Lucy, the manager at this location, went above and beyond to make our experience at Public Storage most enjoyable. She is what customer service is all about, polite, kind, funny, helpful, knowledgeable and mostly to me, about getting us the best deal for our money. We have used other storage companies before and this was by far our best experience. The facility was very clean all the units still looked new and the security gates were all working as they should. So if you need a good safe clean and cheap place to store your stuff go see Lucy and she'll do you right!!!! If the property manager of this public storage at 6117 Charlotte Pike is reading this message please contact me asap.I was told by Meghan that there will be a lock inside the unit to use when I move in and I have also paid for the lock. Today when I moved in there is no lock inside the unit and I am waiting for last 3 hours outside my unit for the property manager to return my calls and provide a lock for my unit. The Public Storage customer care agent also called the property manager's phone but no one responded. I would like to thank Caitlyn and Karen who responded to this message and assisted me.

Kenzie, the manager was most helpful when I went in the other day to inquire about the storage units. She was helpful in showing me the sizes and the prices of the units. She also showed me all the supplies that I might need when I do have to put my things in storage next month. She was a very outgoing person and made you feel very comfortable. This is the first time I have had to use a storage place and was hesitant but she made me feel very secure that my belongings would be safe.

Stopped by Charlotte Pike location to ask about renting a unit and I was super excited to get all the information on the different sizes and all that is pertains to the unit. But it was because of the amazing Manager that was working today Ms. Tanisha Blair, wonderful personality and beautiful smile that she had the whole time. Thanks for the help and in the next few days when I finish packing I will definitely be coming there . Keep up the good work Public Storage .

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Tanisha at the Charlotte pike location! I came in a mess after driving all night back home needing to move out of my current place in a time crunch! She was so helpful and pleasant and continues to go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and my stuff protected! I just moved out from Public Storage 5 days ago. I had a great experience there. I always felt like my property was safe. Lily was very helpful, sweet and thorough before moving in. She also called me when a payment was due to make sure that I avoided a late fee. I had an indoor unit and was a little worried at first about moving in and out large items but had enough space in the doorway and the hallways to move everything. 10/10 would rent again!

Wanted to let you know what a wonderful asset Mary at the Charlotte pike location is, we have been in many times lately and she is always very helpful, friendly, and has a great attitude!!! She has fantastic customer service skills, if I had a company in need of a wonderful CS person I would hire Mary away from you all lol!! Originally, i reserved a unit at a location that is planning on being demolished soon. I got a call from a representative willing to work with me on finding a new location that was still convenient for me. I was able to get 50% off of the firsts month rent and got excellent service! The manager on site, Raina who helped me with the rental process was delightful and very helpful. Overall i have had a pleasant experience.

Meghan, was very kid and greeted me as ilI entered the store. She listened to my needs and was able to provide assistance in resolving my needs. She was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the.process and answer my questions. I am happy to give feedback regarding the facility at Charlotte Pike. Both Lily and Ariana were fabulous!! The sign up process was quick and easy. Both ladies were professional with excellent customer service skills. They were very helpful in getting my things in the storage unit coming from a POD. I would highly recommend that location to anyone looking for a spot to store!!

There were someone who break my lock and they even don't care. They just call me and put new lock and they even didn't bother to file police complain as I took insurance from them only. I loose some thing which is in storage as I was in another state. So please find other better storage instead of public storage(6117 Charlotte Pike,Nashville, TN 37209).

I’ve had the honor of being assisted by employee Meghan today. She helped me get a deal on my storage unit, that I wouldn’t have known about until she told me! She was very helpful and kind! Even walked with me to my storage unit, so I wouldn’t get lost. I hope anyone who’s looking to get a storage unit, gets to be assisted by her!

Place is awesome, i didnt have to meet anyone to rent my first unit. Because of one thing and another, i needed another unit. Caitlyn was on site, and she helped with everything that i needed it. Process was quick and very convenient. Awesome service and everything looks good and clean around here.

I've dealt with other storage facilities before, this one by far is my favorite...great location (for me)! Laura was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the storage units while checking me in. I give her 5 stars. You just don't find good customer service like that anymore.

Came in & bought my granny some things to pack her house up with, they have everything you think you would need and things you didn’t know you would need until you come in. The place is so clean & Fallon was amazing with her great personality. Would definitely recommend this place!

Lily is totally awesome! She's always positive and energetic. This locations up keep is amazing and is always super clean; even the Hallways! The District Manager Sara is always a big help and as a team they will always try their hardest to help out with any issues you may have.

My bill has went up $60 with no prior notification or explanations. This is the second time we have had billing issues and can’t get someone to help. We will not recommend nor do further business with public storage. I don’t understand why this is a consistent problem.
