Having read Stuart's review below I felt I had to reply to it. I have been a patient of Flora's for over a year I have found her and her team to be nothing but professional, caring and gentle. AND Flora and her team follow all hygiene protocol for her patients safety as well as their own. As a patient and never having any issues I find his AGRESSIVE accusations extremely offensive and maybe coming from a misogynist who cannot handle females. . I can guarantee that his AGRESSIVE accusations in his review below never happened NOR did he witness a bib being re-used, bloodied or not. It is obvious to a patient if the bib has been used, especially one used with all that blood flowing out of his mouth. If there was so much blood coming out of his mouth I would say that's an issue, maybe he should see a medical doctor

WORST DENTAL EXPIRIENCE i've had in my 33 years! I went in for a tooth extraction . The so called dentist butchered my mouth in a clumsy 2 hour sitting. She insisted we stop half way so she could see a regular patient of hers and continue once she was finished with him. Im pretty sure I saw the assistant put the same bib I had on on the other client. I've never seen so much blood come out of my mouth. its day 3 and I'm still in pain and bleeding has not stopped. My procedure cost me a whopping $480 when I usually pay $200. Do yourself a favor and trust my review. It's the only genuine review about the place. All the rest are suspiciously similar..

This is the best dental surgery I have ever visited. From the moment I booked, Suzanna’s communication was prompt and informative. I spoke to Flora prior to getting all four wisdom teeth removed and she put my mind at ease, even assuring me that I could call to chat again before the procedure if I had any questions. Claudia did such a good job that the extraction was virtually painless! I followed the aftercare instructions and experienced barely any discomfort at all and no swelling. Next, I am undertaking Invisalign with them and look forward to the results. I can’t recommended Prime Dental highly enough.

Exceptional service from Dr Flora and team. She is professional, skilled and always ensures the wellbeing of her patients is the priority in all treatments. I had to see her for an emergency extraction followed by a dental implant and every procedure completed by Flora is completed with care. Flora is always up front about costs prior to undertaking treatments and acts with integrity. She gives her patients the time and care they deserved as she does not rush procedures. My mum went to this clinic during her visit in Melbourne. She had to have a tricky root canal treatment. She always feared from root canal treatment but she felt very comfortable and experienced no complication during and after the treatment. They also put a crown on that tooth which she is very happy with. She is very grateful of what Dr Flora and her team did helping her get through all her treatments. They also gave her a treatment plan and treatment report for her regular dentist. Thank you for all you did for her as we were very worried about her once she was in tooth trouble.

I summarize my experience in four points: First, since I needed an urgent appointment to fix my broken tooth, I could get one as soon as possible, though it was weekend. Second, once I got there, I was on the dental unit: No waiting, no hesitatation, no delay. Third, the quality of job was awsome. Flora is a pro in her work. Also, the office was modern, and devices were clean and new. Fourth (and probably more importantly), the price was really reasonable compared to other dentists. I’ve recommend this friendly dental group to all my friends and family.

Recently I’ve had an accident leaving me wearing a mask around the house as I was embarrassed with a damage that I’ve sustained to my teeth. I will never forget how Dr Flora approached me when I came to the practice. She was very professional at the same time empathetic and could see that I had no confidence at all. Dr Flora fixed the damage. I was so happy that in the end, seeing the results in the mirror, I had burst in to tears of joy. Prime dental group Thornbury is one of the best dental clinics in Thornbury. I've done dental crowns here. My crown experience was exceptional at Prime dental. I had to have one extraction prior to my crown and bridge. Both procedures were comfortable & painless. They also offered payment plan with very affordable price. They are very kind and informative. I visited Dr Flora at Prime Dental Group Thornbury recommended by my sister. I went there last minute on a Friday afternoon as I broke my tooth just before my grandson's birthday. Each time I come back to Prime Dental, it's an excellent experience. I've had a lot of extensive work that's needed to be done: Flora and her team have walked me through it, working together with other specialists. Most recently, had a tooth extraction; I was very apprehensive about the pain and it went much smoother and painlessly than I thought. I look forward to each time I come back.

I highly recommend prime dental- Flora is lovely and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. I had some worries about gum recession and she gave me several receommendations for home treatment, she even offered to order me something from the chemist if I had difficulty finding it and showed me a new method to brush my teeth around the delicate gum spots. definitely can say that the service here is up to a high standard.
