They had the pack the curling iron I wanted a specific one I seen the same GHD at another price attack that said if I dont want to wait go into town, I had $600 I really did.t want to spend but by the time I'd filled my cart it was the total with curl care but I couldn't get served so had everything except staff so back to salisbury and I wait I guess grrrr plus needed to take lolita there to get stuff for her hair and her streaks but don't even know didn't get to ask - I wasn't dressed in town attire I was in 'MY DAY OFF ATTIRE' but other woman that want to talk about their weekend their morning routine, be fair I try an support my local.aan bamboo that's the customer service, well my position is customer service/hospitality/an taking.g care of people and I'll now pay under half the price ordering online - didn't want to but u didn't want to serve me either so what can I do, if u can't do ur hob me as a consumer cannot do mine.

I’ve come here twice and both times the blonde lady (should’ve gotten her name!) has been hands down the most helpful hair dresser ever! Came to purchase a toner and a few products after my hair was patchy and orange from a previous experience (I did not want to go to a salon again and wanted to just do it myself after the bad experience I had elsewhere) She actually was honest and even wrote down toner and developer ratios for me! Suggested the colour I actually wanted and recommended the best heat protection and shine spray I have ever used called ‘firewall’ (highly recommend). Hair turned out better than any salon I have ever been to, will attach a photo. But cannot thank her enough for caring and her amazing service. Really hard to come by honest and good service these days so I will definitely be coming here and recommending this place to anyone who needs hair products. Thank you!!!!

I've always gone to hair salons and would never have expected such great hair dressers in a franchise retail store, but Pip and Sarah at Price Attack Cross are fantastic. The first hint of something different was when Pip and Sarah went out of their way to scour the store for a moisturising shampoo that I wouldn't be allergic to. After getting such great service at the store, I decided to give the salon a try, and Sarah has now been doing my cut and colours for the last 2 years. She did s fantastic job of fixing a botched colour job from my previous hair dresser, and the cuts have always been great. I have thick, curly hair and it's always been tough to find a hair dresser who can work with curly hair. Highly recommended. Great service every time - the girls really look after you.

I've never feel welcome in this place, there 's a tall fat, blondy lady who seems like she doesn't want to sell, or offering always a cheap and the worst products ever, like if she were thinking that I can't afford another level of stuffs, I stopped buying products on that store. last time I was trying to talk about a hair cut and colouring my hair with the hairdresser and she stood near doing some signs to the hairdresser saying "no" to everything, like denying the service, not even letting me explain properly because her presence on my back was awkward... rather than offering options, it says that are LGBT+friendly but if is someone from overseas she is not. ... there were another lovely ladies assisting who made me feel very welcome and offered me good stuffs back in the days .

What an incredible experience! Never have I received such amazing care and service from a salon. I walked in with ORANGE, ugly, poorly done balayage and walked out with beautiful, healthy hair that turned out better than I could have ever imagined! The attention to detail was very much appreciated and I cannot thank them enough! Happy with my hair which I presumed I booked prematurely for a trim. [I was told how good with layers the City X hair dressers are]. My hair was re-shaped, fixed up, cut according to pictures I provided and the way I described and wished for. It looked as if it was styled though the cut did the trick. The hairdresser listened and was willing to speak about ways of cutting my hair which results in me feeling keen and confidant to go back next time I feel like I need to visit the hairdresser.

I recently had what could've been a hair disaster when my hair reacted strangely to a new product and went coppery rather than beige- blonde. I wouldn't have felt comfortable even complaining in most salons, but Pippa, Alice, and Amber genuinely cared about the end result and persisted until I was happy with my hair. Thanks again, I reslly appeciaye it! Moreover, their combined hair knowledge is legendary, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I just want to say that I went to this store in city cross both yesterday and today. I think it was Pip who served me. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I bought some hair rollers and she explained the different sizes , how to use them and that I could exchange if they were not quite right. Thank you so very much. What an asset to your company.

As a bloke got my hair cut from Letticia (sp) back in November due for another and frankly willing to spend the $40 for a cut when it is that good. Blokes don;t like to part with too much but to be honest it's worth every penny. Professional styled cut, great service - very friendly, and terrific value as a bloke you cannot go wrong.

I came to this salon over a year ago after struggling to find a good hairdresser in Adelaide. I have had fantastic hair cuts here every time. The salon is friendly and professional in a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this place for anyone working or living in the city. Even if you aren't close by it's definitely worth a visit.

I had my hair cut on saturday morning and I'm really happy with it. I went in with my hair in less than average condition and Alice sorted it out. Instead of pushing products on me she gave me a sample to try. It worked really well and I ended up going back to get the product. Thank you Alice, I'll be seeing you again.

Terrible service. I was accosted by one of their staff with a thermometer just because i was asian. Staff member did not do that to anyone else in the store (they were white). Find better things to do instead of racially profiling individuals. To clarify: I have not even left the country in the last year or so.

Stopped on to get my hair extensions fixed just 4 hours before my wedding in a strws and a panic, they made me feel so comfortable and did everything possible to calm me down and di an amazing job. Best customer service EVER. They always greet you and then let you walk around and look at all the products. Unlike some stores that just wont leave you alone. The team are always so friendly and very helpful :) Another plus is all the travel size products which means I can try new items.

I love coming to this salon. The staff do a great job with my long hair with the colours, the foils, blow dries etc and they are always courteous, friendly and most of all interested in sending you away feeling like a million dollars. Works for me! And the price is very reasonable.

The staff at Price Attack City Cross have been my go-tos now for several months! They rescued my hair from having about 7 different colours in it with an amazing colour correction and have been maintaining my ombré ever since. I’d be lost without them, I’m so glad I found them!
