I'm not exactly happy with this place at all. The loading dock is ridiculous. There is absolutely no room to unload when you're inside; you can even get stuck inside for a very long time or trapped, and the outside part isn't close enough to the doors. Also, if you're stuck in the loading dock, the fumes to vehicles can be very strong. I wouldn't recommend children in that area. Whoever designed this building didn't think of the customers at all. The area of storage is right next to a poorly trailer park, and way in the back, passed the park. You have to give them your ID for a cart. Which I have never had to do in my past storage. They don't seem to trust their own customers in that aspect. I wouldn't blame them for having it in that area. The managers are nice and kind and very helpful as far as customer service there in the facility. It's very clean inside. If you are desperate for storage, it may be the option for you as it was for me. The prices were cheap but as it is a new facility. It's only to draw in customers.

Please do not get discouraged when you first call and things don't go well. For instance they spell your name wrong or someone you know used you as a contact person on their storage and you weren't aware. This in turn shows up like someone else is using your email because they have your email and phone number in their files. It was a mess it took awhile to sort it out, but it got done right. When I connected with Cindy everything went smoothly. So stress free. I felt better about making the change. She is straight forward, easy to communicate with, very friendly, (you don't just feel like a storage number). She took her time explained everything to me Twice (I was having a bad day). The facility is kept clean and the set up is great. The only thing is the don't offer Veteran's discounts or any other kind of discount. This is not on Cindy. It is the Company. Let's not harm the messenger! She is only doing her job as told and she is Awesome at it. Keeping smiling and doing the great job you do Cindy.

Had a storage unit there and auction off without a notice in the mail and or online email or a phone call then took another payment after they auctioned off our military documents and gear and my mother's urn and my daughter's and almost other things. Who does that .. after knowing received a phone asking us to come secure my storage unit and didn't mention nothing about being in auction . All of my husbands military documents and gear and my mom and daughter are gone no phone to tell is how much or why it went to auction then doesn't follow proper procedures and rules and everything monthly statement is different. You be past you due date if it's 3 to 4 days and they alrewdy tacked imon 20 late fees plus your next months due date amount . No time or date of them is auction or how much to restore to keep it but sure did grab 278 .00 after that . Disgruntled upset and emotional veteran with knowing what to do ? Useless facility. No security whatsoever. Our small cargo trailer/ tiny home, full of motorcycles, camping equipment and tons of sentimental items was stolen out of this "secure" parking lot. It was parked right in front of the security camera at the loading dock and had a very strong hitch lock. Nobody cared. Anyone can just easily wander in and take your belongings. I have lost faith in all storage facilities and believe that it might have been someone who is familiar with the facility. We have been ignored by this large corporation and San Antonio police have not been helpful even though they arrested a man riding my motorcycle. Do not store vehicles in this facility! It has been a continuous nightmare for me and my boyfriend for months. There unfortunately is fine print that says they are not liable for anything, so you're better off just parking in the street and saving yourself the monthly storage fee. Bad!!!

This place has gone so far downhill. It used to be good but they clearly don’t care about this place anymore. For example I have a vehicle parked out back and as of this moment I can’t get my vehicle out, it’s literally trapped back there because the access gates are both down. They have two access gates and one of them is ALWAYS BROKEN. I can’t remember the last time both of them worked. I have been calling for three days and NO ONE answers and when I went by the office of course the doors are locked and no one’s there. I’m sure eventually they will get one of the gates working but I just hate that I always have to cross my fingers and hold my breath HOPING their gates will work today. They even have a banner on the back gate that’s half come off and no one has bothered to hang it back up correctly. Even a detail as small as that shows they could care less

Brand new location! Plenty of space available and Super secure access through code entry. In order to drive up you must also enter your code in the key pad. Access to the actual storage facility is also through another keypad where you enter your code. Hallways are will lit and clean. It is temperature controlled but it still seems a bit warm especially when you are moving things in or out of storage unit. It can be a bit tricky to get around as there are long hallways to get to the main office, water fountain and restrooms. Once you are in the loading and unloading indoor parking garage you must enter your code to exit out. It would have been easier if that was sensor instead. Nice facility with cameras and updated logs of when your personal code was used to gain access.

