Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody I know and trust. Been waiting to get my issues resolved for the past while here, which feels like years have gone by. Can't wait to get rid of my PC MasterCard here because it's costing me way more than it should and I can't get a Resolution here because nobody is picking up the phone and answering my emails/inquires right and honestly. Don't go for this company, your money will be well earned and used elsewhere. Stay safe everybody and be smart. Update: I spoke to the company here and they refused again to help me. I'm going to have to escalate my claim here at this time. Thanks anyway PC Financial.
