Armando did some work in my house about one year ago paid him to paint my wall plus my kitchen cabinets the walls are perfect they did a great job but the kitchen was very poor I paid to spray my cabinets and they painted with rollers Elias very poor finish I try to contact him after 11 months because the paint started to peel I tried to contact he didn’t answer for over a month I decide call some one to do the job I have different company who did the job but in very poor condition as well shorty after that Armando contact me and ask to come and fix he’s job I said someone already did and the job is bad as well he’s asked me to fix this other people work and repair he’s job I agreed to pay him again extra 500 jobs he send he’s workers there to do the job one more time he doesn’t sprayed used he’s rollers jobs wasn’t good again the guys left me house messy Armando never contact me In Two weeks I finally decided text him and send pics of the job he started argument with me and ask where he’s guys was supposed spray my doors how they will spray the cabinets first he charged me to spray and never asked any question how they could to the job they charged me extra 2000 at the first time to do the kitchen at the end he called me names and I was crazy to complain about The poor job they did do not contract his company for paint kitchen cabinets and after the conversation we had u don’t feel sorry

As we were looking to re-stain our 250 feet of fence, Armando came to assess the job. He was thorough with his assessment of the prep needed (ie. clean/sand/etc) along with his recommendation to add a hint of color to help protect the wood. His crew showed up to do the work on time and was not only courteous and a pleasure to have doing the work, they protected any areas they would be staining around (ie. sidewalk/shed). Our fence involved a lot of prep work and trying to move and work behind a mature flower bed filled with shrubs and raspberry bushes. Before starting work, they asked if there were any areas they needed to pay extra attention to not stepping on. After they prepped the fence and applied 2 coats of stain by paintbrush and roller, they were meticulous with their clean up. They did not leave any garbage on site in my yard which was very appreciated in itself. I would not hesitate to hire Armando and his team again, or to refer them to my friends and family. We contracted Royal Painting to remove the old popcorn ceiling and repaint the whole main floor of our new (to us) house. It was a tricky job, as all the walls are textured, there was latex layered over oil-based paint on the ceiling, and the previous owners were smokers so all the walls were stained. Fortunately, Armando agreed to take on the job, and WOW, the results are beautiful! Armando and team were very thorough in protecting non-painted surfaces, and paid meticulous attention to levelling the ceiling and fixing any damaged surfaces they found (see photos). I couldn't believe the quality of the finish they achieved. They sure know their craft inside and out! It was a real pleasure working with Armando. The team was skilled, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and so easy to work with. Royal Painting are now my go-to painters, and I highly recommend them for any of your painting needs.

I had a crew come and paint the exterior of my home summer 2022. Everything seemed great until I had a good look and noticed that somethings were missing and or damaged. Almost all the clips/hangers for my down spout’s were damaged or missing which was very upsetting considering they had all been fixed prior to the painting. Some siding was also damaged. When I contacted Armando he was upset that I didn’t contact him sooner regarding the situation, it had only been 3-4 weeks. I should have looked/inspected a lot harder at the work they did but I had a crew here doing landscaping right after. Armando did end up asking me for my email so that he could e-transfer me some money to remedy the problem but I never did receive a dime, very disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I rarely write reviews but was compelled to write a review based on the amazing experience I had. I had removed all the popcorn from my ceiling on my main floor. Despite my best efforts I couldn't get the ceiling skim coated properly. After many attempts I gave up and I found Royal Painting from a google search online. They did a great job and got my ceiling skim coated and painted perfectly. More importantly they listened to any concerns I brought up and actioned them. Also Armando was willing to come back after his final inspection to touch up additional items. These guys truly care for their customers and take pride in their work. If I need help in the future I wouldn't hesitate to work with Armando again. Great experience.

We originally called Royal painting to give us a quote on painting our kitchen cabinets. After talking with Armando we had him and his team not only do our kitchen cabinets but remove our textured ceiling and do some drywall repairs in our basement. The Royal painting team was professional, hard working and friendly. They always responded to us right away whenever we had questions or concerns. They even went out of their way and painted 3 of our paint samples on cabinet panels to help us decide which colour we wanted to go with. Armando and his team were great! I wanted my popcorn ceiling scraped and made flat, and it's so well done you would have never known how much of a mess it was before. They were even able to clean up the edges of the bulkhead so it looked brand new. They were on time and very diligent in wrapping up my floors, windows, and the whole area of work because it was a VERY messy job - but they kept it contained and did a great cleaning job once it was all done. Very professional workmanship, was able to stick to thier quote and thier scheduling promises. Thier pricing was good for the amount of work that needed and it was worth it for the great job they did. I would definately reccomend them again! Great job to your team!

