Mitchelle at this store has zero zero knowledge of their products . My sister asked for about 6 or 7 products to have a look and she got tired and told her off and said they cant keep showing . I think she is not made for this job at all. I am a saleperson and know exactly how to approach and deal with clients. She definetly a person who will not attract more clients for prouds. I think peole should try the stores next doors . Plenty of good stores with good client approach. I was going to buy a ring worth over 1500 but as soon as my sister was not helped properly i dicided to spend my money somewhere else

Mostly good service from time of lay-by to pickup date. Occasionally had to wait what seemed like forever just to make a payment - it would help if they had a second cash register as once they start serving a customer no-one else can be served until that customers sale has been finalised which can be frustrating at times.

Purchased a $400 guess watch, took it in to be resized, advised us needed the warranty or purchase, they day of purchase didnt inform you, you need to being these just to have it re sized, the attitude we received was not helpful, ended up speaking to Manager, bot impreased.

The customer service was exceptional. Susan was able to advise me and offer solutions I hadn't thought of that solved my jewellery dilemmas. She was helpful and informative. Between her and Donna I felt very welcomed. I will be back.

Bought stud earrings and the post and clip broke after wearing twice. Went in to Prouds Elizabeth store 3/01/23 at 10.48 the staff member that served us was very impolite with an attitude. Won’t shop there again.

Worst customer service and rude staff, not interested to show items and never ask you to try. They should understand if someone is buying a jewellery they need to try and compare unless it’s earrings.

Donna was absolutely amazing helping us find exactly what we needed! Costumer service was excellent, really easy to chat to and was happy to answer any questions that we had!

Staff was very unprofessional was mistreated when asked questions. I would never go in this store ever and won’t recommend to my family and friends.
