Pool lounge parklands use to be very great place to relax until they started employing Zimbabweans sorry to generalise it. I was humiliated by a Zimbabwean dark coloured lady with a low cult hair on Tuesday 10th May around about 10pm 2022 Tequilas Night for no reasons.. I was shock! Just after 1hour of that incidents, she assaulted another customer lady right in front of my eyes that makes the customer throw her glass of drinks on her face and to my greatest surprises, the nonsense Manager who is said to be manager black Zimbabwean guy, ordered the security guards to take out the customer without asking what happened… like really? Just be careful guys when u go there. Lack of proper managements. If the management insist to authenticate my complains, request for contact detail and I will gladly provide them thanks.. Andre

I phoned this afternoon to find out if there were any specials today and was told 'there are no in-house specials but there is a buy 1 get 1 free through the Mr Delivery app'. We placed an order for a buy 1 get 1 free through the app, our oder was placed at 17:18pm and the estimated time of delivery was 18:18pm. An entire hour passed and still no delivery, so we enquired with Mr Delivery thinking it was a mistake on their side... BUT the driver was there on time and waited the allocated time a driver is supposed to, but because the RESTAURANT was NOT ready with our order, an entire hour later, Mr Delivery had to cancel our order and we are unable to receive our food! Very disappointed!

I was very dissapoint last night, i never visit a place and receive bad customer service like that. i wonder if the management doesnt see how that Fat Zimbabwean lady treat customers or they just dont care! She is very rude, she even dare to tell us that if we think we did not satisfied with her service we are free to go and never come back. If the management real care about making customers happy that woman must stop be near custormers

If you and your friends love playing pool we'll this is the chills pot for the whole crew or the whole bevy if you know what I mean. It's cosy nothing fancy and its so welcoming to everyone so you won't ever feel like you out of place. The service from the bar is wonderful and they also serve nibbles plus a delicious home made pizza Oh my its delicious.

Friendly atmosphere. Great music selection. Pool tables, dancing and Tequila Tuesday. Enjoy the lounge area where you can chill and watch sports

I paid Poole Lounge a visit after having left Cape Town for two years. I was a bit disappointed. Although there is more on offer in terms of menu such as coffee - it was too busy and not cosy like before. It's a perfect place for those who love playing pool or hanging out with a group.

I always enjoy spending my time there because of the treatment of their staff, especially this guy called Clever, i rate him as the best employee of the place, he is well mannered, very friendly, full of respect and knows how to talk to people.

Pool tables. R12 Tequila Tuesday. Lots of eye candy. DJ on set on peak evenings. Menu and hookah available at certain times. Open during load shedding. Closes late.

It's a good place to enjoy Pool, the chicken strip and chips, the best in town, affordable wine and the bar ladies are friendly, the girl call IT, she is the best, professional and fast, thanks to her I have great experience

Just to spend few hours sure but not to chill long hours but the customer they must be at least casual not come with flops and big sweater big plaza pants the Gents they putting the place so down

It was great. But you need to remove people who sit by the counter doing nothing but looking at ladies serving. I had to wait for about 5 mins for the lady to notice me waiting for beer.☹

It's a chilled vibe all around, the staff and the building is very nice, they have a pool table for pool players, they serve food and alcohol and the bathrooms are spacious and clean

This is really an awesome chilling with friends place. Best music. Nice pool tables. And everyone there gets along. My new favorite place.

Lots of pool tables to choose from. You can join a public table and place a bet if you are alone. They have dats and slot machines aswell. The food is alright.

Great hangout spot for Parklands residents. No cigarettes sold here though. Staff is friendly but service is slow. More suitable for pool players.
