The entire team provides excellent service, right from Natalie at reception to dentist, Dr Sheenam Ahuja and Dental Assistant, Zara. Great service, friendly team and they are always very accommodating. They work very well together, very organised and I literally have nothing to critic. Initially, I took my six-year-old son to Dr Ahuja two years ago and I cannot thank her enough for making his first experience with a dentist so comfortable and painless that he is happy to go for his regular appointments. Dr Ahuja is amazing and when she is doing procedures, she explains what is doing …even to kids. She explains each process thoroughly giving me plenty of opportunity to raise any queries or concerns. I think her calming demeanour and amazing ability to do detailed work patiently makes the experience painless and comfortable. Kudos Dr Ahuja and her wonderful assistant Zara.

I am 51 yearsold and can honestly say Dr Chamma is the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Chamma talks you through exactly what needs to be done in a non judgemental way and keeps you informed of what she is doing throughout the procedure in a very friendly manner. I have to say from when you arrive and check in with reception to when you leave all the staff are very nice and the general atmosphere is that of a relaxed and professional workplace.

I made an appointment for the AstraZeneca vaccination today. I had already filled out the internet before I came in saying I don't have a Medicare card. When I arrived, the staff inquired about the Medicare Card, I was told that there was no staff telling me they couldn't give injections because there was no Medicare Card causing me to waste a lot of time. I've been traveling for vaccinations for over an hour.

My kids and us had a great experience, the place is very well located, good parking area, easy to access and do the bookings as well. The team and doctors are very friendly, great professionals! They are very patient with kids, they made my kids very confortable and they were not scared. We highly recommend Primary Dental Forest Hill.

Dr Naidoo is the best dentist I have been to for many years. He is very kind, gentle, does excellent dentistry and explains everything thoroughly. Lovely man who does not charge exhorbitant fees but still does an awesome job. Definitely 5 stars - 10 stars if I could. All this from an older lady with a dental phobia for 40 odd years.

Dr Sheenam is always so friendly, caring and kind with kids and ofcourse grownups too. She explains what she is doing hence both my kids and I feel so comfortable getting our dentist work done with her. My kids usually look forward to their appointment with her. Can’t have better dentist than her for us for sure!

I have been to several dental clinics, but after coming to Dr Dana, I was amazed by her gentleness and caring nature. I am not a big fan of the dentist, but to be treated with optimal care and honesty each time I visited has made me more relaxed for my dental appointments. I highly recommend Doctor Dana!
