My name is Chef Jose Luis Hernandez and I am writing this review because there is something to be said. In the past 10 years that I have needed to use storages because of my career and business, I have never been this comfortable on location, cleanliness, security, and outstanding customer service. Mr. Travis has enforced and exceeded the facilities’ standards. In the last month, I had a situation with one of my storages and Mr. Travis immediately explained to me all the circumstances and procedures needed to be done and contacted me with regional management to assist with a resolution. I have used other Storage facilities before but I can recommend that this is the one that you should consider. I would like to send a personal thank you to Mr. Travis for taking ownership of his position and establishment to guarantee the best necessities of each individual person. Although I can only put 5 stars on this review, personally it has exceeded my expectations.

Giving place so many stars strictly because of Kathy. Kathy is absolutely amazing and anytime I have run into storage issues and payment issues she has helped resolved them all. She follows up and shows she cares. Unfortunately the app and system I continually have issues with and still not able to make payments through my app or website. Then phone payment charges $10 fee to process when it’s not my fault the app and website are not working properly. This is technical issues with the company not a service issue. Thank you Kathy for turning these bad experiences around. And although I continue to have app and system issues I appreciate you continuously trying to resolve even though it’s technical issues.

There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are with Brittany. We have been renting 2 large units for well over a year and Brittany has always gone above and beyond to help us. We feel at ease knowing she is there and always look forward to seeing her when we are in town. The people we have referred over have also been so happy with her and the facility as a whole. We live a few hours away from San Antonio and visited MANY other storage facilities and NOTHING compares to Public Storage @ 23015 N Highway 281. We will continue to drive here because we know no other facility has what this location has. THIS location is SUPER CLEAN (no crickets) and I always feel very safe when I’m there.

First of all, rent here if you don't mind your rates tripling, my rates more than tripled from one month to the next. Tried communicating with the onsite management with no success, then email with no success. It wasn't until I left a bad review that I got a call from the district manager and my rates were lowered with a request to change my review. The rates were lowered only temporarily and then right back up to tripled again, left another bad review and the process repeated. I asked why the rates couldn't be locked in at a more reasonable increase, but apparently that can't be done. It's a nice facility but they never have more than one cart available and no trash receptacle available.

I reserved a space. I spoke with the proper manager and told him I could meet him between 2-4. He said he would be available. I went there at 3. He was showing units and did not answer his phone. So we connected several hours later. I thought. I will reschedule for when he returns. He suggested 9:30 Tuesday. I arrived at 9:25 and the office was closed. I called again. No answer. I waited twenty minutes and then thirty minutes. No one came. I went to Lock Away Storage and had all the paperwork and storage unit with lock in 30 minutes. Public Storage is not worth your time!

Kathy is a great help. Very professional, and always seems to put a smile on the faces of anyone she came in contact with on that day. She exudes professionalism, and her customer service skills are right on point. Very knowledgeable as well. She seemed to know what i was going to ask before asking the question, and was prepared with the correct answer every time. Great experience at this location. I will recommend this location to coworkers, friends, and family...

A couple of weeks ago I rented a storage unit online, I was little skeptical since it was my first time renting one of these, but after going in I was very impressed with the property itself! Everything was clean and the staff were amazing! Isaac most of all helped me out, he was very cheerful and so eager to help me out, giving me all the information I needed to know and answered all of the questions I had! Definitely recommend this place!

Public Storage offers very amazing deals and professional service! I'd highly recommend using them for all of your storage needs! I especially enjoyed my experience with Teresa Richardson - she was very helpful and a pleasure to work with! I loved how she went above and beyond for us! She was very outgoing, kind, and professional. We will be coming back again to use Public Storage due to Teresa Richardson and how great she was!

Run away from this facility. Rates listed on the website are false advertising since they bump them up so quickly after moving in. My unit is advertised as $180/ month on the website but I just received notification they are increasing rates to $390. We have had our unit 15 months and this is the second massive increase. Of course they wait until you move your belongings in and move away so we are stuck paying an arm and a leg.

I had an emergency situation today and had to move right away. The online rental and app were very user friendly. Travis is the property manager at this location. He was very helpful, informative and friendly. Great location off 281 and Stone Oak Pkwy. They have covered all the bases security wise. You're belongings, valuables, collectibles will be assured safe. Check them out if you have storage needs. Thanks again Travis!!

Moving is so stressful but it’s always a blessing when you have that one person who makes it so much better. Tiesha was hands down the absolute best. She greeted us with a smile and assisted us with outstanding service. 10/10 would highly recommend this location not only because it’s a beautiful facility but mainly because I felt like I was truly cared about and not just another customer! Thank you Tiesha!!!