Despite positive reviews and a good experience getting our quote we are left a little underwhelmed and disappointed with the work Armando and his team did. I wouldn’t recommend them for the following reasons: 1. painter showed up the morning of the job not familiar with what he was supposed to do. 2. Although they did sand the porch as quoted, it wasn’t done very thoroughly as you can easily see the old paint that was missed through the new stain job over almost the entire porch. 3. Despite showing they take credit card on the quote, the painter didn’t have a machine for that option and instead asked for cash. When I followed up with Armondo he said that it was fine trade off because he didn’t charge us GST

Ive used this company for exterior and interior painting. I would highly recommend. The crew is punctual, meticulous, organized, professional and have done a superb painting job inside and out. When i wasnt sure what shade of grey to paint my exterior, Armando, (the owner of the company), would give me addresses of some houses that he saw while driving, that had the shade of grey i was looking for and would ask me to go check them out, and if i liked a particular house he was willing to ring their bell and get the paint color from them. Such is the level of customer service he provides. Ive tried lots of paint companies over the yrs but theirs is truly the best in every way.

Armando (of Royal Painting) was personable, professional and exceptionally skilled as a painter. He corrected a DIY disaster that resulted when I attempted to paint (which ended up cracking) and then re-texture (a portion of) my master bathroom ceiling. Armando stripped the existing popcorn ceiling, primed it, re-textured it and then spray painted it. His work effectively erased my amateurish efforts and restored my master bathroom ceiling to its previous state. I was very happy with the results. Lastly, Royal Painting provided a very competitive quote/price for this work. I would not hesitate to hire them again for larger painting projects both inside/outside of my house.

Armando and his guys transformed an older wood deck that we had tried to cover with many different products in the past but they never lasted. Armando provided good advice on the type of product to use for longest lasting wear, ease of reapplication and good looks.The crew meticulously sands off every inch of old product and applied 2 coats of new product. We have received many compliments on how good the deck looks and we believe we can get many more years out of it with easy and fairly low cost maintenance. Royal did a wonderful job and we believe their pricing was very fair

We are very happy with the service and quality of work from Royal Painting. From the estimate to the finished work, there were no surprises and excellent results. I had initially asked for a quote on the deck, but due to the professionalism and knowledge of Armando, I decided now was the time to paint the siding and the stucco as well. The estimate was extremely reasonable. The workers showed up on time, were very personable, worked hard and paid attention to detail. They prepped using hand held rotational sanders, and were very thorough. Armando recommended colours and they turned out amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any paint job. We had a newly built fence painted recently. Armando was quick to respond to our initial call, came and gave us a quote and work started promptly afterwards. The painter worked hard, completed the painting very well and in a timely manner. He was careful while painting, kept materials neatly stored on our property between shifts, and was always very respectful and polite. Both he and Armando were pleasant to work with. We would recommend Royal Painting without hesitation.

Armando was excellent to deal with. Their pricing was better than our other two quotes we had received and they were able to get to our job sooner which was a bonus! They gave me a time frame for completion - it had to be done by a certain date on my end and they went just one day over but it worked out fine. Their team of workers were polite and prompt. Royal Painting Edmonton painted my entire condo (walls, doors, ceiling, and window panes). From the moment Armando arrived to offer a quote, working with him, Alex, and the rest of the crew was absolutely wonderful! They are real professionals — kept everything tidy and clean, completed the work on time and did everything they promised with attention to the smallest details and great care. This company did not remove hardware, simply tried to mask things off and paint around. This resulted is poor quality painting and made the house look cheap. Spilled paint on our carpets. Painted around blinds, and appliances. No prep work, just sloppy painting. Seems they were in a hurry and the quality of the work shows it. They made our $650K house look like it was worth $525K. Took hours of work to fix their laziness. Avoid Armando and his amateur crew.

I called three painting companies that I had found online. Armando got back to me within a day, we set up a time for him to look at the work required. When he came to the house he-also gave me an estimate. We agreed to a start date and his team (a father and son from Colombia) came and painted at the time we agreed upon. They painted our vaulted ceiling and all walls on main level. Fantastic work! I would recommend Armando and his team to anyone.

Excellent job. Honestly not even completed project yet and already would confidently reccomend them. My house was an exceptionally difficult project given its size and details (columns and lots of extremely high curved portions) - the crew armando has here handled it with ease. Like the work they are doing so much that i've subsequently added to original project. Don't have to wait until it's finished it is and will all be top quality.

We hired Armando and his team to install and paint baseboards throughout the entire house. We had renovated most of our house and baseboards were the finishing touches, the team took their time to fill any holes, caulk the baseboard tops and we’re diligent with taping off everything that needed to be taped prior to painting. The end product was exactly what we were looking for and we are extremely pleased. 5 stars!!!

Had them repaint my patio last spring. Messy but ok work. They got some paint on the siding. They had to come back to fix bubbling on some parts of the deck. Late answer this year when letting them know that there are bubbles and areas that already need repainting less than one year later. Update May 2021: they returned (twice) to fix spots and peeling. Glad there is a warranty.

Great work from Armando and his Royal Painting team. Arrived as scheduled and got right to work. Our older wood siding was power sanded, then everything was masked off for the spraying.Stucco came second. Beautiful job all around. Decided to do the brick at the last minute and it turned out great. We'd highly recommend Royal. Crew was super-friendly and courteous.

This company parks on private property and also takes up 3 stalls parking parellel rather than vertical. When telling the driver never to park there again we are told to "shut the f&*( up". I'm so happy to see companies like this thinking they are so privileged to park whereever they feel and then speaking to people like they are the ones that are in the wrong.
