During the quoting process Keiko was able to provide helpful insight into choosing a paint product and also provided a detailed contract that clearly outlined the work they would perform, warranty offered, and the guaranteed final cost of painting the deck and fence at my home. Prior to the work commencing she came by to stain a section of the deck and fence so that I could be 100% confident of the color selection. Once work had commenced Keiko sent me a daily message to inform of what work would be completed as well as when the paint crew would be arriving and leaving the property. After the painting was completed they took the time to thoroughly clean the area even returned a couple days later to move the deck furniture and BBQ back into place once the paint had dried! We had hired Pro Works to do our fence painting from the recommendation of our fence builder when we were getting landscaping done. We were very happy with the crew's professionalism and punctuality but more than anything, we were thrilled at how accountable they were. Specifically, once our fence's first coat was completed, Keiko mentioned how unsatisfied she was with the look without being prompted/asked and rectified it by completely stripping and then, repainting the entire side. I would give Pro Co Painting 6 stars if I could, they bailed us out of a big jam. We hired some 'painters' off of Facebook that did an absolutely terrible job painting a rental house of ours. We were under a tight timeline to get the vacant property listed and we needed help. We reached out to Keiko based on the recommendation of a friend. I just had them paint a suite in a condo into which I had recently moved. Keiko was here to give me an estimate when she said she would and her crew was here when she said they would be. I dealt mostly with Keiko for our recent deck staining and exterior paint work. She was punctual and organized, and the crew of painters she sent out were both clean, friendly, professional. I had ProWorks Painting work on the cedar siding of my house beginning of September and I've got to say I was very pleased I chose them. ProCo did a fantastic job transforming the exterior of our house with several badly needed coats of paint. We purchased the house recently and it hadn't been painted in decades. The wood siding and trim were also damaged. They filled all the major blemishes and spent a good deal of time on other prep (pressure washing, scraping, sanding...).