The very kind Tiesha stayed late to sign me up the first night I rented the unit. I didn't have a lock yet so she put one on for to be sure. Also when I was unloading my things a few days later. I was playing music & my truck battery died. Who came to my rescue with a jump? (with a couple jokes & good attitude) That's right... The awesome Tiesha, girl is the bomb! Ya's could tell 'em sez so.

Great service experience with TorSha 10/3/22. She contacted me about my existing storage unit . Her call saved a late payment. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very skilled at helping me. She answered all my questions. Very impressed. I have been with this location since Nov. 2020. Location is good for me. It is safe, extremely clean and outstanding service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Eli saved the day for me! After no other storage facilities in the area would accept our u-pack trailer drop off overnight, Eli came through last minute. He is so friendly, professional and eager to help in any way possible. Inside of an extremely stressful experience, he was a ray of sunshine. Also, prices for Public Storage were way better than Cube Smart and the others.

Having to move out last minute has been a nightmare and needed an adequate storage space but also one I could trust. I went today to Public Storage to see pricing and size wise and this gentleman Isaac was a charm, very helpful. As well I loved the facility and cleanliness. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.

The last time we needed a storage rental was over 10 years ago and I have to say our rental experience recently was exceptional! Kathey was very knowledgeable and extremely HELPFUL during this stressful time. We appreciate the amazing service and would recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a storage.

Tiesha was a pleasure to work with. There was in issue with my account and she went above and beyond to get the issue fixed in a timely manner. This is the kind of service that should be held as a standard all over. I will definitely be recommending this location as long as she’s working behind the counter.

The environment when I walked into this facility was great and the service I received from Travis was outstanding. Travis was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the public storage. I went in not sure if that was the place I was going to use and Brianna did a FANTASTIC job making sure that I chose there. She showed me through the facility and walked me through where everything was and how all the codes worked for the security! I appreciate all the above and beyond customer service!

I rented a storage unit here with Adriana she was very welcoming and very helpful she helped me get to my unit so that I wouldn’t get lost (I’m one to get lost) just great customer service overall and a clean facility I would rent here again and recommend to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

Very clean facility with multiple doors to get into the units. Travis was awesome. Super helpful when it came to maintenance issues with our new unit. He went above and beyond to help us, especially since we were moving from out of state. Would highly recommend getting help from him anytime :-)

The facility is nice (it's still quite new) and staff is friendly. However, my rate has almost doubled in 1 year. Increases are expected, but that's outrageous. Excellent way to lose an on-time paying customer. Edit: Rate just jumped another $50/month. Now we are approaching 3x initial rent.

Public Storage at 23015 North US Highway 281San Antonio is a great facility for storing your possessions. The place is extremely clean, the security it outstanding. I can recommend this particular storage facility with the highest of ratings. Travis the manager is excellent to work with.

Yesterday I rented two spaces at this Public Storage location. Amy was patient and knowledgeable during the whole process. She escorted me to my spaces and always courteous and polite. It was like a breath of fresh air. I recommend PS and if you deal with Amy, you'll be glad you did.

Brittany was AMAZING!!! I’ve renting units before and non of them compare to this process. It was sweet, short and simple...the way I like it. She’s friendly and knowledgeable of the property and the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Brittany!!

Brittany was very helpful and great to work with. There were some issues that I ran into accessing the unit and she was quick to respond and resolved the problem. She was patient and understanding despite my frustrations, she was supportive and professional.

Travis was "a god amongst mere mortals"! Not only did he answer all our questions but walk us around the property to help us logistically plan how we were going to load and unload. Thank you for the great customer service and taking pride in property.

The space i rented had a large column in it. I went to the office. They quickly found me a better unit in a better location with no obstruction. It took about 5 minutes. The employee was super friendly and helpful! We are very pleased!

Travis was very helpful while we rented at Public Storage. We were grateful for the overhang near the door we were loading at due to the heavy rain when we were moving out. It helped keep everything dry while loading the truck.

Great customer service from Eli. Able to help me organize my supplies needed for an upcoming move and outlined storage options. Facility very clean and will be back for all my moving supplies. Highly recommend.

Facility is clean & easy enough to use, but be prepared for your rates to increase quickly after you get your stuff in! Started at $74/mo, went to $104, then $130- all within a year! Just moved out!!!

The storage unit itself is okay but... there were multiple times were i couldnt get inside the building with my code, and the property management is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of.

Tiesha has been very sweet and helpful with me, giving plenty and options to choose from. She is very professional and attentive. I give this location 5 starts because of her.
