Let me start by saying, I have not been serviced by this clinic. I called them to make an appointment. I have recently moved to the area and needed a new local dentist. I have a tooth that needs to be extracted, and as you can imagine, not looking forward to this. They were nice about making the appointment, but then it got to the point of confirming the appointment. The person I spoke explained that they needed a $50 deposit to confirm the appointment. I told him that I was uncomfortable about this. It would mean in this instance having to give them a credit card over the phone which I do not do, particularly in such an insecure way. He proceeded to ask if I was uncomfortable paying for flights upfront. I thought the comparison was a joke. Seriously, you are going to compare my pain to get a tooth extracted with booking a flight and having to pay upfront. I just said that I now felt that he was doing a selling job on me and that I could not believe that he compared my dentist appointment to pre-booking a flight. I understand they may have issues with people not turning up for appointments, but making people pay $50 upfront seems the wrong way to go about it. There are better ways to support your PATIENTS, (because that's what we are) to remind them of their appointments. Subsequently, have booked with another local clinic. I am not saying they are not good dentists, but they are not a place I want to deal with as long as they have this practise in place.

Terrible experience. Recently moved to the area looking for a new dentist, this place had great great reviews so booked in. I’m a shift worker so my sleep and hours are a bit all over. I had worked a night shift and tried to stay up for my appointment but fell asleep. Was a complete accident, I rang instantly and apologised profusely. The receptionist was not understanding, still wanted to charge me because her dental nurse and dentist had no work for an hour and said to rebook I had to pay another deposit! Like dentists are so poor that missing an hour broke the bank. I could understand if I was a repeat offender but it was my very first appointment and there was no give or compromise at all. The lady on the phone was short and rude. Horrible experience. As if it doesn’t cost enough to see a dentist. Was very disappointed and thought the customer service would be at a higher level. Cannot comment on the dentists as I did not even get to see one. Booked in with New Age Dental in Bundoora. Best dental clinic I have ever been to! The dentists are wonderful and caring and spend time with you explaining and ensuring you understand. They genuinely care and all the receptionists are lovely and make you feel so comfortable. Called the clinic in desperation during the Melbourne lockdown due to a broken tooth that my previous dentists didn't want to treat. Right from the start the team at Plenty Smiles have been a pleasure to deal with. Jess on reception took my initial call and got me booked in. She even took the time to go through the costs and what my options were if the tooth had to be removed to ensure no nasty surprises. The new patient onboarding I did with Jose was equally as seamless. Dr Simon and Dr Manuel (and their team) have both been fantastic at walking me through my treatment process and getting my teeth fixed and healthy again and Arianna has to be one of the gentlest hygienists I've ever met. I've gone from dreading a trip to the dentist knowing that it would be a painful and unpleasant experience, to now feeling very relaxed in the knowledge that the team will do their upmost to keep me pain free and in the loop during the entire treatment process. Very glad I took the chance to swap to their clinic.

From the first consultation with Dr Linda and Charlie, I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Both were friendly and showed that my best interests was priority. The reception/admin team were very efficient and made life very easy for me while setting up my payment plan and booking in my appointments. On the day of my implant procedure , again Dr Linda, and Ana did everything they could to re-assure me, and make me comfortable as I was very anxious, even going as far as providing me with a blanket. They were such a cohesive team, from a patients perspective the process seemed seamless, like a well oiled machine. The ladies were so nice and comforting we even had a few laughs here and there. As far as a dental experience goes, it was the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this clinic, for its professionalism and patient care.

There were some uncertain and scary times for me where one section of my bone was too soft to support one of the implants. As a person who had a fear of attending the dentist, I could not recommend anyone else better. The entire team has been absolutely fantastic from the moment I met them. I have felt so at ease from the moment I sat in the chair, through the cleaning sessions, the removal of amalgam to getting veneers and an implant completed. The dentist team was very supportive walking me through every step and ensuring I was OK along the way and even contacted me the next day as a follow-up to ensure I was OK post procedures. I could not ask for a better team of people to look after my teeth. I recommend them to anyone who has a fear of dental work or has had bad experiences in the past. Of all the places I researched to have my dental procedure done, this was the one that made me feel the most comfortable and at home. To say that I was fearful of being in that chair is an understatement. Fear is a construct of the mind and Dr Manuel Bautista and his amazing assistants comforted me the whole step of the way. From providing me with the truth of my situation and comforting me during the surgery, I can say that am pleased with the outcome. Still more to go over the next few months to complete the healing of the bone graft before the implant is inserted. Highly recommend this clinic! Dr Linda, Adriana and their assistants were absolutely wonderful! Dr Linda did my check up and assessed my teeth and was very professional and extremely thorough as well as took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail so I was educated on the state of my teeth and how they can be improved. Adriana did my clean and she too was also very thorough and patient with me and helped me understand how to better take care of my teeth. As someone who is rather anxious to go to the dentist, I felt super comfortable and listened to throughout both my visits. I had a really nice experience today; I made an emergency appointment for my tooth which I broke by accident and they were able to accommodate me for an early visit. The service was great from the front desk and all the way to the procedure with the Doctors who were very friendly, felt no pain whatsoever and at the end the reconstructed my tooth back to the way it was like if nothing actually happened. If your child have dental phobia, I highly recommend Jack Wang. My 8-years-old daughter has been very anxious, even doesn't want to come into the room. Jack understood her fear amazingly well and talked to her very gently and made her very comfortable before doing anything. He was very flexible and made quick and wise decision to treat my daughter without making her anxious. I just couldn't believe how comfortable my daughter was and get the treatment done! I will definitely come back to Jack from now on.

The team at Plenty Smiles are by far the most genuine and efficient dentists I have ever come across. They were able to effectively create a plan for me and get started as soon as possible. I asked for a quote for Invisalign to fix a minor issue, however, Dr Manuel suggested another procedure which helped me save over $5k!! I wanted to see a hygienist as my usual dental practice doesn’t offer that service.. and my god! Morgan and Charlie were so great, comforting and knowledgeable. I have been coming to Plenty Smiles since soon after they started over ten years ago. My teeth were in terrible condition after years of neglect. Unfortunately I needed dental treatment to remove a tooth and the team at Plenty Smiles performed an excellent removal using sleep dentistry. I am still a little sore 3 days later but healing well.