Reasonable prices, discounts/specials for new customers, very clean inside though I can't say the same thing for the outside of the building. There's alot of trash in the parking lot. I haven't seen it clean since my first day there. Not just anyone can get in since you need to put your access code at every door to get in. There's the door by the elevators to go into the 1st floor storages and I always have problems opening it. I put my code like 4 times before i get it to open. Regardless of this little thing, I still would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Edit: the lady was super nice but my thoughts still stand on this one. If you’re the only person in the office working and you need to step away for any of the thousand reasons it may be, and in turn lock the doors, it would behoove you to post a sign saying “be right back” or “out to lunch see you in 20” instead of just locking the doors and being unavailable for what’s already been 20-25 minutes which is cutting into my already small window of time I’ve allotted myself to be here when the hours from the QR code and listed hours online have zero mention of a closed for lunch schedule.

Very easy to make a reservation online and access unit on my own using the app. If you are just renting a unit and not a parking space for a vehicle you can enter through the front loading zone that’s COVERED! Easy, straight forward access to first floor or elevators. Customer service was great at the desk and over the phone when confirming my reservation as well as answering all of my questions. The facility is very clean and well lit and has carts available to move belongings. No complaints at all.

The Manager ( Cindy I believe) Was amazing. She had us ready to go in under 10 mins, But made sure we knew everything we needed to know. She is knowledgeable and very kind. The facility is very clean. Its a completely safe environment. I am fully confident that our belongings are in great hands. Of course isn't not 24 hour access (none are) And we don't mind a bit leaving our ID in the office for the dolly. Its not inconvenient at all. I will highly recommend this locations from now on.

Great place, my code hasn’t worked since day one. But I’ve been using a new suggested code and it has been working flawlessly. One thing, I see a lot of comments about the elevators, the key to using them is to recall once the door opens use your code or wait until all your things you’re taking down are in the elevator, then input your code and you will not have any issues. For us, this was a problem the first time around. After this one time, it has worked perfectly.

Nice storage place clean place recommended Public Storage for everyone very accessible tdct get in and out storage units also they do have rolling carts to help move boxes from your vehicle to your storage unit only can use them during business hours and you have to leave a photo ID with employee and then once you're done you take part back to them and they'll give you an ID back also they have a drive-in to get closer inside storage facility

Every time I go there, you can’t use the inside part, the door is always broken, no one is ever in the office, I had to go back 3 different times before someone was there, facility is always dirty now and it’s hot, doesn’t feel like climate control….OH and they keep raising the rent. I’ll be moving out soon and I can’t wait, just hope it’s before another increase. Consider yourself warned.

Says climate control but is always hotter than a MF every time I go. Am I lying? No! Am I going to remove this review? No! Did you try to fix the issue? NO! Did you basically say there was nothing you can do over and over and over again with no solution? Yes! Looking forward to taking my elsewhere. Inside temperatures hotter than outside wth?!

They Have Extremely Good Deals On Storage Spaces Here From Small To Big. I highly recommend if you’re trying to save on storage. Very clean. Easy access and super helpful Management. Couldn't have been easier. The Manager Cindy walked me through every step. Including helping me download Public Storage app on my phone to make things easier. Climate control and security cameras throughout property. I feel at ease knowing my possessions will be safe.

I have been trying to come into the office and pay for over 2 weeks. EVERY time I come, no one is here. I call, no one answers. I use the chat, they tell me, Drive to different locations and see if anyone is working at those. What!?! I just need to pay cash inside. Hours are from 9:30 to 6pm. No one is here.

I rented a unit online and once that filled up. Corina helped get me set up with a second unit. She was very helpful. I always see her going around cleaning up the area. She had 5 other groups needing to get a unit and was kind to each person she helped.

It's okay. It's dumb that they don't allow 24 hour access to the facility. Not everyone has a daytime work schedule. Some people are awake at night. Duh.

The roll up door has been broken for a while, this prevents you from driving close to elevator and it is inconvenient when loading/unloading large items
