None of them responded until Nick Cercea of Prestige Motors. He accommodated my schedule with friendliness and appreciation. I agreed to meet with him and test drive the car. I loved the Subaru Forester and we began the paperwork. He even texted pictures of my new dream car to me to show my family. He assisted me every step of the way and even picked me up from my daughter’s house where I left the interim car I had borrowed. From there he guided me through the paperwork to purchase the car answering all my questions. I had sent in an inquiry for 2013 Subaru outback limited at about 8 o’clock on a Sunday night and I received a response, first thing, the very next morning from Nick. He was very kind, patient, and understanding of my situation and worked really hard to get me a great deal. He was very Gracious to allow me to take the car to be pre-inspected by another mechanic of my choosing before I purchased it. Nick let me think about it for a week before I made my final decision (with a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle). I am now the proud owner of the Subaru outback and I couldn’t be happier.
