My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with the service we received from Premiere Van Lines on the day of our move. Everything went smoothly, and the movers were extremely professional. We knew during the move that they cared about our stuff, and having unpacked now and not found a single broken glass or dish we had that confirmed. Here is a breakdown of our experience: 1. Movers arrive exactly on time, cheerful and ready to go 2. Give instructions to movers on what goes and stays, these were followed perfectly 3. Absolutely floored at how hard all of the movers worked! They really brought their "A" game. 4. Old house extracted and packed by lunch time. Very impressed. 5. No damage to old house for stuff on the way out. Very impressed. 6. The movers were clearly happy to be working together. This positive energy was infectious - we were positive as well during what could have been a very stressful experience. 7. New house loaded in with our stuff exactly where we asked them to put things. Again amazed at how hard everyone worked. 8. Job done in roughly 8 hours, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Able to get dinner and relax at the new house, knowing that all of our stuff was safe and accounted for. 9. Overall extremely pleased with the service we received! What impressed us the most was the positive attitude of the moving team. What could have been very stressful for us was not at all. Thank you Rob, Randy, and Kevin!

I highly recommend Premiere Vans Lines for all your moving and storage needs. We have moved several times over the years and the entire team from scheduling to storing and moving “hands down” was the best experience we have ever had with a moving company. They were also the most competitive quote and the actual costs in the end were bang on. We ended up having to do 3 moves within 16 months and had to change the move date with short notice. They were able to accommodate us with no problem. The team of movers were on time, professional, efficient, conscientious and accommodating. As we had moved half of our belongings into a rental and the rest into storage many of the boxes had blue tape labeled storage. I had forgotten to remove the tape when we moved into our new house so they ended up in the basement storage area. Half way through the move I realized what had happened and they brought them all up to the correct room without question. They set up all the beds and took the time to ensure I was happy with the location of each bed in the room. Some furniture needed to be moved again to another room and their response was no problem. None of our furniture was damaged and they were very careful not to mark the walls or floors. A truly incredible moving crew!!

Had used Premiere commercially and privately for many years, and was shocked at how much damage was done on a short move from Mahogany to Legacy. Heritage quality furniture was damaged and bedroom lamps I've owned since the 70's were smashed. Discussions with the management led nowhere, they would only do the bare minimum to address my concerns, despite having utilized the company over many years. If you value your belongings, look elsewhere. Most definitely NOT recommended. They offered some pablum excuses about not taking the damage insurance and that we had packed ourselves. Guess what Premiere- I have moved 12-15 times in my life and ALWAYS packed myself, with NO damage EVER. Premiere should have stepped up as I have been an EXCELLENT client, but instead they use the tepid "no insurance" excuse. If I had known the damage that occurred, I would have asked for the full insurance, I just never thought they would damage my furniture so thoroughly. It's the one job they excelled at.

I chose Premiere Van Lines on relatively short notice after comparing their pricing with other competitors in town. Diane in their sales department went above and beyond in her efforts to ensure my needs were met in every aspect. On moving day, Brendan, Mike, and Ron showed up on schedule and with a great attitude. Not only that, they were really energetic and had everything moved safely and quickly, which resulted in our move coming in significantly under the quoted price. Would recommend to family and friends. Plan to be a repeat customer should the need ever arise again. Update - We used Premiere again to move my parents. Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. Very happy with staff and service. 2nd update - We used Premiere again and are happy to give them repeat business. Move went off without a hitch in an expedient manner. Office staff and movers are really friendly. It was also nice to see that we had the same crew as our previous move!

Premiere Van Lines assisted us with moving and getting setup in our new office space. To begin with, I appreciated Kevin taking the time to speak with me to put together a solution that best fit our needs, unlike the other movers I reached out to who just fired quotes back at me (which were in many cases wildly off target). It was also very helpful to have a location for us to ship items to for freight consolidation prior to possession of our new space, and Ralph in the warehouse seemed to keep everything organized in spite of the lack of information sometimes on what was coming and when. Their setup crew was helpful, friendly, and did a great job putting all our new furniture together which saved us a lot of time and energy. The crew for the final move was also very professional and did a great job. Can highly recommend for business or personal moving needs!

Our last move from Ontario to Alberta was so horrible, I was dreading a move across town. My boss recommended Premiere, as did someone else in our office. After some debate, we paid for the full pack up and move since my husband and I just weren't able to pack everything ourselves. The experience could not have more different!! Everyone was professional, packed everything perfectly and at a dizzying speed and then put everything where I wanted it when unloading. Everyone was really kind and super friendly as well! I will recommend and praise Premiere to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for making this a far more pleasant experience and for making it easier on two semi-disabled people.

The worst company ever, they will waste your time and give you a fake quote which they will cancel in the last minute claiming it was based on wrong estimates that were made by mistake (even home survey was performed). They will never admit their mistakes and fix them. Further, they promise to provide certain services, then they will deny that. They were supposed to ship my vehicle and household goods and claimed they have provided the same service several times before. Then in the last minute, they said they can not provide such services and did not try to provide any solution. Overall, don’t trust this company. I don’t know how they have received such a rating, I would not even give them 1 out of 5.

Nothing makes me happier, than a company that is more on top of things than I am. From getting the quote from John, to scheduling - everything was efficient, on time and well thought out. When it came to moving day, they arrived at the time they said, the crew was friendly (past companies we have used, the movers made it awkward as they were cranky and didn't want to be there) - Premier team were calm, quick and efficient. The response time via email was super quick. They made the dreadful move so easy. Big or small, they would be the team I go to again. You might save a few hundred going with another company, but is the few hundred dollars worth all the stress?? Definitely pay for what you get.

Called up Premiere Van Lines for a residential move recently and was I impressed! Diane was extremely helpful in setting everything up and going through all the costs with me, and so was the guy who came over to check out the place and make an estimate on the moving cost. Although yes, it does cost a bit more, Premiere has been in the business for a long time and they are known for the quality, I would rather pay a little more for that quality rather than have something go wrong with the move. Roy (one of the movers) was excellent and was literally running from the truck to the house to move stuff. A great experience overall and have already recommended to other friends

This is the second time I've used Premiere because they did such a great job the first time. The move went well, Roy and his crew called me in the morning to let me know when they would arrive, they were quick to move everything, they took apart my bed frame and set it back up at the new place which saves so much time for me. It was a very hot summer day and luckily I had a few bottles of water to offer. My move took a bit longer than expected and I felt bad they didn't take much breaks nor did they break for lunch, and in hindsight maybe I should have ordered some food. Overall very professional and friendly. I would use Premiere again.

I have to share this review about my experience with this amazing company. They were tasked with bringing us a replacement Sony TV under warranty from the Brick ... and they are the most Courteous, Prompt, Polite, Articulate team of guys that I personally have ever dealt with in a moving company! I had the pleasure of speaking with a couple of different guys from there and both were incredible. What a team! If I ever move again I will definitely be calling this team FIRST! Premiere helped me with 2 moves both in winter months with snow on the grounds. The teams were careful, quick and courteous. Before they finished, they asked me if there was anything else they could help with. They put some boxes onto the storage shelves for me. That was a huge favor. It'd take me a while to get those boxes put away without their help. They left no footprints, no damages. They are the best movers I've ever had. Thank you guys.

We needed to move our 4,000 ft² office to a new location. Premiere was very responsive and gave me a quote within a few days. Price was very reasonable considering the amount of material to be moved. Once we booked our time, they gave us all the bins, bags and labels to categorize and organize our move. The team of movers (3 trucks, 6 personnel) were very friendly and provided a great experience. High recommended.
