. I love a fresh clean car. I have been to serval car washes in Brooklyn and even in NJ. I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the team here. They went to town on my Honda in under 30 mins. My car was sparkling, seats wear spotless. Im satisfied to say the least. I'll see you guys again soon!

Can't complain about price now with inflation going on. However, the service here is always on point for me every time I bring my car to this spot. While they are quick with their work, I have never had a situation where I discovered a spot missed or job not completely done afterwards. So I most definitely recommend.

Very expensive and they don't even clean the car as it is supposed to be done. Found dust in some place inside the car, exterior mirror they didn't even touch it, and they stole a brand new expensive face mask just bought for my wife that I left inside the car. Terrible experience. ONE STAR RATING IS TOO MUCH!

once this car wash got opened i would say it was best car wash in NYC but now they didnt even dry out car properly, used to blow with air untochable spots but not anymore, when i start drying the car on my own (which is i was doing their job) they asked me to leave because they are "BUSY"... soo disappointed!

I have had only great experiences and really love getting my car cleaned here. Yes it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I know my car is going to be cleaned to my satisfaction. Excellent service, excellent professionalism. They remember what I like and my car. That is great customer service.

This car wash service now very poor washing. You can see after wash shop still on your vehicle. Clean no good. This manager was rude, he don’t speak English very well. I go every week to clean my car because I am a taxi driver.after this car wash is good service but now no more. I don’t go anymore.

I only go to this car wash! They do an amazing job with making sure your vehicle is squeaky clean! They are extremely detailed and are sure to get every inch inside and out. With other car washes in Brooklyn I’ve noticed scratches on my vehicle, but not platinum ! 5/5 , HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fast but thorough service (multiple people work in and out for the VIP package). Nice shop to wait and grab an espresso (yes!) or bakery snack while you wait. Decent assortment of car accessories and cleaning supplies inside. The base level machine wash isn’t amazing (anywhere).

They don’t dry your car, windows and mirrors are left wet, didn’t vacuum my seats and my dash board is still dusty even though I paid for the gold, rubber mats were very wet and thrown into my car and seats were left with foot prints. Won’t be coming back after this first visit

This place is the best. Got the VIP wash today. They spent at least 20 minutes detailing the inside of car, all mats scrubbed, all seats wiped down, vacuumed everything. Worth every penny. Leave a generous tip. They work hard and care about every last detail.

I usually get the silver package which is the least expensive, exterior wash with windows, vacuuming, and dashboard wipedown. They always do a nice job and work really hard! I just have to remember to try to go on a Thursday when women get $3 off!

Fast, friendly service. They also have deals, buy 3 washes get 1 free. On Thursdays they have a discount for lady's. I also like that they have the car wash very bright and colorful with the lights inside, its cool watching the car get washed lol

Best spot in the area. They're quick, they're thorough, they're friendly. They're around the corner from 7th Ave. Sometimes there's a line, but it moves fast. Look out for the not double parked cars, or you have to go around a really big block.

Large sunroof water leak in car. Sprinkled baking powder on carpet. It caked up and hardened. OMG what to do now? Platinim came to my aid and shampooed my carpets to look brand new... in 90* heat! Will use Platinum for all my car washes.

Interior still dusty and debris left behind even though I paid to have the interior cleaned as well. Windows smeared and back windshield dripping and stained. And this being the most expensive car wash in the area adds insult to injury

ZERO STARTS!!! This car wash was never good before but now it’s gotten worse they don’t even clean the inside of the car. Few months ago damaged my wife’s car. Employees always extremely rude and aggressive. Never recommend!!

Well done. Very satisfied, the reason I'm giving three stars is because I kind of expected some marks to go away inside my car. Overall I'm very satisfied as I was there when they were wiping down and told them what to do.

Car Wash business is tough. Very hard to clean a car to an owners standards when there are 15 cars on line waiting and 6 cars being cleaned. This place in our experience does the best job no matter if its busy or empty.

It’s actually difficult finding a decent car wash in Brooklyn but I think I finally found one. I went with the Best Platinum which is an exterior and interior cleaning. Not cheap- about $50 with tax not including tip.

Great first time experience. Good service and attention to detail. My car was sparkling inside and out. Appreciate the time taken to clean and not rushing the jobs like some places. Will definitely be back.

I've been their fan for over a year now (since I discovered them). The manager, Jose, never stops moving himself. You can find doing everything, and he somehow manages to watch everyone else.

They did a good job on the car but certain items of value in my car went missing after I picked up my car back. I suspect stolen but maybe thrown out, even though they were not trash.

Great job. We didn't purchase the highest package and they did a thorough job inside and out. They even pulled out all our mats and scrubbed them. Everyone was very nice.
