Last week i walked inside this store in search of a fridge. I had high expectations from this store especially with their high reviews and their sought after reputation, but the second i walked in, the smell of the bathroom that the employee just walked out of made me gag, The smell is one that i dont want to smell anymore and one that i cant forget. the employee could only speak yappinesse and didnt know anything about fridges. The fridges still had half eaten food inside it as if someone just transported it from a dodgy one star indian resturant with mouldy food straight to the store with no cleaning services done. i would not recommend buying fridges from this store. the photos below show my face after munching on the food i found inside the fridge (i was hungry). I hope my review was insightful.

Do yourself a favour. Don't shop here. Went to buy a fridge. Imagine a dozen dirty fridges wheeled from someone's kitchen to the showroom floor, most with food crime, and several with mould, some with shelves missing. Getting a sentence with more than three words, or more than half a second of eye contact from the salesman, was like pulling teeth. Still easier than getting any sort of deal for cash. Zero product knowledge and the ridiculously overpriced delivery fee, make this place one to avoid. This place just smells dodgy. Zero stars

Bought headphones from this shop that turned out to be faulty. I went back to shop to swap for working ones. The long beared man refused and tried to charge me twice as much for same headphones when I tried to buy working ones. Any way advice stay away.

Purchased a fridge, washing machine, dryer and freezer and the service was amazing! Fast delivery and install and owners knowledge was very helpful, thank you for taking time to explain everything to me nicely.

Do not buy here. They give a 3 month warranty on highly priced products that last 2 months. You will end up talking to ASIC and in court! Go elsewhere! Not recommended...at all.
