My experience was going well with Pronto Auto. Very easy process, no issues there. The last month has been very unsatisfactory! Not only do they try to stiff you on insurance, when you get full coverage they will not remove you from their program! I have been asked to pay a fee that I am not responsible for when I have done my part to update my insurance. When i say i called and sent multiple to tell them about my coverage! I got no response! They tell me I didn't notify them on time so I am still liable. Please be aware! Do not get their insurance! Make sure you get your own because they will try to get over! Do not get a car from here!

I know someone they accepted with fake stubs so how are my legit ones not registering?The lady gave me the runaround bc I'm a server and get paid tips so even with my pay stubs and bank statements they still said I didn't have proof of income and didn't even bother with my cosigner. She stretched this out a whole week just to send me a link saying to complete my income when she gave me their email to send her everything on day 1 which I did. Didn't hear back so I called for 2 days the 1st few times she said give her time an hr or so never called me back. Next Day still busy or in a meeting then just nothing until I got the link.

Then was fortunate enough to close the deal with Ilse, she was great and has the best reviews when visiting Chicago. Pronto Auto Sales, the best in the business.
