I would given a zero if an option. Refusing my 2 Yr old a haircut which upset myself and my child. I am concerned that the two hairdressers on duty cannot tell what a head lice egg looks like is troubling. I immediately when to another hairdresser to confirm my opinion that it wasn't head lice and was pleased they were confident to say it wasn't and they were happy to cut my beautiful little girls hair. Glad I hadn't booked the colour and cut I had planned and paid for it seeing they obviously are not very experienced in their job!

Went to Castle Plaza Price attack had hair done .. but got all info nec . for foils and I think they called it a solid colour for the back of my hair...ie got price and advice as to what was the best result for me..paid $250 for hairdo .....that was absolute amateur at best...i went back 2 wks later to complain about the brassy look at the back which was disgusting......and got another colour toner ...which I did not pay for.....which after one wash turned back to brassy look AGAIN....would never EVER recommend them to ANYONE...

I LOVE how confident and professional they are in their products, i asked for a good treatment for my dry hair and they picked one out straight away and i can say hands down it worked and i loved it They also give out great advice and helpful tips. Update** Got my hair done here by meagan and im INLOVE! walked away with beautiful blonde hair and a shadow root that works perfectly with my natural roots!!

My daughter and I went in there to purchase shampoo and conditioner - great value and great rangeI think it was Polly who served us and she provided us with lots of information and the best deals on the products. We also enquired about hair straighteners and were treated to a hands on experience where we test drove 3 different brands and subsequently walked out with one - very happy customers

Good for products and quick basic hair cuts. Avoid at all costs if you want a style cut. I was handled roughly, in that my head and hair has never been so yanked around in my life. Seriously my style cut was done in 20 minutes! No attention to detail, long strands of my original length hair were left uncut, I had to cut them at home! Rubbish and disappointing hair cut. NEVER AGAIN!

Came in to get my haircut today, fit me in super last minute and did an amazing job. I believe the lady that cut my hair was Lorraine, I loved her. She did a beyond incredible job. I have walked around the rest of the day with a grin on my face because I’m that happy with my hair! Also gave me some great product advice! I’ve been in before and I’ve always loved the service :))

I live in Myrtle Bank SA and do have a Price Attack close by at Burnside Shopping Centre but because I had a very bad experience there with someone that said they were the manager I travelled to Castle Plaza to shop there. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was worth the time spent driving there. I will shop at that store in future.

My partner had a regular hair cut from here about 3 weeks ago, there was 1cm difference in length of his sideburns and random long bits throughout the back. Unbelievable. Price Attack charged him $35 for this atrocity. He had to pay another hairdresser to fix it! If comedy value is what you are looking for, go to Price Attack Castle Plaza.

Extremely rude. I went in to purchase products and was treated like an idiot. I was not helped at all, I was told that if a hair product was not sold by them then it was not a professional product. The woman herself had horrible straw like hair so that immediately told me she had no idea what she was talking about.

I called up to make an appointment and was given the upmost care by the team at Castle Plaza today. The team was welcoming and professional and very knowledgable. My stylist talked through all my options with me and made sure I left the store looking my best. I'd highly recommend this salon ★★★★★

Excellent! Every one of the hairdressers there 'gets' my curly hair. They also accept that I don't particularly consider the experience as 'pampering', & are great at giving me a great haircut in minimal time.

Went in to buy a styling crème. Waiting 10 minutes to even be served as the workers were having a gossip at the cashier. Very rude approach… never felt so judged when buying a styling crème.

The staff were always friendly but sadly as we still haven't changed prices to equal Mens Hairdressers?...find on a Pension unable to afford that luxury, so do my own now!

Went to get a hair cut a few months ago. Won’t be going there again. The lady who did my hair made offensive comments and the quality of her hair cut wasn’t good.

I just paid over double what i normally would for my 3yr old sons hair cut, only to come home to have to fix it myself. A rushed uninterested job.

Had a very rude lady working there tell us we shouldnt dye our hair at home cuz we would need it as up. as well as misgendering my boyfriend!
