We used this location for 9 years and really loved the facility. It is clean and very secure. We knew of one tenant evicted for making meth in their garage several years ago. We felt forced to leave when the company raised our rent by 20% effective May 1st. We realize that the market has changed but $80 increase is just greedy. We’ve learned that new tenants will Pay $655 for our space. We should have felt lucky to have it at $485. Seriously what business expenses went up by that much in the last 6 months? None. It’s just a waiting list with lots of out of state people willing to pay so much more. Sad to have had to move but we did. Lots of good memories with great neighbors.

Everything was streamlined from presenting the amenities of the facility to the signing of the lease agreement. The facility is fantastic and fits the needs of anyone wanting 24-7, 365 access to their unit! It’s secure and in a central location to top it all off. 10/10 would recommend. Update: just had to renew and rent a larger unit. Jason Koetting was super helpful and got me into a recently available unit. It was seamless and I appreciate his efficiency. I can't say enough about how great this place is to work with!

Online sold me a unit that wasn't available, called to arrange move in and they said no, offered me the choice between a 300$ unit (holy cow?!) Or to go to a different location. On the bright side they did refund me the next day but it's kind of ridiculous that their solution was "go find something cheaper" after already signing a lease with me. Would recommend somewhere else..

Prime storage is unique in that they have some of the only large units in the valley . We have a 10x40 I think. Jason has been awesome to work with since Prime took over and a couple things that have come up Jason has been on right away. The units aren’t cheap but they are clean , the location is awesome and we have a heater on ours.like anything else you get what you pay for.

Jason was very helpful in getting me situated. Helped me pick out a unit that was perfect for my needs, was there with me every step of the way. This place went way above and beyond my expectations and is the cleanest and most professional storage unit I've ever rented. I will definately be referring people. A+++

Needed a larger sized unit for my detailing business. I reached out to Prime and spoke with Keith. He arranged to have me come down and check out an available unit within an hour. Renting process was quick and easy. Facility is incredibly clean, spacious and safe.

Bridgett, the Manager, called me promptly once a unit opened up, which I was overjoyed about as this was the location I had been looking to use for a few weeks. The process to sign up was easy and streamline. I would highly recommend using Storem!

Bridget was so helpful by staying on top of my request. I was on a waiting list and as soon as my unit was available she called and we signed up. I then visited the facility and it was so super clean. I look forward to a long stay for my stuff.
