Thank you to the helpful librarians at Port Melbourne Library with a shout out to Eric. I came into our local library on Monday to print some school forms for my son. I had just been unsuccessful at two other locations. At the time, even though the library's printing services were facing technical difficulties, Eric went out of his way to contact their tech support a number of times and found a solution to help me print. He could of easily sent me on my way referencing the technical issue but instead wanted to help and worked a solution. We are lucky to have this community library.

I did not use the library. I paid my Visitors Parking account at the Assist Counter. The two male staff members could not have been more helpful to me. It was nice to see two smiling faces. They were very efficient and nothing was a problem to them. As l am deaf, I was very impressed, a really positive experience. P.S. l will enjoy reading the two free books that were donated by the Rotary Club, which l will return in due course.

Great place to read - lots of natural light. It’s usually quiet and clean. The librarians are very nice/hospitable and very helpful.

Reserved a CD from St Kilda, and 30 minutes later it was waiting for me on the collections rack when I arrived. Thanks PPL.
